Dr Larcen is exceptional. I hate Dr's, but she is a whole different class. Not only did she adjust my pain away, but she brought conditions to my attention that many other Dr's either never saw or ignorance to the chiropractic issues. I will not go to another chiropractor. Her staff is amazing as well. Don't be stupid, and trust anyone else. Dr Larcen is the best in the entire state!

I have been experiencing problems with my hips and lower back and was giving up hope after going to MyChiroPros on Elmwood who did very little to actually fix my problem. I have only gone to Doctor Larsen once, but she immediately targeted the issue and I felt better the entire week afterwards. Her office feels like an actual doctor's office where you are treated as a patient which is starkly different to the place I was going before where it seemed like they were just trying to get me in and out and collect my money. If you are in need of a chiropractor, I would completely recommend Flex as it is professional, friendly, and most importantly experienced in what they are doing.

I listened to my husband about coming here and I’m so glad I did! It’s way more than just walking in and getting adjusted. The whole staff is very friendly, they do an in-depth examination of your posture and pain points, and I love that they do x-rays and examine you before deciding what’s next. The doctor was very nice and informative, and took her time to discuss everything, she even looked at other issues and gave me recommendations. She recommended a treatment plan, laid out pricing and how I can choose certain things if there’s anything I don’t want to do. They take our insurance and prices aren’t bad at all. It doesn’t seem (like many doctors) they are trying to make as much money as possible, it seems like they truly care about helping people. I highly recommend coming here!

I am 67 years old, and I have been experiencing back pains off and on since about 1996. About 3 months ago the pain got extremely unbearable. Nerve pain going down my leg and my back. Taking the advice of my brother, I am lucky to have found Dr. Larson and her staff. It's almost like finding a good fishing hole, or hunting spot. You don't want to tell everyone about it, because it would get so overcrowded. Finding this place was truly a Godsend though. Dr Larson is a healer. If I could give them more stars I 100% would! She and her staff are so kind and welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Larson even makes our 1 year old comfortable - which is impressive!

After suffering from chronic neck and back pain for years, she is the first person to eliminate pain. Dr. Larson provides and offers a wholesome treatment while allowing patients to decide what they want to do - X-rays, adjustments, exercises, decompression, tens, etc. - that helps her patients see results. She also provides recommendations for supplements and diet. Within 6 months, I have already seen substantial improvement with my spine and I feel so much better!

She even helped my daughter when she had constipation issues. We were able to stop using any medication to alleviate constipation with Dr. Larson’s treatment and care.

I have been going to chiropractors, doctors, and physical therapy for the last 40 years to try to alleviate headache and neck pain. As soon as Dr. Larson looked at my radiographs, she told me that I had a 50 year old injury to my neck. That was before I told her that I had fallen off a horse about 50 years ago. It took 2 weeks of treatment, and headaches have been nonexistent. Neck pain is also 98% gone, in the morning it takes about 10 minutes to get the joints lubed up, but arthritis has settled in to these old decaying bones. But once I’m up and moving, you can’t stop me now. Dr. Larson has given me my life back. I enjoyed all the extra treatments, and I know thats why my success story is so good. I have been going for 3 months, and will continue to get adjusted every 3 weeks or so. These people know what they are doing here. BTW, all the staff are wonderful and courteous and very friendly. Dr. Larson started seeing my son at 2 months of age because of colicky issues. I’m a weird in-between pediatricians phase of time for us, Dr. Larson helped us navigate sooo many things for my son. Within 2 months, my son’s colic was resolved by allowing Dr. Larson to adjust him regularly and her recommendation for me to cut dairy. Flex and Dr. Larson has been more than a chiropractor for us!

Where do I begin! My journey with Dr Larson began about 6 years ago and has been nothing but blessings every since. I’ve been adjusted for all four of my pregnancies over the years. One thing I always do is immediately upon being released schedule to bring my newborn in for adjustment. Especially with a natural delivery it can be very hard on the babies so I wanna make sure they get the best start at life. I love when my babies get adjustments because you can immediately see the difference in how they feed, sleep and poop! I recommend any mom to have this done it’s the most gentle thing to do. OK.full disclosure. I am a skeptic when it comes to chiropractors. I had been to one or two in my life but ended up somehow feeling worse than better when treatment was completed. Additionally, I have an aversion to "cracking bones". But, after years of being in constant pain, x-rays, SI injections (which helped a bit for a short period of time), physical therapy, I was out of options and had become more debilitated that I had even realized. The pain when I moved, slept, tried to walk, etc, was starting to affect my life, my weight, my mental well-being. When my neighbor suggested trying her great chiropractor, who had helped her with similar pain.again, I was slightly reluctant.but. I thought what have I got to lose? So. I broke down and made an appointment, and when I truly say that I have gotten my life back. I mean. Dr. Larson has given me my life back! Now.there were some minor things like their COVID protocol that I was not thrilled with in the beginning, but they have made significant improvements in those protocols, and I feel completely safe. However, just after the first three sessions, I had felt at least 90% better. After seeing Dr. Larson for the last 5 months, I am now walking 3-miles a day, I have started to travel again, I am able to exercise, and I have a more positive outlook on life and am definitely as not as "grumpy" as I had become after suffering non-stop lower back, hip, and leg pain! Flex Chiropractic has a great staff and two fantastic physicians, Dr. Larson and Dr. Tyler. They have the latest chiropractic equipment, dry needling, massage, herbal and supplemental care, etc, and Dr. Larson is an excellent homeopathic healer and provides fantastic advice on a multitude of healthy alternatives to medications. I have been going to Flex for about 2 years after a car accident. I have also referred my mother and brother to Flex. They have a fantastic staff, and Dr. Larsen and Dr. Tyler are patient and great at explaining my symptoms and my treatment plan. I also love that Dr. Larsen offers vitamin and supplement options versus tradition medication.

It was my first time there and it was great. I am 15 weeks pregnant and was having some general back and hip pain. They were kind quick and funny. I absolutely will be going back every 3 weeks until baby is due.
Oh and I went during my 1 hour lunch break and they were very understanding of my time.

These guys have been a life saver for us! When my teenage son started going to them he was in a wheelchair and honestly other doctors were just not sure if they would be able to help him walk again. We started intense therapy and after three months he is walking! We are just so happy with how our care has been handled and plan to continue seeing them for him and me!

So far I’ve had an amazing 1st visit. This is my second visit and I can’t wait to be relieved out of some pain. This is the best place to come to! I took my children to get their first adjustment and they did great! Dr. Larson and her team were great with easing there anxiety. After my children's adjustment they both say their necks feel lighter and there are no complaints of pain. My daughter mentioned her body does not feel tense and stressed anymore. She is also less moody, there is a drop in her anxiety, and she has not complained about pain with her ankle as well. For my son, I have noticed a drastic change in his mood from responses to all situations to overall comprehension and he has been happier. I have not seen my son this happy and at peace for this long in years. There is also a slight change of clarity with his speech and with the position of his left foot while walking as well.

Flex is an AMAZING place of healing and wellness but doctors who are truly experienced, knowledgeable and caring. Also the staff is so professional and kind-hearted. One of the biggest things is the RESULTS I’ve received from adjustments to help with avoiding back labor approaching labor (it was truly effective with almost the absence of back labor after 2 previous labors with terrible back labor). Also other injuries have been treated there and I’ve referred others who’ve had raving outcomes. I LOVE FLEX and will forever share about their superb services!

I was at this location today and was surprised by the lack of safety measures considering the pandemic. The waiting area was really crowded, and it was impossible to stay 6ft apart. Also, there was no hand sanitizer to sanitize hands after touching pens and clip boards. We had to ask two of the staff persons to pull their masks over their noses. I felt very uncomfortable at this location. I hope the staff will consider implementing a protocol to rectify this issue.

I’ve been going to Flex for four years—through two pregnancies! On multiple occasions they have literally saved my life. Love this team and all they do.

Staff is super friendly and really know what they’re doing. If you have to see a chiropractor, this is definitely the place you should go!

TLDR: effective, versatile, respectful, professional, well-connected, friendly and excessively competent staff, affordable

We first came to Flex when I herniated a disc in my lumbar. There was no position in which I didn't feel pain; I could barely walk, and when I did, I was doubled over at the waist at a 90 degree angle. Dr. Larson took x-rays, referred me for an MRI, designed a long-term care plan for me, and (only after examining the X-rays) carefully adjusted me with a follow-up appointment scheduled for after the return of my upcoming MRI results. I left able to walk upright, though still in pain, and I continued to get better over the course of the next few days. While still not back to normal, I consistently got much better as treatment went on. I spent over a decade in the service industry, and I'm now 32 with osteoarthritis in both my thoracic and cervical spine, as well as two actively fusing cervical vertebrae, so my herniation was severe and a long time coming; it has required additional treatment, including steroid injections to which I was referred by Dr. Larson, but as far as chiropractic care goes, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my back. Another benefit: She's also stopped a (non-ocular) migraine in its tracks by manipulating trigger points on my scalp.

My wife and I differ on preferred avenues of medical treatment. She prefers homeopathic means of healing and I prefer more Western medicine. We both see her weekly, and Dr. Larson accommodates both of us very well, advising each of us on the best treatment course within our preferred route. She has an incredible network in Columbia and nearby areas, and she is more than willing to refer for needing medical testing and treatment. She listens to her patients about their pain and reaction to treatment in a way that is incredibly rare among health care professionals. I'm also thoroughly impressed with the therapies offered at Flex- massage, decompression, electrical stimulation, dry needling, traction.

The staff at Flex is heavily diverse and welcoming; they really get to know their patients and care about their lives. I can't imagine anyone feeling unwelcome in their office. Their scheduling is flexible and easy. Further, I don't know if there's a single person on that staff that doesn't have magical hands.o. O

Flex accepts insurance and is highly affordable for those without insurance. Patients are treated like people, not checkbooks, and ensured excellent care regardless of SES.

Anyone suffering with bell's palsy needs to be treated by Dr. Larson! She is phenomenal. I debated on going to the ER for my nerve pain at first.
