AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I hate to post this but I had the most terrible experience here.
I had a gift certificate that my family purchased 9 months before my appt. I went into the facility to make my appt. My gift certificate was questioned right away.
Myself and my family ended up sending in pics, bank statements, receipts and numerous texts. And then having to call a family friend in the end for an appt.
I had to leave my first appt due to them not honoring their gift certificate. Was told by a third party I had an appt the next day.
Not only was I not contacted by the business owner, she wouldn’t make eye contact with me when I came in.
I have never had a worse hair cut.
I haven’t been able to wear my hair down much since I left there. Never felt worse about myself.
I had quit my job and went in there for a positive experience and it couldn’t have been worse.
Would never recommend.

Ask for Emma Eastland! She is very knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and fast! I am so happy with my hair and more importantly so is my husband! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a hairdresser.you will not leave disappointed!
