Dr. Elizabeth Williams is amazing. She greeted with a kind warm smile, very welcoming. The vibe in her office is amazing after one visit. Highly recommend if anyone is in need of Japanese acupuncture

It feels so nice to be able to find a place that offers healing through non conventional medicine. Dr Elizabeth is really nice and is very patient when explaining the whole process and is very good providing alternatives. The environment is really nice and the acupuncture treatment was great. I'm planning to keep coming to my appointments.

Dr. Elizabeth Williams made me feel so comfortable during my first acupuncture appointment. She went over my intake forms and asked me a plethora of questions to truly understand my ailments. She also validated my feelings about everything I have been struggling with. I felt so relaxed after my appointment that I napped for four hours! I will definitely be back and look forward to working with her to relieve my muscle tension.

On a side note, her office uses bamboo toilet paper and paper towels as well as plant-based soaps which is another plus.

This was my first acupuncture experience and certainly won’t be my last. She was very professional and kind.

Kie's massage was amazing. One of the best I've ever had. His technique was flawless.so fluid and the perfect pressure. He created such a safe place so I could totally let go. I haven't been this relaxed in a long time.

Kie was so polite, truly professional and genuinely passionate about helping me during the pre-massage discussion. The massage itself was a fantastic experience! There were moments it felt like he had 4 hands and 20 fingers working at once and I just melted away! I felt so much better it was actually awkward for the first 15 minutes or so after it was over being so relaxed and not feeling any tightness or pain anymore! My visit was exceptional! She took her time discussing what they were going to do and what my concerns were, and gave me choices of how to proceed. I received a small massage relax before the acupuncture. The acupuncture was not painful and I was very relaxed during the time I was in there. It has been 4 to 5 hours after the acupuncture and I can really tell a difference. I will be continuing service this year. I highly recommend to others as well.

Last year I had the pleasure of having acupuncture preformed on me by Elizabeth. I purchased a package plan of sevices that I took advantage of. Elizabeth was great at reducing stress and getting rid of pain I had suffered many years from as well as new complaints. She was very knowledgeable, caring, professional, and nice. I recently had an amazing massage by Elizabeth's husband Kie. I have never had an Esalen massage before. Kie gave me a 90 minute massage that was totally awesome. Kie not only gave me a very relaxing massage but a massage that helped get rid of stiffness and pain I had been experiencing for a little while now. He is very knowledgeable, caring, professional and nice in his own right.

Esalen Massage with Kie is what I look for since moving to the area. He is a practitioner of respect, mindfulness, and knowledge. The facility is clean and calming. The practice embodies and loves what they do, as a patient it is clearly noticed. Excellent place.

I was having a very hard time quitting smoking and I decided to think outside the box a little to help myself get over that last hump. That was the best idea ever! I smoked my last cigarette the day of my first acupuncture treatment with Elizabeth on April 19,2019. I am in awe how easy it's been. Don't get me wrong, I get urges to smoke all the time, but it's like someone else is urging me to when I don't want to. It's easier to dismiss the urge. I haven't slipped up even once!

As for the facility, it's beautifully decorated with a super-appropriate atmosphere and it smells really nice. Elizabeth is kind and caring and it shows in her attentiveness. She also helped with some digestive issues and just having a treatment close to a cycle seems to have indirectly helped with PMS as well!

Elizabeth was very easy to talk with about issues, and she always answers my questions thoroughly!

It was a very calming and soothing atmosphere. I found them to be very informative and so look forward to continued treatment to improve my health.
