Closed the store before 9pm. I’m posting this review before 9pm and saw workers leaving the parking lot in there cars

Arrived around 9: 00 grabbed 2bags of mints & 1bag of jelly beans went to register there was 2 ladies in line with a buggy full getting cashier to give them pricing & making 2 piles (other lady kept going getting more stuff) this went on 15 min & me and another lady put our stuff down & left. I undertones are hard but dont be inconsiderate of others! And that store is a mess! Maybe put pricing on things & DONT ALLOW PEOPLE TO DO THIS! ITS RUDE! Make them stand to side & take care of other paying customers!

Out of stock on certain items long lines need help cashiers have to do double duty they can't do both efficiently.

The store in sandy run south Carolina is this pits boxes all over the isiles.i went into the store a couples days ago.the isle was blocked so i ask the the young lady I couldn't get around all these boxes. "she told me I have to go around.attiude was very bad.shelves are not stocked always enpty.

This is the worst Dollar General in Columbia. Its dirty, extremely poor customer service. Never has products stocked to shelves. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! DOESN'T DESERVE A NEGATIVE

YIKES! I've been in many Dollar General stores over the years, but this is by far the worst. It was an absolute disaster & I have 5 kids so that's saying something. Nothing was where it belonged, no prices, & stock blocked over half the isles. To top it off i was charged twice for & the valentine's items were 50% off & rang up 25% off. I didn't have time to check my recipt due to them locking the doors 10 minutes early and I had to leave immediately. Definitely need someone in there to organize. When I was at the back of the store I (and other customers) could hear employees cussing and arguing in the back.

Had one poor girl running register and was backed up down the aisle.the manager was putting stuff on the shelf and when asked if she was going to help she said no.she's quick she will get the line down quick.needless to say several people walked out leaving their stuff sitting with the manager that was too busy to help!

The cashier was very pleasant and quick at check out. Also, I think she knew a little Spanish which helped with the customers ahead of me. Great job!

Very bad poor customer service talking on cellphones while working at cash register & rude to customers. I was a regular daily customer will never shop there again. I was waiting in line she shut down cash register while I was waiting in line wit out exclamation. I thought that was kinda rude so I asked politely for a apology. She blew up in my face saying I dont have to apologize to you. She did not even realize what she did wrong. Both employees & mangers did not have a mask on & no name tags on. She kept making the situation worst instead of trying to sooth or calm down the situation. Then she threatened to put a trespassing warrent on me for that store. I was trying to end conversation and leave it alone. She kept arguing trying to instigate the hole thing. She was suppose to be a so called manager but she did not handle it professionally at all. So I paid for my stuff and left. All I wanted was a simple Apology could not understand why she blew up in my face.

Friendly employees don't find that much anymore. Wish I could remember cashiers name she is very sweet and her son is a sweet heart!

Think they're going out of business or something. Past several weeks shelves have been empty and not stocked; had to go to Family Dollar to get what l wanted.

Not very well stocked. Boxes everywhere! Only had one item in stock out of the six that I went to get! Messy store!

Went in this Dollar General to purchase a styrofoam cooler. Was told they were sold out. Was trying to make a quick way to cool refreshments for nephew's wedding. I was still was going to purchase trash bags.but needed them to supply a cardboard box. The manager informed me they had no cardboard box as she is packing up cardboard boxes. Needless to say. I went to Family Dollar to get cooler and bags.

Need what I needed. Aisles are a little small for a wheel chair.mine is a small chair, have no idea how they fit code for wider!

It's a dollar store.what more needs to be said. I'm sure we all have shopped there. I came in went right to what I was there for and Bam. I was out. Good service, and friendly.

This is the neatest, cleanest and staff friendliest location. Other newer locations like Sandy Run are cluttered with restocking carts in every isle and shelves are cluttered and messy. I love Dollar general for certain products. Papper products are great.

The cashier was a bit upset but never said anything rude. Customers on the other hand were very rude to the cashier for doing her job

I do digital coupons and this store was the worst to do them, but the workers was very friendly

Employee had an attitude maybe someone should give some coaching on the customer is the reason there is a job and a paycheck.

Most of the employees are helpful. The manager Trina always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to help

I went in to do a return and then make a purchase for the items I needed to get. The associate completely messed up the return. Then proceeds to complain that she can't the fact that I even had a return. The second associate was just coming on to work and she dumps her mistake onto this girl who knew nothing about what was going on. I won't buy from this store anymore if the only cashier is that rude associate.

I love DG, I visit DGsometimes 3times a day, its definitely the neighborhood store, lex than 3 minutes away from the house! Gotta love the convenience!
