I love my cream that visibly decreases the wrinkles around my eyes. Anytime I’m in Charleston, I always have to stop by to pick up more. The girls here are always sweet to work with.

Went with my sister to this location was actually just walking through downtown Charleston, and they pulled us in to show us an eye cream, my sister really likes the eye cream, so she purchased it well then, of course, they're wanting to offer her even more and more, although we continuously told him that we needed to leave he kept insisting that they could hook her up with this wonderful product. At the time that she purchased it, it was never mentioned that she could not return it. Ironically, they actually continued to tell her that if she didn't like it to. Please return the product. 2 days after purchasing it we contacted them to let them know that we would like to send the product back. We were trying to get a label to return it. Since we live out of town away from Charleston, we were told. However, that we must return it to the store to get a refund upon entering the store. We were told that they were contacting the manager to be able to make this refund because of the amount the woman who we were told when we bought the item was the manager told us she could not reach one and we could not get it returned. She advised us that she would take our number and see what she could do, but that there were no refunds or exchanges allowed after 7 days, which was not what we were told at the time that we purchased it. This place is a complete scam. They're only after your money, and once they get it, you have no recourse with them. Their parent company was more than willing to work with us. However, since we purchased it through a third party vendor they could not.
