Five Below

I like Five Below as a store, but I don’t like being on the receiving end of disgruntled employees. Store had endured some leaking areas and wet spots in the floor due to partial flooding, which does suck, however that’s not the customers’ fault. Either work through it as a team, or go home and deal with the consequences later. In between hearing employees openly complaining and the obvious tension, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Red head at self check out couldn’t provide adequate customer service, but something tells me she wasn’t really in the mood to give it anyway. Again, I understand the circumstances were frustrating, but don’t take it out on the customer.

Went to the one in Gaffney at the yellow mall. First time I had been in a five below believe it or not lol. I like the store. No complaints
