Dillard's

One of the few Department stores left that I can purchase name brand, quality made products (purses, clothing and shoes).

I love their bathing suits. I really couldn’t decide on 7 different kinds. I was loving them all.

Looking for men's shirts isn't all that fun, but if you want to go see the widest selection of what I consider to be "Nice Plus" shirts (and all the other clothing as well) - THIS is the place to go.

There was no shortage of friendly help here either. I would have thought the staff would be grumpy from all of the holiday masses of shoppers. To my surprise, they were all helpful and super friendly. Very nice experience!

Jan and Stacy in the lingerie department were exceptional with me today. I had an item to return and they went out of their way to make me happy. They are the definition of customer service.

Normally I like Dillards, but I'm not a fan of Dillard's closing all day for a private shopping event during Christmas.

Dillards has my favorite shoe department! I have shopped it for years and always love the selection. Over the years I have had one lady wait on me and she has always been awesome. She runs the show, I assumed she was the manager. She should be. Dillards! Her name is Tena Edmonds, I finally asked her today if she was the manager she said no, I was shocked. She is amazing. Her customer service is always spot on, and her speed is unmatched. Her ability to help multiple customers and keep a smile and remember everything is exceptional. I have been ignored and watched other customers ignored EVERY time I go in by the other associates. Tena is a gem, you are very lucky Dillard's!

My daughter and I had the absolute best shopping experience at Dillard's. We were assisted by a sales associate named Mary Jane. Mary Jane was so sweet, patient and helpful. She was in the shoe department. Dillard's you should model your sales experience after Mary Jane and her customer service skills. I usually never remember anyones name but Mary Jane made our shopping experience at Dillard's very memorable. We will be going back.

Dillard's at Haywood Mall in Greenville is a great place to go for quality clothing, home items, and much more. I have been impressed with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

I'm literally standing in the shoe department (men's) there's a black guy working, who not only offered me help as a black male, he never ordered the other black male who came, any help.

However, a white gentleman walked up, and he quickly offered him help. (5 seconds)

When he wasn't helping black customers, he sat playing with his phone.

Very unimpressed with the store. There were no sales as such prices were very high on all the merchandise. It was a big disappointment to make a special effort to stop and shop in the store. I will not be making that mistake again

So excited that Chanel is in Dillards in Greenville SC. Sassy helped me and she is just amazing. My new Chanel consultant for all my Chanel needs. I got a new foundation, primer and mascara and another fragrance. I’m a Chanel girl. ️️️️

I picked up an online order Saturday and as I was leaving the store I heard on on intercom for me to return to customer service. I had checked my order on the counter and had left my phone. I am so thankful for the lady in customer service who went above and beyond her job so that I could get my phone. Thank you again

I was in search of Bamboo products in housewares and the woman that helped me was so friendly and very helpful.

In short. I am in the process of planning my 60th Birthday extravaganza. I decided to go to Dillard's searching for the perfect outfit. Found one.purchased it.too big.then the "Racism" began. Upon attempt to exchange.informed cashier & as I walked away Alisha Yinger (cashier) picked up the phone & referred to me as "A BLACK GIRL" TRYING TO RETURN A COCKTAIL DRESS THAT SMELLS PONGIENT". When I returned to register. She stated her manager said the outfit could not be returned. After speaking with the manager. Jumpsuit returned. Then the phone calls. I finally met with Tiesha Johnson (store manager) who apologized. Then finally received a call from corporate. My spirit is unsettled due to Dillard's not having any cultural diversity training for their employees in 2022. Greenville SC store@ Haywood Mall.

Not a good return policy even with a receipt. I was given a hard time over defective shirt. Won't be going back

Dillard's in Haywood Mall. It's always clean when I visit. I've never had a bad experience customer service wise.

Went looking for dresses. The sales associate Carol Boyd was so kind, professional, and helpful. Great customer service with numerous choices as well. Thank you to Carol!

Definitely find great bargains here if your willing to spend the time hunting the sales racks. Good quality and top brands. Few lux brands tho.

Was looking for a men's suit in a particular size. Couldn't find it. Was headed to Jos. Bank down Haywood Rd. Riley, the salesperon in the Men's Dept, asked if I found everything I needed and I replied, "No". I explainedto him my disappointment in my not finding what I needed. He then went to a particular section and pulled the only two suits in the size I needed. I was pleased and he placed a smile on my face, for I did not realize that one cannot find a men's black suit-it's become a rarity. Anyway, I ended up purchasing tje shirt, tie, and pocket handkerchief for the suit I purchased and one I ordered. Outstanding job Riley! Great salesmanship! Great asset to Dillards, too

I do not find good selections in women's clothing. Shoe department is better as far as selections and sale prices.

I went shopping a couple of months ago for a mother of the groom dress and Carol in formal dresses was wonderful. Although I didn't find what I was seeking in a gown, she was kind and helpful. Mia and Staci in Intimate Apparel are very knowledgeable and very customer oriented. They know the products extensively and made the perfect recommendation. I first searched online for what I needed without success, went to two other department stores at the same mall (one store had no selection whatsoever, whether shoes or intimate apparel; the salesperson was preoccupied moving some boxes around, and directed me to a far fitting room without follow-up). Another store had no selection nor help nearby. Moving forward I'll just skip the other stores and go straight to Dillards for the best shopping experience. Well stocked, clean, and friendly and helpful staff. Thank you, Dillards!

Maybe I just like old style b&m department stores. You can still shop for a range of products. Dill's has all the name brands and is not as crowded as Wal-Mart.

I've always been happy with their service and selection. I like that if I have a question and call the local store, an actual person answers the phone instead of an automated system.

Well laid out store but slightly disappointing to see that most of the shoes did not have a Size 11.

So me and my freind who are 12 we’re wanting to go to Dillard and are parents said it would be ok if we when off together. So we were in dillards in the chuldrens section at 2: 00 today and found some clothes that we liked. We tRied some out and whent out to show each other and my Freinds didn’t fit so we laughed a little. The lady saw us in the dressing room and tried to COME IN OUT DRESSING ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING! We quickly cRacked open the door and said hello she said to make sure are clothes were out and in the place. So we quickly put up everything. We even had to go to the top rack and she stared at us and didn’t help. She finny came over to get some clothes and my freind appokagized for doing NOTHING! She rolled her eyes and snatched the clothes from us!

Several weeks ago, I was shopping for a mother of the groom dress and had the best experience at Dillard's. Fortunately, I met sales clerk Miss Carol B.in dresses who was so very helpful. She was kind, thoughtful and encouraging while I shopped and finally settled on an amazing royal blue dress. Dillard's is lucky to have such a wonderful associate taking care of their customers! Thank you Miss Carol, I really appreciate all that you did for me.

I like this store a lot. I always find what I want here. It was pretty full today but still I got out fast.

I shopped in three seperate womens sections and all three attendants were helpful, knew their inventory and had pleasant dispositions. This was a very positive shopping experience during trying times! Thank you, Nedra for exceptional customer service, your solicited advice and 10% off!

Called to ask if something was there in the store before driving there. First person I spoke to was polite and asked for some details of the items before transferring to the right department. Once they answered I started to say what I was calling for and was cut off immediately by the person I was transferred to by being told they were too busy to deal with me. I understand the customers there would come first versus a phone call but I wasn’t even offered to be put on hold which I wouldn’t mind if they were busy. This is not a reflection of the company as a whole but certainly makes me want to avoid this location. Or at least the department.

A young lady there name Crystal Victoria help me and she is a wonderful young lady. Any thing I ask for she took me right to it.

Normally a good place to get whatever you need at a decent price. This visit nothing was on sale. Fathers day around the corner and no deals. What's up with that.

Pretty average store, you can find better kitchen appliances elsewhere. It's good enough to get some clothes for the office, but be sure to look for clearance items to save money. Staff were helpful without being overbearing.

My husband purchased a beautiful $200 coat for me the day before Christmas. Dillard's does not carry my size, so he purchased the smallest size that they have. The coat is too large for me to wear, so I attempted to return it with the Original receipt, with the Original tags still attached with their yellow proof of purchase sticker attached. Dillard's refused to accept the coat back stating that they only are obligated to returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. They checked with a supervisor at my insistence, then advised that they would take the coat back at 65%off, giving me back only 35%! We don't purchase the coat at 65% off, so why would I accept 35%! No. I will not be back to Dillard's. They could easily accept this return and re-sell this beautiful, unworn coat.

A Salesperson, named David, working in the Men's department was fabulous and so helpful. We will look for him every time.

A large department store, clean, spacious, and well-lit. Sales staff friendly and courteous. Clothing is organised by brand. The store is in a large mall with enty of parking.

Actually, I went to JC Penney's next door, and they always have what I need. And they always have professional & friendly customer service.

Great selection of clothes and accessories, however, had a terrible experience with a sales associate. I was shopping with my mom, and the man who helped her was very rude. She was having a hard time finding a comfortable shoe, and the man was visibly frustrated with having to go back and forth from the back room to find shoes for her. He went as far as to make a rude comment about her TO MY FACE. Needless to say, I did not appreciate the sales associate making a rude comment about my mom. It effectively ruined my shopping experience there, and I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. Totally unprofessional

This is the place to start shopping in Greenville if you're looking for better clothes, shoes and accessories. If you are shopping for women's shoes, purses, clothes, if is definitely the place to go. The men's shoe department is tiny in comparison to the women's, but the men's shoes are great brand names and I can always find many pair I like. Chances are you'll find it here. Staff is well trained, polite and professional.

Store was stocked pretty well. Although a lot employee's were not wearing masks and not all that helpful towards me. Maybe because I was wearing some old jeans and a hoodie looking for a Valentine's day gift for my wife. In my opinion they missed a sale more so due to employee's not taking an interest in a customer. Sad really.

Love shopping here! Always my go-to when I need something. BUT I’m very disappointed in the staff, at least in the Antonio Melani section. While checking out today the associate who was helping me was not wearing any type of facial covering at all. At the checkout desk there is a sign that clearly states that everyone in the store should have some type of facial covering (mask, gator mask, or mask shield). She had nothing
