GB Shoes

I took a friend shopping at GB Shoes, in Taylors. Great shoe brands and a nice selection of clothing too. Also, I want to express my thanks to Susan who helped us. I was certainly impressed with her. Rarely do places make you feel like they appreciate your business anymore, but she made us feel appreciated. Thank you so much Susan! We'll be back.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. Easy to find what you need. More than just shoes. Not your run of the mill boring shoe store. Unique items that you don’t see everyday.

I don’t remember exactly when I bought my hey dudes but susan was the cashier who helped me and she is absolutely amazing you guys better do right by her because she’s awesome

First time. Expensive. No assistance. Little kids running and screaming like crazy in the store, touching everything. Not a fan. The parking lot seems to be a cut through for Wade Hampton. Down right dangerous.

The employees here are the absolute best! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. You never get that feeling that you've been a bother for asking a question like you get at some places. They have a store card to sign up for which is super quick and easy and will allow you great deals and savings!

Cute shoes and clothes/purses. Nice staff. I feel some things are high priced, especially clothing. But that's probably norm for the brands. I still enjoy going in. Love the discounts on the shoes though.

Drove 30 minutes to exchange something and they were closed. They are suppose to close at 7 and it was 6: 50. I knocked on the door and said I just need to exchange something and they said they had shut the computers down. So I asked them if it was 7 o’clock and they shrugged there shoulders. This is by far poor business practice and I was very aggravated. This was the first time I shopped there and was actually very pleased and happy with the customer service when I purchased but this will be the first and last time shopping here.

5 stars to the young lady who was so helpful on Christmas eve and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas. Thank you for your your amazing customer service in spite of the SPEWING, HATEFUL (unmasked) grinch you were having to deal with behind the the counter with you! I have worked retail and working holidays is hard and I appreciate you going out of your way to help. As we were leaving another customer mentioned the horrendous attitude and behavior of the store grinch. 2020 has been a tremendously hard year for so many! We should be more tolerant of those forced to Christmas shop at the last minute. Some of us have had unspeakable circumstances consuming out time, energy and lives! Merry Christmas!

I experienced the best customer service I have had in a long time at this store. Tracy helped me pick out shoes, special ordered another pair, and followed up constantly during the process. One pair was a very expensive running shoe brand. After 4 months of occasional use the sole started to come loose. I tried to do a return through the manufacturer and it was horrible. I called the store. They told me to bring them in. They looked up my purchase in their system, as I had no box or receipt. They traded me out a new pair. Super great service from Tracy both times. This is how retail is supposed to be! It will cause me to buy there instead of on line for the next cycle of shoe replacement.

Just left GB Shoes on Wade Hampton. All 3 employees who greeted me were friendly. Bella is who ultimately helped me pick out a couple pairs of shoes that met my specific needs (narrow with arch support). I will return - great service and fair prices for quality shoes!

An okay selection of shoes. The sales woman is the best part of this whole store she is so sweet and cute!

I love this store for shoes! Every time I go they always have what I need. There is a woman there by the name of Traci that always has a smile on her face, welcomes everyone and is so happy to help! Shes so knowledgeable in what I'm looking for even with my horrible explanations! If you stop in definitely ask if Traci is working!

I was in the store a couple of weeks ago to buy my great grandson a pair of shoes. They were out of his size but Traci (My favorite Store worker, I say that because she is usually there when I go in the store, all of the employee's are great) placed an order for me and had the shoes delivered to my house. Thanks Traci, for your help and for the discounts. I will be back.:)

I just had the most outstanding customer experience at GB Shoes today. A wonderful lady by the name of Tracy was very helpful in finding just what I was looking for. Shoe selection was excellent, pricing was unbeatable with "Preferred Customer" discounts, and I walked out with a LOT more than I anticipated with the help of my kind, knowledgeable, and very courteous sales associate. I'll be highly recommending this store to all the friends and family!

Bathroom was broken. Had to leave before I had a chance to purchase anything. One of my kids had to go to the bathroom.

Best customer service everyone is always friendly and helpful! I love when they run the 30 percent off. Great selection of any shoes, boots and bags. My favorite place to spend money

Staff is friendly. Prices are high. But like everything in life, you get what you pay for.
