Dollar Tree

The store was clean. It was easy to find what we were looking for and the cashier was friendly.

The store is well-kept. Lots of items were in stock and I didn't see any empty shelves. The checkout line moved pretty quickly.

This store was good until tonight my husband and I go there after we leave from the restaurant next store I went there to shop was at the register I heard a commotion this man hit this lady and my husband got in to protect the lady then the guy try to attack my husband as well nobody called the cops the assistant mgr was kicking all of us out the store then the assistant mgr was telling the lady to leave instead of the assistant protecting the lady she began to argue with her and tell her to leave I’m not understanding standing we are women and women should look out for one another regardless the color I’m mad because we as customers were asking for help to call the cops but after we paid for our items we were kicked out the cashier was friendly but the assistant has no manger skills and does not know how to deal with the public I will not shop there anymore

This place is okay. It's not the best it's not the worst either you can bring your kids shopping with you here probably can't use the restroom but they got it pretty good crew and I'm pretty good idea how to treat a customer all in all not a bad place

Store by Tanger was well stocked but not enough cashiers for the people in line. Most had 10 items or more. The young man working the cash register was extremely slow, must be just learning. Other than that I liked the store.

Low stock on some items I was looking for but the manager and her employees were super kind and explained the situation when I asked! Love going here and always in and out quick.

The store was well stocked, however there were boxes in the aisles waiting to be unboxed. I am not happy with the higher prices, but in our horrible economy, we will live with it and never see a dollar store again. Now a thing of the past.

Always hit or miss. If you see something you want buy as much as you can. Chances are you won't get it on your next trip.

The shopping spree I had today was epic! This is one of the best Dollar Trees in all of Charleston! It is super well stocked! They have a refrigerator and freezer in the back for Cold and Frozen goods.like hotdogs, sausage, bacon, burritos, and ice cream bars! I usually go to the one at the end of Sam Rittenburg in West Ashley but last time I was there the store was nearly empty. I couldn't even find hangers! It was definitely worth driving an extra 4 minutes and going to this one instead! All Dollar Trees are not created equal!

Due to shopping carts being taken, Dollar Tree doesn't allow their carts outside.each cart is around $600.00. I'm disabled and can barely walk (more of a drag my feet.) The store wasn't busy so when I checked out, I asked the manager, Vicki (hope the spelling is correct), to take my bag out for me. She waited outside for me and when she noticed how much difficulty I was having walking, she held the door open and offered her arm to balance me to walk me to my car. She put my bag of purchased items in my trunk. This is the first time any manager has offered help.actually any employee. She definitely went above and beyond. That meant the world to me.

Very courteous staff. Excellent selection of Christmas items. My favorite Dollar Tree in the North Charleston area.

I went to 2 locations. So i have mixed reviews. The Dollar tree in Tanger was awesome, fully stocked and great variety. I was disappointed with the BRAND NEW dollar tree in college Park. They had BARE shelves are you kidding me? !? I expect more of a brand new store

At this store the cashier almost catch these hands she was very rude and unprofessional, she needs to be retrained. I received bad customer service!

If you are in a hurry just check to make sure Rhonda isn't working. She is usually outside smoking while the one other employee is inside with a line to the back of the store. She isn't friendly at all and needs to learn how to wear her mask properly. Bring back the old manager at least she paid attention to the lines and would help more than Rhonda.

Lines to long but being that it's so close to sams and walmart i get to get alot of shopping done so its a PLUS

I loved going into here. They always have good items and we would always come out with a couple bags full of item's. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5, is because of the employees. Some are just down right rude!

It was a nice, small store. It was clean and shelves were well stocked. There was nothing at the sanitization station though.

Today I timed my visit perfectly with no other customers in the store. Quick in. Quick out with all my items

Listen if your short on cash and need to stretch your then the Dollar Tree is the BEST deal in Charleston (PERIOD)
Same items you buy EVERYDAY for only $1.00 each. How can you go wrong?

Well stocked, wide variety of items. Great place to buy toys (if your kids lose interest in a little while, it was only a dollar).

Store always has one cashier during peak hours, the cashier are always rude, they won’t greet you when you walk up to the register so you engage in conversation first then they’ll greet the next customer as if you jard their memory to say something to the next customer.

Dollar Tree at Centre Pointe in North Charleston is a great place to find some of the basic items that you need such as home items, food items, and also some surprises for an excellent value. It is fun to come here and see what you can find. The staff here is very patient and helpful when you need assistance. I like that this store exists and coming here is always a positive experience.
