The most Amazing Experience Ever! My Fiancé and I got the Mint CBD Pedicure! Heaven on Earth! They took good care of us can’t wait to come back! Also I got a beautiful Pink and White Ombré set it looks amazing.

Not as upscale as they claim to be.and I don't like being or feeling scammed. There is no way of fill-in should be the same amount as a full set. I only came to this location because where I usually go is far away but now I think I will just make that drive and go to where I know I will be treated fairly and not like a cash cow.

Cherry Road Location - Just save your money and go somewhere else. This is my usual spot but lately it's been sooo bad. I've NEVER had to ask for polish to be removed but I did recently here. The lady gave a poor pedicure overall but the polish is where I drew the line. I asked her to remove the polish but she insisted that she try again. (She also blamed my toes, but whatever). The second attempt was worse than the first and I asked her to remove it again and let me leave. I still paid $30 for the worst pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. I’m including a picture so you know that I’m not exaggerating. It was BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD. To top it off, they would not refund me.

I went in for my first time the other day, and it was great! Everyone was so nice and efficient. Tim did a great job!

Even when when my gel chipped after I went in, I was helped immediately the next day at no charge.

I just had a full set done by Katie and I love them! She was so sweet, took her time and was very personable. As soon as I stepped into the nail salon, I felt super welcomed and cared for! I am SO glad that Elan Nail Bar opened up on Cherry Road. They will be my new go-to nail salon from now on!

This was my 2nd, and LAST, visit! I called a week ago and made a 10am appointment. I arrived 4 minutes early, just behind a group that was being assisted. I checked in for my pedicure and was asked if I would like a manicure as well. After being assured that my pedi would be right after, I decided to get one. That was the shortest mani I have ever received. 15 minutes and it was done. Then I was taken back to the pedicure area and seated across from a group of 6. The water in the foot basin was cold and even after asking for hot water, it remained that way for a LONG time. 1.5 hours long! They left me sitting there for 90 minutes before coming to do my feet. It did not get better. Finally, someone asked if everything was good and I said no. I explained that taking 3 hours for a 45 minute service was beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I was then told they could not guarantee an appointment being on time. I said that I didn't expect it to be exactly on time but that a 2 hour delay was insane. I was offered a 15% discount, when all customers were already getting 10% for the holidays. REALLY? Customer satisfaction and time is not important to them. I then went to pay with a gift card but since I had purchased on sale it on sale I was told I could not use it. WHAT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will never go back and I will make sure that everyone I know knows not to go there either. One additional note.it was the owner I spoke to so there was no one else that could assist me. If you value good service and a well run business DO NOT go there!

This is a really nice place and the nail tech worked wonders on my feet and I felt like a had a new pair of feet after she was done. I highly recommend Elan Cherry. I will be back.

Treated myself to lunch and a pedicure. The new Cherry Rd facility is absolutely beautiful. It recently opened beside the Honey Baked Ham Store. The customer service is amazing and I got a 20% discount for being a first-time customer. If you are in the area and in need of a manicure or pedicure, check them out! I was very pleased with the service.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had been struggling to find a great place to get my nails and pedicure done and I’m so happy I found this place. My nails last forever and she does great nail art. So far she has achieved everything I think of. The pedicures are fantastic. They love what they do here!

I love Elan nail bar I travel a hour and 8 minutes. The service is excellent I promise you you will be satisfied. I moved to sc from Ga I am very picky how ever Elan Nail and Bar always please me.

3of us came in to have our nails done for my daughter’s wedding. We were greeted with a smile. We got there at 5: 30 and they close at 7 but it took till 7: 30 to finish us up. The staff was so nice and was smiling and laughing with us even though it was after 7. We had a great experience and did I mention how beautiful the salon is omg. I will definitely be going back.
