Carla is an amazing stylist. I have been coming here for the last couple years. Carla listens and also makes great recommendations on my cut and color. She is so easy going. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I give her the highest recommendation.

Fantastic salon! I found it and Allyson a year ago, and have been so pleased. Not only have I been happy with the cuts, but she styled my hair for my wedding.it was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend both.

Lauren Tommarello is a tremendously amazing expert! I was a nervous wreck, to consider a hair hack for the first time in 4 years, with a new stylist. My hair had become my identity, since a cross-country move and having acquired (but not yet started) a new job. I knew I needed a 'big girl' haircut, but was terrified to allow anyone to actually DO it. Lauren was completely understanding, calm, and patient with me while I explained what I wanted done; and even stopped several times 'throughout the process' to re-affirm what she understood I wanted, or to explain 'what she was going to do next. ' Once the scissors came out, I was absolutely at ease - knowing that she understood how 'important of a life event' this was for me. She is a WEALTH of information on products, colors, and cuts - even showing me her stash of salon / fashion magazines that she reads to keep up with latest trends. She absolutely NAILED the color (not too red / not too purple / not too loud / only a little bit of peek-a-boo color / professional 'outside' / fun 'inside'). The cut, too, is perfect! She wanted to cut 'only here' in order to salve my nervousness about losing my length, but I was so comfortable with her that I moved her cut mark up a little and had her add some choppy 'bangs' at her discretion, which she did perfectly! I CANNOT adequately express enough good things about Ms. Lauren's superb 'chair-side manner, ' professionalism, knowledge in her art, and ability to perform. She even called me a few days later to ensure I am still happy with the cut and color! WOW!

Great salon in west Ashley! My whole family goes now including our child. They do well with all types on hair, lengths, and styles for men, women, and children. The atmosphere and location are awesome too.

Both my husband and I have been receiving services from Charlene London for four years, following her from her previous salon. She gives my husband haircuts and she does haircuts, coloring of roots, and gloss for me. My hair is very fine and I love the bob she gives me- the best I ever had! We wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I see Lauren at Fix, and I started bringing my daughter to her as well. Lauren is an experienced stylist, who approaches each client based on their unique needs, features, hair type and more. She even takes into account how head shape can affect a style. Lauren is technical wiz when it comes to hair, and she will always explain what she is doing before she does it. She takes something I show her, and alters it to work on my head, with my hair, my face shape, my coloring, etc. Lauren helps me lighten up my hair in warm months, creating a sun-kissed look that does not leave harsh roots. She helps me deepen my color each fall, and my hair stays healthy through these changes. She also is great at offering styling tips! She has shown me different ways to style my hair, and she always offers a time saving or no-heat alternative to consider as well. She has helped my daughter learn to care for her hair, from a crucial lesson on proper shampooing as a tween to styling techniques as a teen. I’m long married, but I know she is experienced with wedding styling and bridal parties. She is dialed in to what is trending, what is classic, and what is cutting edge. No matter what your hair goals are, Lauren can help you achieve them. She’s newer to Fix and the Charleston area, so book her now before she fills up! She has the experience, knowledge and talent to help you create the look you want.

So happy we found this place! Everyone was so nice. I went with my daughter who really wanted to have a fresh new look so I decided to have a mother and daughter special afternoon. Carla did something really great out of my boring long hair. I just hate the type of haircut that looks super beautiful but only if you don’t move at all. So she did something so that I can just move my hair the way I like in a natural way and it still looks great. She was super nice and professional. Anna (sorry if I misspelled her name) took care of my daughter and did a fantastic job with a very sweet patience. My daughter loved her. They were chatting like friends after 2 minutes. I love my daughter’s new haircut.

My hair stylist cancelled on me last minute due to the “hail storm” we were supposed to get, so I asked FB if anyone had an appt open. I got a response quick that Fix salon had availability and they fit me in super last minute! I had my appt today with Hannah to get a cut and balayage done. Hannah was super sweet, professional, and very knowledgeable! She showed me every step on how to do the color process and recommended products for me to use. She even showed me a couple cool curling techniques. My hair turned out stunning! Def a great price and experience. Thank you!

My stylist was charleen she washed and styled my hair and she was very professional cleaned and sanitized everything along with everyone wearing their mask at all times! Very nice and fun atmosphere to be in. Recommend her 100%.

I HIGHLY recommend Courtney! I am in Charleston from Atlanta and this is the best haircut I’ve had in years. Courtney listened to exactly what I wanted, explained what she was doing and products she used, but wasn’t pushy about purchasing any more product than I asked for. My shampoo experience was top notch. I wish she was in Atlanta because I would be a regular for sure!

Carla did an AMAZING job on my hair! Last weekend I tried to get to an ash dirty blonde from dark brown on my own and as expected it didn’t go as planned. Carla helped me get my hair to an even better result than I could have imagined! I’m obsessed with the outcome and will definitely go to this salon every time!

I see Courtney. I had the hardest time finding a hair stylist in Charleston that could color and cut my blonde hair. She asked lots of questions to get exactly what I wanted. She gets it right every time. I would recommend her to anyone. PLUS she gives the best scalp massage when she washes your hair. That’s worth going to see her alone in my opinion.

Went in to this place and got straight up pampered, these people are fantastic! One of the best haircuts I’ve ever had and definitely the best hair color I have ever had. Hannah spent a long time making sure it came out absolutely perfect, and complimented my head shape. Fantastic experience, will definitely come back! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Krystle did a phenomenal job on my hair. The color turned out even better than I had expected. She was able to do what many stylist were unable to do and I couldn’t be any happier! The quality, care and customer service were impeccable!

I have been going to Kaleigh for a couple of years. I had to make a cancellation within 48 hours. Because of this, she told me she can no longer schedule me. This is very disappointing and very poor costumer service. She was a very good stylist but she is certainly not the only one. I will be returning to Belezza where the customer service has always been fantastic.

My experience with Fix Salon has been nothing but fabulous! I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive. Everyone is professional and polite. Kaleigh brought my hair back to life! She is so experienced and knowledgeable, I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. She makes me feel like a queen when I’m in her chair. I am always hesitant to fork out the money for my hair but have never left a salon so happy! I feel like when you can execute your hair style and still feel great about it weeks later, the salon has done something right. Jenelle is fantastic and from what I've heard from other clients, so is the rest of the staff. Kaleigh is absolutely amazing. She is the nicest and sweetest person ever and genuinely cares about her clients. She is super flexible and will make sure she works with you until it is exactly what you want. She’s also amazing at recommendations! I came in a while ago with a super botched hair cut and she helped me cover the bad and get to where I want without looking any different than normal.

The salon itself is super cute and cozy! All of the stylists there are super nice and friendly. I would honestly be comfortable going to any of them after seeing the amazing work they do on other clients, but Kaleigh will always be my go to!
