Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

I must say the meal I had today was excellent everything was cooked perfectly and delicious. The buffet was kept well stocked and clean. The staff was pleasant and to management you have one young server that needs a raise today she was working the center back area and I was extremely impressed with her skills. She is outstanding, bussed a table a large group one shot and carried it all to the kitchen…. Wow! I really enjoyed my birthday lunch, thank you team!

Our server was polite, prompt and efficient. She was all over and still made time to take care of everyone in her area.

The food was fresh and hot. The service was excellent, however; the young lady came over so many times that it was a bit disruptive.

1st time being here. Great food options. Server was the best I've ever had, I'm 67 years old. People cleaning constantly as soon as needed.

I went for Veterans Day. The food was really good. The service was wonderful even though we were eating for free. I sat with another veteran and we got to know each other during the meal. This is a great place to take hungry kids. There is ample parking with handicap parking right in front of the entrance door.

Arrived at time of opening, all food was fresh and hot. The lady that was our server was very polite and on top of everything. Dining room and restrooms were very clean.

The food was just ok. Don't think I will be going back. The older Golden Corral in Rock Hill was so much better. And this new one serves less food.

The place looks new & nice & the staff was friendly. That said, the restrooms were very dirty & a homeless person was sleeping in their car in the parking lot. They also don't have as much food options as the Golden Corral in Matthews.

An exceptional Thanksgiving dinner was had by ALL!
This particular location usually does a good job all the time. Today however, was exceptional in service and food quality.

I am so thankful this place was open on Thanksgiving and I appreciate the people working during the holiday. We had just moved on Thanksgiving so this was a great way for us to still celebrate the holiday.

Good food. There are several things that I didn't like which was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The waitress need to be viewing g the tables and keeping them clean. The disappear and table pile up with dirty dishes. On my last visit I had to find a waitress to clean a table for us to sit at. There was a section closed off and most of the empty tables hadn't been clean. So this left no where for people to sit.
Then the gloves ro be worn while getting food is not told to everyone, this need to be expressed by the cashier as people ate entering. This would help with confusion and people not using gloves.

The food was perfectly cooked. Waitress was awesome. Never had to ask for anything cause she was on top of it!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Went in after calling to confirm they offer the thanksgiving meal the day before for pick up as advised on their website. The employee said yes. So the next day we come in at noon and are told by a older white tall male with management on his shirt that “No no we’re not doing that we don’t have the food”. As an alternative we decided to get individual plates/buffet to to-go. There was a black younger guy on the second register who for some reason couldn’t understand what we wanted. And said to go online and order- I called the store while there and a third manager with dreds picked up and I explained the situation, he said we could just do what I had asked the cashier to do - get buffet to go & ring it up. He said he would personally carve the ham. We waited nearly an hour for sweet potatoes and stuffing along with other customers who kept asking why the long wait. Eventually another customer asked a man carving meat and he asked the manager with dreds when would the stuffing be ready and the manager yelled “when we bring it out” twice. They are the most unprofessional bunch of individuals I have ever encountered and would be embarrassed to employ them and have them represent my company. I would not recommend this restaurant to my dog and will be contacting corporate.

I enjoyed my dining experience greatly. The food was delicious. My family and I had one of the best waitresses ever in a lady named Mita. My sincere thanks goes out to the cooks, servers, attendants, and overall staff at the Rock Hill, SC Golden Corral. Today, I and a couple of members of my family went this morning on Black Friday. I used my birthday coupon. I enjoyed my breakfast.

First time there in a long time. Food and service were excellent. Food was fresh and replenished regularly. Enjoyed the experience.

Had an awful experience.they didn't refill food. It was left empty for over a half hour. The server wouldn't even acknowledge our presence, acted like we weren't even there. It was the server from the back of middle aisle. A young woman with alot of tattoos. She was interacted with all the other tables, but ignored us. The table next to us got their drinks refilled at least twice, looked at our empty drinks and kept walking. We felt like we were invisible. I've never had someone treat us at a restaurant like this. They seen the last of us.

We visited Golden Corral with our grandchildren. The immediate response from the children was that they found the restaurant has defunct cut back on the size of the food display. It was a little disappointing for everyone. Having no chocolate fountain was a major disappointment from the grandchildren.

The guys cutting the steak would only offer me the bad cuts of the steak repeatedly and act like they didn't hear me when i asked for a different piece other than that it was good
