My daughter scheduled an appointment to go to minute clinic for a physical. This Amy person refused to see her and was very unprofessional. We received a second appointment schedule for the next day. And again she was rude but this time with my husband.
I know that the workforce is limited of candidates for jobs but CVS need to screen their employees more carefully especially when the job requires them to deal with people seeking medical attention. This Amy person does not need to be working at CVS Minute Clinic.
Thank goodness we have other medical places to go and will not be going back to the Minute Clinic.
Called to have them apply a Good RX code and was put on hold over 20 minutes, just to be hung up on. I tried calling back and was unable to get through. The lady yesterday at the drive through was also rude as she seemed to be overwhelmed with her job. Changing pharmacies since I could not get my babies medicine last night (arrived at 5: 00 ish and was called in at 3: 30, meds not filled and stated they would not be done at least until 8 and they never even called) and it is also an issue today. Very unprofessional.
This store is extremely dirty. Inside and out. There vate fire ant beds all around including by front doors. There is no one ever in charge if there are never there. Very short on help always. Auto check out never work and if you still have to call someone when issues come and that takes a very long time.
Never a manager to speak to.
I'm surprised health department has not shut them down.
Was having a problem receiving one of my prescriptions. I spoke with a very professional, helpful young lady named Elizabeth. She was very polite and kind. She not only corrected the problem, she followed up with my doctor and myself. The world could use more like Elizabeth. Thank you so much, young lady.
I hate this cvs, the girl at drive thru lied to me about not being able to transfer prescription to another cvs, never liked this one since I had to go often for LCDS for clients, by the looks of these comments they are consistent. #shameonyoucvs
