Although the employees were reasonably nice, the pharmacy seems to be poorly managed. Last time I was in it was extremely unorganized. It seemed like about 8 people running around behind the counter, but the people in front of me had been there for an hour. I believe the pharmacist (blonde lady) was texting while everyone was running around. They have been slow anytime I have gone there, and display zero urgency with customers.

Kept waiting over 40 min for a prescription that was already filled
The employees have no clue what they're doing, it's chaos, time for a new pharmacy!

I’d put 0 stars if i could.today is monday december 18th.i called at 8: 21pm.i spoke with a white male (assuming phamasist) and earlier that day i called and got no answer after 40mins waiting.again, i called at 8: 21 asking for updates on my prescription.finally i got an answer and i said under my breath to my girlfriend “jesus finally”. And he was like “no no no, we aren’t starting with that language and im not dealing with it” i simply said “ ok just listen, let me just get an update” he asked for my date of birth and i told him “09/12/2000 (im 23) and he said “yeah you being that young you shouldn’t be talking to me like that” (followed by laughing) and i just laughed with him jokingly.and i told him my prescription name (which is adderall) and he said laughing “that’s the problem” and i said “oh no you aren’t gunna talk to me like that” and he immediately hung up and i came to get my medicine and was denied to get it.the police wouldn’t do anything.and if im not mistaken that’s against certain laws.i’m prescribed a medication by my psychiatrist for a reason.it’s extreme unprofessional and out of line and i will be calling corporate first thing tmrw morning.i do not recommend this cvs and this isn’t the first time ive had a problem with them.i hope he gets fired.im switching pharmacy’s asap.don’t go here.

Sales price and mix and match price didn’t match up.
Told mix and match doesn’t mean you can literally mix and match the things clearly identified as kid and match. Then told on the second time to read the sign - I was being ugly for not wanting to pay $29 over the price. Maybe hire people who can read?

CVS located at 2707 Celanese Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732 (corner of Celanese and India Hook) is a 24 hour open CVS with the pharmacist, sharing the same hours. Great to be able to get an emergency prescription in the middle of the night.

So yesterday I was trying to get 3 prescriptions filled. I had been feeling pretty sick all day. So this was the closest pharmacy to the dr. I asked them how long will it be I wasn’t trying to rush them but they said it’s going to be hours. And I respeated Hours, was a little shocked but not upset at all, they proceeded to tell me they are 24 hour pharmacy and also proceeded to tell me that someone was leaving and it was hard to fill all those prescriptions by themselves. The young lady at the cash register was rude to several people that I witnessed. I suggested if I could just have them transfer my prescriptions to my Normal pharmacy. They said yes I can try. I go outside of the pharmacy and call the lake Wylie location, they said yes have them release them and we’ll get them filled right away. I go back in ask them to release my prescriptions, they only release two out of three I have to go back inside to the pharmacy again to see what happened and this time had my local pharmacy on the phone with me. And my pharmacy ended up having to call the pharmacist on duty to get the third prescription so they can fill my medicine for me before they closed. I understand if you’re busy and you don’t want to fill my prescriptions but don’t give me the runaround when I’m trying to get them out of there. Everybody on duty seemed to have attitudes. I felt like I was nice but they made me feel like they hated me. Work on your customer service. From all aspects. I won’t be back to this location. First and last time

Definitely have lost my business. Didn't have my medication in stock and now I have to go to clover, 30 minutes away to get my medication. This was the last straw.

I purchased a CVS heating pad 2 days ago. The first time I tried it, it was not heating properly. Only one of four settings produced heat. I took it back to exchange and was told I couldn’t. I could only get a refund. The associate behind the counter was rather unpleasant. So I took my refund and left the store. I’ll just go somewhere else to buy another one. It would not surprise me if this ends up back on the shelf to become someone else’s problem. This was just a reminder why I usually don’t shop here.

Walmart Pharmacy sends text when prescriptions are ready and always answers their phone with no more than 6 people behind the counter. CVS NEVER ANSWERS their phone and they always have a dozen or so people behind the counter. You go blindly to pickup your prescription and it's never ready and you are told to come back in a few hours. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Bought tickets for a flight. I called last week and was told I could have my medicine on the 12th of this month so we planned our trip as so. I go come to drive through today and I'm told by an African pharmacist that I cannot have my prescription filled because he does not agree with Xanax and it should not be given out. That's a personal Vendetta and has nothing to do with me. He would not give me his name I called corporate and corporate says that he could refuse any prescription for any reason at any time so no help there and they couldn't care less about how rude his responses were or the fact that he would not give his name even though she said that it was company policy for him to have to give his name. Never once apologized for the rudeness of their pharmacist at the least. The only reason why anybody goes to this CVS is because it's 24 hours it has 2.7 stars for a reason. Needless to say because of how rudely I was treated at the store and at the corporate level talking to the corporate pharmacist who did nothing but make excuses for the pharmacist at Celanese. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for messing up my trip as well.

The lady at the drop off counter is so rude. Its been years since I had to go to the pharmacy so I was a little confused on what to do with my papers for refill. She was snappy and very unprofessional. I know we can have bad days, but she did not care one bit about anyone there. Find another profession if you can't handle people.

I've been coming here for years for prescriptions, quick errands and to get shots/tests done pre and post covid. The pharmacy staff are all really sweet, and haven't ever given me any issues. Getting my covid shots here was really easy and painless (as painless as a shot can be), and even coming late at night, it feels safe and well kept.

The car line for prescriptions is so slow. I’m not sure why, but it’s very frustrating. The only reason I waited is because my husband is sick, and needs his prescription. We’ll go to the other location next time

The wait time on the phone for the pharmacy is ridiculous. I have waited over 30 minutes to refill a prescription because I could not recall the prescription number and tried to avoid waiting in line upon arrival. Amazing that this location is still open and operating. If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would.

I have been to this CVS and never had a problem but the blonde hair lady on night shift in the pharmacy was very rude and had a attitude and was even rolling her eyes when I was talking. Customer service is very important and that was just horrible. You will lose a lot of customers like that.

Excellent customer service. Janice was very friendly with a great personality, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for.

She has helped us before in the past and her personality has always been the same. Today she went above and beyond, even though the pharmacy was busy. It’s rare to get good customer service these days.

DO NOT GET MEDS FILLED HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. I’ve been trying to get an important medication filled here for over a month and keep hearing that “it’s being ordered” and “we got it in but another patient called first. ” The pharmacist Katie is completely unwilling to help and will only offer a resolution when you literally beg. I’m a healthcare provider and will NEVER send my patients to a CVS Pharmacy ever again. Beware

If there would be a negative star I would definitely give it right now. Very poor customer service in the pharmacy by cashier Zchiah. Managers tried to help but I do not appreciate how I was treated by Zchiah and her attitude.

I would have immediately terminated any of my employees if they would have treated any of my customers the way she treated me. I am good paying customer and usually don't have issues at this location.
I will be changing over to Walgreens for future purchases.

It is 12: 24 in the morning. June 11,2021. My child is having difficulty breathing. He has a breathing machine and medicine. His mask broke. We have a prescription here and simply asked for a mask. The two females working tonight are the worst behaved people. Neither can possibly be a pharmacist. They are usually never ignorant.

I went here for the first time yesterday and will NEVER go back. I needed Abreva amongst a few other high ticket items. I asked one of the pharmacy techs in the back (literally next to the Abreva) who could help me get this locked item up. She said the worker up front. My daughter and I went and looked to get help. She wasn't there. Okay, I get it. Many times late at night, the employee might be sticking, etc. We looked on every ilse and didn't see her. After 10 minutes of not seeing anyone, I went to the pharmacy again to ask for help. There was one lady in line the tech was helping with a prescription. She was back and forth to the counter alas she prepared the medicine, rang her up, etc. I stood there for another 10,12 minutes. The tech I know saw me standing there. Didn't acknowledge me. Say I'll be right with you. Nothing. I was hurting SO bad (severe back issues and worse when standing). I had not slept in two days I had been working so much. My patience was wearing thin. No I wasn't in the best mood, I admit. I had a rough week. The tech kept arguing with me telling me she was up there. I kept telling her we looked. Maybe she was, but the one time we laid eyes up there didn't see her. She went to go find the girl. The employee was ringing people up. I walked back up there again and vented I had been waiting over 20 minutes for help! Ridiculous! I have been in customer service management over 25 yrs. Yes, you will get tired, or upset customers. No matter what, being I wasn't cursing or calling names, she should have immediately started with I'm so sorry, please let me help you. Something to that extent. She should have taken care of the customer! Instead, she immediately jumped to- "I was up here. You see all this makeup? ", And points to a cart behind her. Just argued with me! I told her that is not how you talk to customers. My 17 yr old daughter and I both said we did not see her when we looked. Again, girl got a horrible attitude and got defensive and swore she was up there.

I spoke my mind. It's been a rough couple months for me anyways and this week was pure hell was the work. You never know what a customer is going through. I'm usually on the other side and the first, as a customer, to be patient. But I also am the first to notice when I'm not being treated with good customer service. I get circumstances happen and things won't always go smoothly. It's all in how the employees handle it. Were they apologetic? Did they validate the customers frustrations (even if.its a crazy reason), did they make the customer feel valued? The employee up front is named Christy. She has a huge chip on her shoulder and huge attitude. She does not need to work in this business. It's obvious she doesn't know how to deal with stressful situations and take care of customers.

CVS- you are better than this. Just FYI, my daughter had to have a few things, so I got her stuff. But I dropped about $70 worth of stuff I was also going to get. Never got my Abreva. After the nasty disrespectful attitude from Christy, I just wanted to go. You lost money because of her. And I am telling everyone not to go there if they can help it. The service is just awful. They don't care about you. They just know your stuck needing something and it's so late, you have to go there.

Christy needs training severely if she's going to be in this field. You NEVER address a customer with a defensive stance. She continued snapping back and was just NASTY.

I would never advise this store unless it's your last option.

25 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to pick up their phone and answer my call. Isn't the first time. This used to be a decent pharmacy but the current staff doesn't seem to care about it's customers

Staff are not at all educated on processing SC Workers Compensation. We have made 2 to 3 trips each time in order to receive the medication. Despite having brought the document from the workers comp fund, with the PA, etc. This CVS (multiple staff) tell us that they need a prior auth and SC is refusing the prescription. After enough of this, we managed to contact a representative with Workers Comp. This rep explained to us that 1.) CVS never called the phone number clearly printed on the prior auth sheet we handed them and 2.) Each time the State system denied (CVS entered incorrect PA) that CVS would also receive the phone number to call along with that. We have spent so much time and effort and these are simple, inexpensive prescriptions. I am likely to transfer all of our scripts to Walmart or Publix in the next week

I only use this store as a pharmacy, and nothing has ever been unpleasant, just very neutral, in regards to customer service. That changed tonight. Ryan, the pharmacist, was overly rude to me. I had a simple prescription pickup, and while I stayed professional, he lacked respect and professionalism. I do hope that the customer service standards will be raised. This was a disappointment, to say the least.

Staff is kind & professional. However, it appears this store is very understaffed. Wait time is longer than any other pharmacy I've experienced. Store could definitely use some updating & remodeling.

I have a problem every time I go to pick up a prescription here. It’s almost always their fault. The only reason I go here is because they are 24 hours.

I really enjoy shopping this cvs location. The staff (Christa, Teresa, and niasia) are always so very helpful. They're courteous and they don't mind helping you find what you're looking for.

I fully comprehend why this pharmacy has the poor reviews that it does. Here’s another one. My boyfriend had surgery, and I had him in the car with me on our way home bc it was 25 minutes to drive home. When I dropped off the prescriptions I was told that it would take “about an hour” to fill. So I went food shopping quick to pass the time bc driving home was too far. Not a big deal. A little over an hour goes by and I hear nothing so I call them. I was told none of the prescriptions were done, and it would be another half hour. Ok, I get it, I’m annoyed but I know I’m not the only patient. So whatever, we wait the half hour. I called again a half hour later, they tell me a couple are done and it’ll be another 20 minutes. So we’re now at almost 2 hours for something that should have taken an hour? So I decided to get in the pickup line and wait it out there, well the pharmacy line had a backup of 5+ cars waiting and I was in line for over 25 minutes. When I got to the window the prescriptions STILL were not done and I had to wait about 15 mins at the window for them. Absolutely ridiculous, slow as snails. No excuse for it.

I went for my Dr visit yesterday and while going over my medications with the nurse on the computer she said CVS pharmacy sent my dr 2 notifications that I had 4 medications filled by 2 Drs that I don't know nor have I ever seen. Meds were filled and picked up by me this month. I had not even been to a dr in three months. When I called CVS to ask them about it they denied it. I know my Drs office wasn't lying. Someone needs to learn how to do their job. This is a 0 star.
