This the worst service ever will never go back again they don't like to give you refunds when the service is bad

I wish I could leave negative stars. My daughter went to have her tips taken off. Instead of soaking them off they ripped them off! They ripped her real nails off with the tips. Her fingers hurt so bad. I will never go back here.

Terrible terrible experience. Took off my whole eyebrow after I spent months growing them back.

Very clean. Binh is very conscientious. She takes pains to make your nails the way you want them to be.

Didn't do a good job. I had to go home and touch it up and get polish off skin around the nail. I will not go back!

Your service is hit or miss depending on who's performing the service. My normal nail tech was not available, so I decided to go here. I've been in the past, again you are rolling the dice if you would like your nails or the pedicure performed. This still would not be my first place to go even though I'm close to this location. I may just wait until my nail tech is available.

Update! Less than a week and the nail polish has chipped severely. A big disappointment. I'll save $50 and wait on my nail tech next time. A big waste of money going here.

The people in this shop were extremely nice and i asked about prices and they could tell me exactly about what the price was. It was extremely fast service and my nails are very cute, eric had done my nails and he was very comfortable to talk to and was sweet.i love my nails.

I am very disappointed with the results I was given. The quality of my nails are completely horrible. I came in for a fill in and I went to get my eyebrows done and I was completely tortured throughout the entire process. The lady that did my nails, cut my nails way to short and did not even ask how I wanted them shaped. During the process, she continuously cut my cuticles.

I should have left then, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continue to have my eyebrows done. She slaughtered my eyebrows! They just needed a little wax on the outline of my brows. They were waxed so skinny, and NOT MATCHING.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Been going there for years. Nana is my regular technician very friendly. And very good at her job.

My parents and I had a great experience here. I chose a hard color (neon orange) and my technician was so patient with me especially after I messed up my big toes while putting on my shoes. Definitely would recommend coming here for the exceptional care and customer service.

I paid good money and that wrong should get quality nail store any suggestions from the location nobody has reached out to me

This is the WORST salon EVER! I should have looked at the reviews prior to going. Ladies, I felt so VIOLATED and AWKWARD during my pedicure. A man, probably in his 40s, completed my service. He didn’t speak to me at all. He was a little rough with my feet. Towards the end while putting on lotion and massaging my leg, HE STARED BLATANTLY AT ME THE ENTIRE TIME. I tried smirking to change his facial expression and stop him from staring. He didn’t. It was WEIRD. I should have took a picture. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, pedicure was short and something you could do at home!

Received this service today asked for sharp edge and this is what I received. He also cut my nails shorter than I asked and tried to charge me $80 for a fill in an sticker design! They’re different sizes on each hand nor did he moisturize my cuticles. Service was rushed and he was very aggressive while servicing. I don’t think they like African Americans in there place of business. If I could I’d leave NO STARS.

My daughter and I both went. She had a very rude and aggressive man do her nails. He argued with her making her very uncomfortable. The guy that did my nails caused me to bleed 3xs. He was very kind but my nails turned out horrible. They were rippled because he kept layering polish to cover up his mistakes. NEVER AGAIN! Listen to all these warnings and go elsewhere.

I will start off by saying i love my nails.i came in yesterday (never been here before) asking for brown with chrome (figuring it would be a shinny brown color). The shape was exactly what ive been looking for, the brown color underneath was perfect… however when he put the chrome on it turned pink, i asked why and he sounded frustrated.but i was honestly just confused because ive never gotten chrome before.throughout the whole night the attitude was just off.most nail salons ive been too are very up and calm.i wasn’t expecting him to get flustered.so he continued with the chrome.im NOT mad about my nails.they are amazing.i would come back and continue to be a regular as long as the tone changes some. Im in college, this is my time to be relaxed away from my desk and the whole time i felt uncomfortable.maybe it was just a rough night for them but i guess ill see next time i go.

I hate so much that I wasted my hard earned money here. The tech was so rough the whole time doing my manicure. He cracked my knuckles 4 times. He cut me twice and the last time I lost it and cussed him out and had someone else finish. My nails are also very thin. Hardly any acrylic and they came out so ugly. I am so upset that I got off work early to get a pedicure and a manicure and I only ended up getting a manicure because they did such a horrible job and I left.

Dip powder was cheaper here than other locations. But you get what you pay for. They normally put something around your nails to help cuticles etc then have you go wash your hands. That didn't happen here and my hands around my nails are extremely dry. I'll probably be back for the price. But don't go here if you're doing your nails for special occasions.

I used to really like this place. I’ve went a couple of times and had good experiences but not this last time. I don’t know the guys name but I went in for a fill in and he was drilling my nail and he burned my finger and I said it was hot. Well apparently he got upset and started telling me that he is a professional and he’s been doing this for years and saying that he didn’t burn me AS IF ITS NOT MY FINGER. I told him that he kept the drill in one spot too long. At first I didn’t mind because it happens and it’s a simple mistake but once he started to be rude that when I became frustrated. Then he had the nerve to say do you just want someone else to do your nails? I said sure and he got up and went to do a pedicure. I left and will never return to this place. This place needs to get the men in this establishment better manners.

First vist here. Two of us were walk ins today. We only waited a few minutes to be served. The pedi was appreciated & worth it imo. The staff was thorough in both services provided. The nails were very detailed & I thought the staff did a fabulous job. I was pleased & will be returning. Thank you all again.

I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life. I’ve tried this place three different times. I am currently sitting in the chair now only because of a gift card given to me on Mother’s Day. I don’t know if it’s because I am black because when some other race walks in they show them so much love. Either way I am not a fan.just overall unprofessional, I just don’t understand. When it was time for me to get up to get my pedicure the owner didn’t even stand up to get me she was ghetto and yelled hello’ twice …. Like excuse me?

Never again.

Beware make sure you get a receipt they over charge me $15.00 through my bank when submitting. Receipt shows 36.00 but was charged 51.00

I have been to this place twice now and have been satisfied with the services both times. My latest trip was with me and my daughter getting pedicures for our recent cruise. The employees who provided our services were friendly and efficient. I will be back to this salon in the future for my beauty needs.

Got what I asked for so five stars for the nail job but I kinda felt ignored through the whole thing the only time I was spoken to was when I was asked how I wanted it and the color I chose the rest of the time all the employees talked to each other.

They called some guy out the back who did my nails. He looked like he just woke up from a nap and seemed annoyed. He was rude and rushed. Talked on the phone while he tried to file my nails. My cuticles look terrible. He didn’t apply any tree oil and not even a drop of lotion…. The pedicure was perfect…

Had nails done with my friend and they causes a lot of damage around our cuticles and on our actual fingers. There are no licenses posted to prove anyone is even legit

They did my babies nails, her first time! It was an excellent experience for her. They did beautiful work very artistic.

It seems as if you are a certain color this is not the place for you. I have never in my life experience what I experienced with this place. Nail tech was very nasty and rude. He yelled and screamed at me because I told him I wanted my nails a certain length. He tried to kick me out but my daughter was getting a pedicure. He refused service and continued to scream at me. (Mind you I’m 7 months pregnant) I don’t yell and never had someone scream at me. When asked by other staff what happened, their excuse was that he was having a bad day. From the beginning, they targeted me asking if I was going to be “ easy or hard. ” I didn’t understand, but I guess I do now. I didn’t to go to this place because of the horrible service once before, but I need to my daughter nails done ASAP for her graduation. I say this is not the place for people with color because I noticed the difference in customer service between me and the others. Someone else did finish my nails but it was sloppy job.

I have been to this salon many times. I always bring my mom. They are very gentle with her. When my family come to visit, I take my sisters for a spa day.
Now I bring my boyfriend with me. We all enjoy this salon. We laugh and have a great time. Everyone is very nice and very professional. I recommend this salon to anyone that wants to enjoy a day of being pampered. Looking forward to the next visit. See you soon!

The staff here are always kind and quick. They do a great job on my nails every time I’m there and they have reasonable prices:)

Never again will I go back to this place the man was extremely rough with my hands there are air bubbles all over my nails and none of them are matching lengths and some are crooked plus the man kept stopping and getting on his phone.

The lady had cut my toe and now it is infected and then they were a bit rude not to mention unsanitary and she kept putting extremely hot things on my legs even when I said it was to hot
