Fleet Feet continues to provide exceptional customer service that is very helpful to me for selecting my next pair of running shoes. That’s not a small thing, since this is my most important purchase of the year! Or 6 months, or however long they last!

Amber was extremely professional from the beginning of the process to the end. She asked insightful questions regarding my running style and what kind of running events I had coming up for 2024. Her expertise and patience along with Joelle Sharisky's guidance made for a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience. I left the store confident that the shoes I selected would be the correct choice.

Not a good incident his name is Connor he humiliate me for returning with out a receipt but I found the receipt and came back not even a minute when I went back to my car and he told me I’m being unconfrontational the way he talks is low but full of sarcasm I will not purchase there again by the way when you purchase they are supposed to put it in the computer but the manager Erin did not do it cos she said I’m just drop in that’s why Connor said he couldn’t find me and think I bought it somewhere else and trying to return to them and Erin said he knows Connor his nice and professional well not that night thanks to Erin who did not log in my purchase Connor is a prejudice on me that night all because he thinks i was trying to return things that I didn’t have receipt and he even told me I will right it down as a note that this is a one time thing that you can’t return with out receipt all that in happen in that night I will not buy at fleet feet because of Connor and Erin the manager it was her fault she did not log in my purchase and Connor treated me badly by the way Connor ask me maybe I have bank transaction I dad no cos I pay cash all the time he responded ahhh of course but if he look at it I’m not a drop in buyer I purchase all in cash which is the truth and I should not be a one time thing for their mistakes and bad attitude that’s Erin’s answer to me

I love FF. My sales associate (Kelsey I think, sorry) was very knowledgeable about the products. She took her time and answered all my questions and I felt great about my purchase. The staff is great there. I will continue to shop here!

I am not a runner, although I’d like to give it a try. That said, I recently visited Fleet Feet Mount Pleasant for the first time. To say it was a great experience would be a huge understatement- these folks are welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient. I tried on maybe 5 pairs of shoes, going back to two for further comparison. I eventually decided on a pair, but they didn’t have my size in the color I wanted. Austin reached out to their other locations to see if they had my size/color - they didn’t, so he offered to order them for me. Five 5 customer service! But there’s more - their pricing is in line with “online retailers”! I’ll be back, y’all!

We just had a quick, easy, and fun experience with Conor at Fleet Feet in Mount Pleasant! He scanned my daughter’s feet and had her in some perfect-fitting insoles in no time!

Aaron saved my day. I’ve always bought my running shoes cheap. But people kept telling me. I run so much. I should go get some fancy shoes. Well, Aaron measured my foot and got me the best shoes for what I need. They actually feel like I’m walking on a cloud. Aaron also had some luscious hair I’m talking 80s dream boy hair.

Poor selection. Friendly service. I left due to poor selection. I've been a runner for 20 years - I know what shoes I like, please don't try to sell to me clown shoes based on pseudo -science; I'll end up with knee and ankle problems like everyone else.

Great selection and very friendly, helpful staff. Monday run group is great and the Wednesday pub runs are even better! Support your local brick and mortar shop they support local races and events!

These folks are exceptional! Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. Elyn worked with us for an hour fitting the right shoes for the particular issue (cronation (?) that we were trying to address. We will be back when we need running or walking shoes.

I had a disappointing experience overall with absolutely zero customer service. I walked in to a well stocked store, lots of good merchandising, and staff that was already speaking with other customers. I walked to the shoe wall and found a few models I liked and was interested in, then looked around for someone to assist me. I left after a few more minutes of silence and no help, and was not acknowledged yet again. It was an awkward experience. No hello, no goodbye. I just read some other 1 star reviews and it appears history is repeating itself with poor customer service here.

First time customer here and Lauren was the best. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about every question I had. And she taught me so much about what typenofnshoes would work for me and everything. She has definitely changed my life because she placed me in the correct shoes to where I have zero pain now walking on concrete all day. Thank you so much for the help!

Fleet Feet is the best place to get comfortable, athletic shoes! The employees are extremely helpful and put in their due diligence to make sure you walk out with a pair of sneakers that will leave you beyond impressed. They use an advanced 3D scanner to get exact measurements of your feet so they can put you in shoes that will fit like a custom suit. The technology provides them data that allows the staff to properly recommend sneakers that compliment the length, width, arch, and unique aspects of the individuals feet. Since being recommended to get a pair of shoes here from an orthopedic physician in 2019, I have not stepped foot into another store to get a pair of shows. All that said, Fleet Mount Pleasant is perfected by the kind and compitent staff that go above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves better than when they walked in!

Conor helped me today a great deal from mapping out my feet then explaining it to me and then helping me find the best shoe for what I need in the setting/application I need it for. I walk a whole lot at my job and he took everything I said into considertion when finding my shoe. I love my new shoes and I look forward to going back when this pair wears out. Thank you all again. Everyone there was so helpful and nice.

Yesterday was my second time visiting a fleet feet and it was, once again, an excellent experience. Lauren helped me find athletic shoes and insoles to help with my specific needs and made sure I left well informed about not only my purchase but also all possible relevant factors like workouts, stretching, muscle tension and so much more. They also host and advertise fun runs and have a wonderful sense of community. I will definitely be back

Incredible service. It’d been a while since I got back on the roads, Maeghen brought me out a variety of shoes to try on after informing me of my slight pronation among so many other metrics about my feet. I went with the shoe of my people, Diadora. Hopefully I wear them out, cheers.

Fantastic experience. I had been having issues with running lately. I have been getting Plantar Fasciitis. I felt it had to do with my shoes so I decided to stop by and talk with the folks at Fleet Feet. Glad I did. I worked with Paige. She is top notch! She analzed my stride and my feet and helped me select new shoes and inserts that fit properly. I finally have a pair of running shoes that are super comfortable and provide the support I need. She also showed me a couple of stretches to help. Really a great experience. Thank you.

I knew alot about my feet, one being longer, high arches. But I didn't know what to do with this info. Peggy was so helpful. She measured my feet and then went over what all of it meant. She was very patient as I tried on a half dozen pairs until I found the right ones. I have recommended y'all and I will be back. My feet and i Thank you!

I been to multiple fleet feet stores across this country and I’m a big supporter of them. But this location customer service is horrible. I’m a customer that is in need of a new watch but has no means of transportation right now. When reaching out to fleet feet about the same day delivery I was just left on “SEEN”. According to the fleet feet website it details to reach out the the location for same day delivery. The least they could have done was tell me the max distance for the delivery or something, Instead of leaving me on “seen”.

You will wait awhile unless you schedule a appointment! Once it is your time the sales person will devote a lot of his or her time getting you the proper pair of shoes. Worth the wait! Great selection to choose from.

Fabulous Experience! I went in planning on buying a certain brand of shoe, but after Tatiana "diagnosed" my feet and brought me various brands suited for my specific foot characteristics, I ended up buying a different brand, and one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've ever owned! Such great service and they even had a great selection for my larger shoe size!

Lauren spent tons of time with us finding the exact right thing. She went way over the top to help us (even though she didn’t have the model in stock and directed me to the on cloud website to order, and didn’t get the sale). Give that woman a raise!

This is not just a store, it is an EXPERIENCE! Every associate is thoroughly knowledgeable on all products in their store. Emily took such great time and care of my girlfriend and myself when it came to purchasing inserts for our current shoes. She was patient as we tried on several pairs and she made sure that WE were absolutely sure the ones we picked out were the perfect ones. I cannot emphasize enough, that this store is worth the trip if you are in the Charleston area!

Wasn't sure what to expect buying sneakers from a real running store for the first time, but this was a great experience! They scan your feet and help you pick a shoe that most suits your foot shape and your running goals. They have a nice variety of sneakers and other apparel, which are all reasonably priced. The shoes actually cost less than I expected.

As a longtime customer, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service that I experienced today. I was greeted and then completely forgotten as she asked me make a homebase while she went to the back to complete a project. Being the only customer in the store but not the only clerk working I waited. After ten minutes with no response, I decided to shop elsewhere where the customer is important.

Great selection and amazing customer service. Justin was so helpful in fitting me for new shoes and making recommendations based off my fitness activities. I highly recommend Fleet Feet and will be buying all of my running shoes from them in the future!

Used to go here for shoes/socks all the time until I met the owner who was extremely rude and unappreciative. Funny thing is I was in for a routine transaction that involved no issues. Very odd. Know who you're supporting. Especially at a time where we should be spending money at locally owned establishments. Pick the right ones!

This place is really great I have a device that makes a three-dimensional picture of your feet in order to best pick out the correct shoes for you.

A couple of my friends recommended that I come here, and I am sooo glad I did! I had such an amazing experience here on yesterday! Mary treated me like a princess. She wouldn’t let me touch my shoe strings or shoes at all! She had a lot of patience with me and asked me many questions about what types of running I do. She was very knowledgeable and well-experienced in the shoes she recommended. I purchased a pair of Brooks, New Balance, and Hoka! I also purchased a pair of Ultra Light Feetures socks and Zero No Show Swiftwick socks. This was my first time, and I know I’m definitely coming back! Thanks Mary for taking such great care of me!

Visited the store today and had a AMAZING experience with Eryn! She was so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She explained the reasoning behind everything we did. She didn't rush the process of finding my perfect shoe and made sure I understood what we were doing and why before we moved on. She didn't pressure me to buy anything and honestly listened to things that I needed from my shoes. After working with her, I found shoes that I can't wait to run in. I am so glad I was able to work with her! She was truly fantastic!

I came in experiencing knee pain and thought different shoes might help even though I have not been nice to my knees, having been a runner most of my life and playing a LOT of soccer, along with many other sports.

After spending a lot of time listening to me, trying on different shoes, and giving me really good advice, I bought a pair of shoes. I was told I could bring them back within 60 days if I did not like them. This is how shoes SHOULD BE SOLD!

So far, the shoes we picked out are performing well.

I came in to buy a knee brace. Ive been running for years and have always had chronic knee pain, which can be discouraging. I always thought it had more to do with how I was running or stretching, or just that I "wasn't built" for running. Anna (I believe that was her name) explained that among other things it could be the shoes. She took time to check my gate and scan my feet. We tried on different combinations of shoes and insoles, and I never once felt any pressure to buy anything! Long story short, I got the brace, new shoes WITH insoles that support my abnormally high arches. Having worked in the service industry I know Its rare to experience that level of patience and customer care. I'd highly recommend Fleet Feet for any experience level of runner because I felt that she really cared about my satisfaction rather than making a sale! Will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic experience. When I arrived at the store, I was asked to sign in so that the employees knew who to help next. I did not have to wait very long; maybe 10 minutes. The woman who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She 3D scanned my feet and watched my feet as I walked a few paces. She then walked me through the details of my scan and asked me several questions about my fitness routine and preferences for shoes. She then picked a few pairs of shoes that would best fit my needs and wishes. The whole process was very pleasant and unhurried! I tried on several pairs of shoes and found a great pair with the perfect amount of cushion and support. She recommended some other merchandise but was NOT pushy at all - I did not feel pressured at all to buy anything which made me all the more willing to give them my business! I did end up buying socks and inserts in addition to my running shoes and am very pleased with the entire purchase. I definitely plan on returning and have already recommended Fleet Feet to friends/family!

Outstanding customer service, the staff person did a great job with all the measurements, and took extra time to make sure that the fit and shoe style would be correct for my exact uses and health. I strongly recommend Fleet Feet in Mt. Pleasant, and I will return every time to buy running or walking shoes.

This store and its staff are fabulous. I came in one day to ask questions, and Mike was perfectly happy to answer them even though it was 20 minutes from closing, and he knew I wasn't going to buy anything that day. I went back two days later and Jurdan (I am hoping I spelled that right, I remember looking at his name tag and taking note of the spelling, but my memory is not perfect) was amazingly patient and helpful. He recommended three shoes, but let me try on all the shoes I requested. He didn't even say, "I told you so, " when I bought on his original recommendations. It was a wonderful experience.

Every time I visit this store I receive the best customer service and go home with top notch products. Yesterday I brought in my insoles and even though they were so busy, the employee took the time to cut my insoles, make sure they fit just right, and also get to know me. He then assisted me in buying my new Garmin watch. Again, he took the time to walk me through the choices and explain each watch so we could find the perfect fit for my needs. I told him that I was going to go to huge chain sports store, but wanted to stay local because you all are always so great! Thanks and keep up the great work!
