Friendly Nails

Just got my bridal nails done with Tony! He was awesome! Did an amazing job and did it so quickly! Very nice team there! Thank you all! Happy New Year!

My mom has been battling cancer for 3 years.we have not been able to have a one on one day in a while.me and my mom planned on coming here to have a good day of pampering. My mom was picking out colors and dropped one of them in the pedicure bowl and the guy very rudely said “one at a time” and started talking to the lady doing my toes.she cut my toe so bad! Even two of them are bleeding.after she got done she asked if i liked them and they were so chunky (i asked for french tips) i said i didn’t like them and she went on about how it was my toe that was too small and that my toenails would look like that either way.she then proceeded to take it off and was clearly upset i didn’t like them.after i told her to just remove it and she didn’t have to do anything else she felt she needed to be nice and started suggesting colors.ive never had a bad experience i’ve been coming here with my mom and grandma since i was a child! But this is unacceptable behavior.will never be returning back.

Went there for girlfriend and nails looked like absolute buns. Told them wrong color and size and did not care. Will not be back and wouldnt recommend if they have them to me for free. Been better off getting dollar general nails

I will not return! They were not friendly at all! The lady that did my feet she cut my toe! And she didn't ask me what Pedicure I wanted. She did what she wanted to do! Then they had another lady do my hands and she didn't want to do my nails! The only reason why I did not push the Issue About my cut toe. Was because I did not want any trouble. The guy seemed like he could get very ugly if provoked. I did not want the police called. So I paid what they ask. Which was not fair because I felt like they should not have charged me for my cut toe! Plus they favor different people. I wanted to see if I got a different reaction so I gave them a tip and I was right! They were so nice after getting the tip! When you pay your money to go to places like this. You want a Beautiful experience! Because you are pampering yourself. I did not receive that! It was a nightmare! I don't recommend this place at all! They need to change the name! Because they are not Friendly at all!

I was so skeptical about going here to friendly nails. However I went and was so very glad I did. Tina did an awesome job on my pedicure and I will definitely go again. I originally went because I had a gift certificate from my Co workers. Thanks Tina for a job well done. Guess you can't always go by negative reviews.

They refused to do my eyebrows because I ask the so called eyebrow tech not to make them thin. I was trying to show her a picture of how they looked and she was acting like she couldn't make them look like they were done previously.
The lady was also talking loud so customers could hear what she was saying to me. That's was rude and unprofessional.

Tina did my pedicure a few weeks ago.today I went to remove the polish (I had a light pink) the pink came off but underneath was a darker pink which I could not remove. I was livid to say the least.no matter how hard I rubbed it was not budging. So I called the place and told them.and was told to come by so they could see it. So I drove myself there and showed the guy who sits in the front and answers the phone as well as Tina who did my pedicure. His comment was they don't use that kind of polish.implying that I did not have them done there. He told me to bring him the receipt.which I will bring to them. After arguing with him he had Tina remove the polish.she tried with polish remover and it would not come off.so she had to use the drummel to file off all the polish. I will never use this place this place again.arrrogant and nasty.

There obviously was something wrong with the polish she used on my pedicure.never had I ever come across anything like this.

Messy sloppy job on fill-in. Nail tech that did nails was shaking as if she was nervous so I started conversation.before I could get out of my seat to go wash my hands she was headed for the door. I called talked to Tommy explained situation. Next day gentleman (not Tommy but other dude) was very unprofessional although he did fix my nails.

So many people have asked about my gel polish.love it! It's been on for 3 weeks now.no peeling

Cheaper and more detailed. Live up to their name and actually make you feel like you matter.

My daughter, granddaughter and I have been going here for years. Everyone does a great job! I am sorry that one person had bad experience. I hope you give them a second chance.

Absolutely adore this place! Among always doing a wonderful job the customer service is amazing! I had an issue with my nails and was helped to resolve it both times by wonderful stuff who genuinely cared about me being happy with my nails!
