Glamour Nails

Coming from Michiana, the prices were different from what I expected. I got a basic manicure and my nails are still growing healthily. They greeted me and my daughter pleasantly. We waited patiently as I was a walk-in. I got my tech; she verified my nail cut and color. She silently worked away. I did bleed a little and wished she would mother it for a second. She didn't but my fingers were and are fine. It was a plesant experience and Im grateful they stayed open for me.

This isnt the color i wanted but they said it was the closest color but i saw lighter colors

The attitude I received today from the manager/ owners was very unacceptable. New customer experience was the worst. Never again.

This is the second time I have visited Glamour Nails and both times I've had Ben. He is amazin! Not only did he takes his time and paysattention to details. He makes you feel really well taken care of and not like another number to get in and out of the chair.

Never ever go here and expect to get out in a timely manner. When you ask the employees how long will it take instead of giving you an estimate time they say “when we finish these people in front of you” it’s always busy and they don’t even take into consideration that people have other things to do so it takes roughly about 4 hours just to get in a chair. My nails were did totally wrong and instead of taking them off and do it over they tried to argue me down about how it looks good! Terrible service I wouldn’t recommend this salon to no one!

My nails were bulky and the gel polish was applied horribly! The young, heavy-set boy did my nails. He needs more training because he does not pay attention to detail. He rushes and does not make sure his work is exceptional. I will not be returning.

Full set with gel were THE WORST I've EVER had done. Had to go back next day took 2 hours to fix just to get an idea. I had acrylic not filed, my nail had a ditch in it and they weren't painted all the way and a few were crooked and had guess and polish underneath. So mad I didn't have time to fix that day. I called spoke with lady she redid them but had to make another trip. I will not go back though ever!

We called to book an appointment, not once did she say on the phone that she was closed. We drove 30 minutes for her to tell us at the door that she is closed. I would of appreciated that on the phone. Horrible customer service. Also online it says 7PM, we got there at 5: 15.

I went to another nail shop and they messed up my nails. Came here and the lady did magic she completely changed my nails and made them look way better!

The employees at Glamorous Nails are so friendly and they 'he' did an amazing job on my pedicure, it was very relaxing and soothing at that moment and time.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Came in for a simple set of natural finish ombré almond acrylic nails. Although I showed the technician two pictures of exactly what I wanted he went ahead and quickly placed a set of pearl tipped nails and essentially did whatever he pleased. Not only did he put these horrid things on CROOKED and ANGLED UPWARD, the technician said it was too late to fix the mistake he made. While at the salon I also realized that FOUR of the flat nails he placed aren’t even glued on! The technician (s) (read: this issue isn’t with just one tech) gave me a terrible attitude and refused to accept any errors with the work. One technician even went as far as blaming my nail bed without even looking at my nails once? At one point the technician attempted to charge me $10 to remove these duck-bill looking things. In all transparency, the lead technician there offered to re-do them free of charge, however she was the primary person arguing and giving me an attitude; so of course I didn’t trust her to re-do them and refused. I post this with the intention of saving another customer from the headache I’ve gone through with this salon.

Extremely clean and professional nail salon. Nails are shaped to perfection, and no smearing or bubbles appear. Very sanitary. Staff are highly skilled and well trained. Highly recommended! I will be back!

My second experience was absolutely great! Very professional, my nails and toes look fabulous! She did an awesome job! Thank you to the manicurist for dealing with the situation with professionalism and kindness!

They thoroughly checked that everything was ok during the process and made sure I was happy at the end. Great service and great work. I would 100% recommend!

If you go here, ask for a manicurist! She did a superb job with my gel nails. My gel mani and Pedi remained intact. She is focused and sweet when doing my nails. My nails still look good!

The manicurist did my toes and was absolutely amazing. I was able to get both done at the same time. The owner is nice, it is super clean and the vibe is easy.

Love this place, they take care of your nails, have a great variety of colors, and can make gorgeous designs! Come out with pretty nails and toenails every time. I've had a design I've wanted for months and every other place said they couldn't do it.

This is the second time I've been here, both times they did an excellent job. The ladies are very nice and professional. I got a pedicure and dipping powder both times.

Normally the are very fast and there's little to no wait but today it has been a very long wait. It seems they are short of nail technicians today. I come here regularly but if this is the new norm I will no longer do business with them.

I've been coming here for years, and always enjoy my experience at Glamour Nails. Obviously, I don't need anything fancy - just a Mani/Pedi - and I'm consistently treated well by everyone who works there. Count me as a continued happy customer.

I love it here. They are attentive. Always on time for appointments. Have a wide variety of choices in colors. I love my nail technician, she is a manicurist. I highly recommend her.

First time here for a nail repair and fill in since my regular shop was closed due to holiday. Misshapen nails. Gel polish fill in $45.

They are quick and efficient in getting you seated and every time I've gotten my nails done they never rush and make you feel like you're getting 5-star service each time. I always do a dip and they last at least a month - other than growing out which of course will happen. I will be back.

Well, I have been going to Glamour Nails for a year and a half now, every two weeks. The reason, they do an excellent job, they always get it right very detailed oriented and more. I am a very picky person so, wouldn't say it unless I was anything but pleased with their work.

They promote a deluxe pedicure but doesn’t provide a deluxe service. The pedicure was one of the worst that I’ve ever received and normally go every two weeks.

This is the best nail salon I've found downtown. It's incredible incredible incredible! I have had so many terrible experiences but is consistent, clean, professional & the women there are so incredibly friendly. I will be back.

Walked in for the first time, and greeted with warm smiles from all staff. I was treated with the utmost respect. The salon is clean and all equipment is working. Manicurist made my nails look flawless. I Will return in two weeks!

My 10 yr old nails were not coffin shaped, the place is too small, and to top it off I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR ME AND MY KIDS SERVICES. I asked what was taking so long with my payment and Mike stated that the system was moving slow when in actuality he was double charging my card. I will never try this place again!

My girl Cindy do some excellent work. She make sure her customers leave out happy. She treat all her customers with respect. That's my girl and I will be back to see her.
