Frank's Gentlemen's Salon

They changed to a system that requires you to provide a ton of personal information to book an appointment (credit card #, home address, etc). This is a breach of privacy and big risk to every customer. Data breaches happen all of the time.

I’m not willing to risk identity theft or similar for a haircut.

I reached out to my stylist directly to try and book without giving up all of this information and they wouldn’t do it. After years of being a generous tipper and never “no-showing”, it’s great to know my business isn’t appreciated.

Maybe it’s for the better - I’d rather find somewhere that actually wants me as a customer.

For a haircut, this is definitely an experience, especially for patrons over 21. They offered me 2 drinks, had a nice lounge with a chess board, straight razor experience, hot towel, etc.loses a star for handicap accessibly

Got a good haircut and shave for a big price.they are nice tho and you get a beer so if I was in town I'd come back

This barber shop is a total gem. Lexi is a wizard with scissors; she always makes my hair look flawless. Melanie, the owner, is the kindest and runs a tight ship. The shop itself is a nostalgia trip with a classic, old school vibe, and those free drinks? An amazing touch. The atmosphere is both stylish and cozy. I’m not kidding when I say I’d travel around the world just for a haircut here. Cannot recommend enough!

I am usually precise with my haircuts and also picky when it comes to choosing a barber. Thitiya Sribanjong earned my trust after my first experience at Frank's Gentlemen's Salon. After years of trying out new barbers. Thitiya gave me the consultation I needed to achieve the perfect blend for a combover.

I've been going to Franks for a few months now and my experience has never been anything short of absolutely FANTASTIC. The entire staff from the stylists, to the managers, to the owners are all superb. Incredibly kind, thoughtful, respectful, and generous. Lexi Ward has been my stylist since the beginning and I cannot praise her enough! Very talented hair-stylist! She is very kind and respectful and always willing to make changes to make sure the haircut is just right! Amazing experience from start to finish! I so highly recommend this salon and Lexi specifically!

Definitely on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Complimentary drinks, great service, in a nice classy but laid back atmosphere. Karen was my barber and she knocked it out of the park, fixed up my beard which was messed up at another barbershop in my home town. Was very friendly and fun to talk to. Whenever I’m back visiting I’ll be stopping in, even if all I need is a trim.

Favorite barber in Greenville. Never disappointed with the service provided. You don’t feel rushed like they just want to get you out for the next person in line.

Frank's has a vision of "experience second to none"- have to say that Master Hair Care Specialist Shelly Bonanni came pretty close to that lofty goal on my booked "first experience". Listened closely to my interests in style and length, and did exactly what I had hoped for. I had shampooed that morning, and when I suggested to skip the shampoo and rinse, she said I would be "missing part of the experience"- which was absolutely the case! (Of course, it gave her the opportunity to demonstrate salon products, which I ended up purchasing!) Shelly was easy to talk to- she's from Texas and we even exchanged thoughts on our favorite BBQ! My first visit- which included a couple of complimentary Stella's- will certainly not be my last!

My hair never looked better. The atmosphere is welcoming and home like. The upstairs waiting area is chill and private.

Emily Gibson done such a great job on my son's hair. Everyone in that Barber shop was so welcoming and nice. Such a great atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Stopped in for the first time and was excited. Very different hair place for men. I liked the atmosphere, options and drinks. Has a lot of potential but with all the bells and whistles at the end of the day it fell short on the haircut. The woman who cut my hair was very nice but my hair was jacked up. I tried to give her some direction but it was not helping. And at $65 for what I have is a simple military high and tight I ended up going home and buzzing it off it was that bad. Not sure I will go back. It's neat but a good haircut it the foundation, every thing else doesn't matter. I can get a cheap hair consistent haircut at Great Clips and go buy 4 drinks afterwards. Good luck to Frank's I'm sure there are plenty who have good experiences but I don't like to waste money.

This was my first time at Frank's. It certainly willl not be my last. Mercede's, my stylist, did an excellent job and shaped my beard exactly how I wanted it.

While they are on the pricier side the cost was worth every penny and i recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, skill and care

Went in for a head shave and it was wonderful. With the head massage and great stylist I was so relaxed I felt like I floated out of the salon, also looked great!

Took a self care day and did many of their services. Ladies were very nice and Sabra did a great job with all my services including making my caveman beard look fresh.

Moved to Greenville 3 months ago and after a couple of different barbershops I finally feel like I found a home at Frank's! Awesome staff, fantastic atmosphere ad overall great experience! Definitely my go-to barbershop here in out!

Ask for Shelley, and don't let the tattoos intimate you. She is a sweetheart. I went in after several years of not trusting stylists after a bad haircut, but she was able to rekindle my faith in people touching my hair make sure you get the shoulder rub. Well worth it. And if you read this Shelley, thank you so much!

The vibe is immaculate. Bourbon as soon as I walked in, a “mancave” waiting room, massage, friendly staff. Top Knotch experience all around. Karen took care of me and was very kind and informative. You definitely get a lot for the price. Will be back.

I had Melanie cut my hair for the first time today and she did amazing. Just how I wanted it. She even showed me a few new things that I’m pleased with. Very easy going lady I’ll definitely come back to see her.

Love this place! I’ve never felt so boujee while getting a haircut before - they even give you free water, drinks etc. I’ve been going here and having Karen cut my hair since I moved to Greenville, and don’t plan on changing that up anytime soon!

Top notch service from the staff and excellent work done by Ashley! I highly recommend using Frank’s for all of your hair care needs. Next time I am in Greenville I will definitely be stopping in.
