Love this place…they have good availability, always happy to make you a drink, and skilled and friendly technicians!

I took my best friend here for a pedicure. What a joke and a waste of time and money. Her lady didn't really do much of anything took a phone call and never came back to finish. Worst experience ever. When I complained at checkout they didn't care and didn't offer to have mgr speak to me about the problem I was complaining about. As you can see from the photos I have attached my French paint job is absolutely the worst and the white is not white but rather pink. I highly recommend that you go some where else instead of this place.

Received a visit to this Nail Bar in Lake Wylie for a pedicure as a gift. The establishment itself looks lovely, clean, organized. It was very busy and they seem to move guests in a timely manner. However, my friend and I, our visit there overall was not a good one. My friend's pedicurist was friendly enough; my pedicurist acted as though she didn't want to be there. Very difficult to understand when she spoke, and she was curt. Toward the end of the pedi (she did not polish yet), she received a phone call. She answered, gathered her stuff and just walked away. She didn't excuse herself during the call or explain herself after the call. Someone else came by and quickly painted my nails to finish the job. Just wow, unbelievable! Additionally I didn't like the fact they don't have a drying method. You just sit there and wait for polish to dry. The parking lot is a zoo as well. I won't return to this place.

I have tried several other nail salons and this is the only place that does it right EVERY time. Linn is the absolute best. No more searching. I’ve found my forever nail salon!

Pretty accurate, it’s busy during the weekends and no one should be upset they have to wait knowing very well it’s busy I do agree they need to fix their overload schedules. They are pretty good at being sweet, the receptionists are lovely and never had a bad encounter with either of them their very good at keeping it alive and a conversation. The technicians have offered me drinks and if everything Is okay, my favorite technician being Charlie for my pedicures. I love it here! I 100% recommend

Pretty place but don’t go if you are getting a fill in with French tip and changing the shape and are okay with spending 55$ which is 3$ less than a full set, asked for a mimosa never got it, don’t know if they think since they look fancy or whatever to charge that much but would only recommend if you want.

I have went to this “salon” since they opened on average once a month. The last 5 visits have been a nightmare. I tell myself I’ll give them one more try each time and each time they FAIL! After today bc I’m literally setting in a chair now…I WILL NOT RETURN.

I have soaked for 30 mins waiting a 1/2 hour passed my appointment. The tech I request on my appointments is never given to me and never explained why or offered an apology.
I’m not offered a drink (not even water) by the receptionist or tech, if I want a drink I have to ask…yet they seat others beside me and ask them immediately. On the 2nd to last visit I asked for wine and on 1st sip the wine slipped (plastic cup) and went on me, inside my handbag on the floor. NOT ONE PERSON OFFERED HELP, I had to use the pedi towels and clean myself and the floor while still waiting for my appointment.

Nail appointments are supposed to be happy, calming and relaxing this place is anything but that. I pay $100 every time (excluding when I was dropping $200 on lash extensions here) I visit that’s $1200 a year and it’s more stressful than a DMV line. I have watched and experienced this business long enough. It’s pure GREED customers (except a select few) are just a number like turning tables in a restaurant.it’s the “get them in, get them out” attitude so you can make more money- definitely quantity vs.quality here.

To further prove my point my mother is a regular also and comes on a different day then I do. She is always given the same tech she request, is always offered not one but multiple drinks, never sits more than 5 mins on her pedicures and is spoke to by name from the techs. We don’t tip much differently and generally I’m the friendly one out of the 2 of us. I’m so disappointed.

Every time my daughter and I treat ourselves to mani/pedis we only go to Gloss Nail Bar We love it.

Charlie has to be the best nail technician I have ever had! He was incredibly skilled and goes above and beyond what you’d expect of a neighborhood nail salon. The 40 minute wait time even though I had an appointment was frustrating, I also think I was the only person not offered a drink. But Charlie’s service made up for any complaints I had. I’d wait 40 minutes for his service any day!

I absolutely love this nail bar. Staff is so nice. Have a large variety of nail colors especially mood colors that I love! I will definitely be making this my regular nail spot!

They did a very good job with my mani/pedi and the employees were very talkative and sweet.

Treated Mom to a little pampering - (mani/pedi) for her birthday today at Gloss. They were wonderful. Helped pick out colors, took their time and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Literally the best nail experience anyone could ever have! The facility is very inviting and spacious with the funniest and most friendly staff! My first time getting acrylics was here before Christmas. Tracy did my first full set, while Mecca did my fill-in 2 weeks later. Amazing experience with both. The whole staff makes you feel at home and so welcome (not to mention they make me laugh!) Tracy also did this full set per the pictures. Just look at the precision I will always come here & book Tracy. Looooove this place!

I came today after making a last minute appointment and it was the most perfect experience. Nia was amazing. Took her time and made me feel like a queen! Thank you so much! Will definitely be back!

I do not know how they have such good reviews, but 8/10 of the nail techs here are horrible. My nails always end up crooked, they cut me every time, and they always lift. The only good nail techs here are the owner and Mari. <with an I or a Y, I'm not sure, but the older mari.

The young ladies who did me and my daughters pedicures were attentive and thorough! I will be back!

So professional and friendly, coworker recommend Gloss Nails when I told her I was as having issues with my regular place. I have visited Gloss Nails 4 times now and could not be happier with the service and my nails look beautiful and I have no chipping or lifting. I recommend them to my daughter and she was really happy with Tiffany and the salon. Highly recommend them to everyone.

I have been going here every three weeks for a year. The service used to be great and did quality work. I’ve gone back the last three times and I won’t be going back after this visit. The front desk service has been rude. I normally love the girls up front but the most recent hire is unhelpful and when I asked how much longer after waiting an hour past my appointment she said I don’t know, look at the line. That brings me to my next issue, appointments. I always book an appointment, to protect their time. The last three times, I’ve waited over an hour of my appointment time. The services they provide are okay, however they are limited on designs and feature they can do with your nails. I will be switching salons after today.
