I am beginning to wonder if there is such a thing as a good retail RX. All you have to do is look below at all the other comments to know what you will be dealing with here. Yet we still try it for one reason or another. Price? Location? Burned by another RX?

I've been trying to get a 30 day supply (60 pills) filled for over two weeks now. Each time they do a partial fill. I've looked online and there is currently no shortage of this drug. So why is CVS having such a problem keeping it on the shelf?

First they gave me 10 and told me to come back next week. Then they gave me 30 and told me to check back Tuesday or Wed. So I checked back on that day. They told me since I had been given 30 that I couldn't get the rest until the end of the week. So why did they tell me Tues/Wed? Why can they not finish filling the entire 60 now that it is on hand?

I may be completely off base but I feel like everything retail is a terrible job and RX work is no different. No one wants to be there and it shows. It shows on their faces. It shows in their body language and it certainly shows when you have to speak with them. All of which is compounded when they are telling you the wrong thing from one visit to the next.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The employees and pharmacists do not care about their patients at all, and when you call customer service to complain, they lie. I had a major surgery in October, and all of my prescriptions were sent in at the same time, and they filled all but one. When I called asking what the hold up was I was told they were slammed and just didn’t have time to fill my one remaining prescription that was sent in at the same time as all of the others that were filled. My daughter currently has a virus that has caused ulcers on her throat, and her prescription was called in this morning, and I called at 5: 30pm to see why it had not been filled, and I was told they had several call outs and it would be another hour before the prescription is ready. And heaven forbid if you ever have an insurance problem. They will not tell you any info at the drive-thru stating you have to come inside or go home and call to have it fixed then make a trip back to pick up your prescription. Then after it gets fixed, they tell you it’ll be another 30 minutes before you can pick up your prescription that is already filled just because they had to correct their mistake of filing to an insurance on file that hasn’t been active for over a year. The employees are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The CVS pharmacy located at the Ingles Shopping Center is the worst. All the opining previously submitted is evidently for naught. Today while standing in line for an extended period (30minutes) a few of the customers were complaining about the lack of management and organization in the pharmacy department. One gentleman shopping in the store saw a friend waiting in the line and came over to greet him. During the conversation he told those of us within hearing range he became disgusted with CVS pharmacy and was now ordering through Amazon a service called pill pack. I have plans to check into the service as well as other pharmacies.
Just to mention: one of the two drive thru lanes is broken for over a year, and one attendant operates the window while cars are consistently backed up creating a hazard. There are TWO registers at the pickup counter inside the pharmacy, but one register is open. There are SEVERAL wandering employees behind the counter but offers no assistance.
If there is a light at the end of the CVS pharmacy tunnel it is the entertainment provided for an observer because it is obviously a comedy of errors! However, NOT LAUGHING.

I guess it all depends on how BUSY they are or if it's 7 hours into their day, and they
might be Burnt out But otherwise, the service is great.

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. The staff here doesn’t belong in customer service, they belong somewhere working alone. It’s like they hate their jobs. I use this pharmacy because of the location only. But sometimes, my peace is worth more. Every time I call to get something filled, all I get is attitude, and no respect for my time or anyones else. It’s been like this since the summer, yet they all still have jobs. When will stop accepting this type of behavior? Don’t go through the drive thru if you have to be anywhere that morning or afternoon. There’s always a 30+ min wait and that’s on a good day! I’m not one to complain because eventually, enough is enough! They treat customers like they are bothering them. It’s insane!

Waited 35+ minutes (yes, I literally have to set a timer as soon as I arrive) in the drive thru for medicine. Got to to the window and the nurse charged me $208 for one prescription and refused to search for a coupon, even though they do this EVERY TIME. In fact, SHE has personally looked up good rx coupons in the drive thru before. Then, she required i come inside if I wanted the coupon. After waiting in the damn line for 45 minutes at this point. Go inside, wait 10 more minutes before someone finally offers to help me, finally get some help and bring the price down to $49. THEN I was required to wait 20 MORE MINUTES for them to recount the medicine.

At this point, I’m not even asking to find a good pharmacy. I just need half way decent. I have had multiple instances of waiting 30+ minutes in their drive thru. To anyone looking to use this pharmacy, DON’T! Go literally anywhere else. I have continued to waste my peace, time, and patience on this unacceptable service for the last time.

I have NEVER had a pharmacist call to see how my meds were. The pharmacist, Jennifer called me today and I received some much needed info. You ROCK, JENNIFER!

The first time I called the pharmacist that answered I don’t know the name was short and rude in the conversation. And the last time I was in there I use good RX and I was told that I basically needed to be there so they didn’t have to put the GoodRx number in twice because of having to print labels and I’ve never been told that anywhere else. The lady was very rude in that conversation to the point where if I could’ve transferred it I would’ve I would’ve been glad to spend my money somewhere else but she told me that I couldn’t be doing this every time using my good RX coupon well I hate to tell her yeah I can I just won’t be doing it at the store. I stopped using y’all a long time ago because there’s so many people in your pharmacy but yet no one was working together that does not appear to be true at this particular Cvs however I am a customer and I pay and I expect to be treated with respect I gave respect I expect I get it back and not be told like I’m doing something wrong when I ask them to do me a favor that was not out of the question it is not my fault that they go ahead and run the coupon when I’m not ther. Once again I went to another pharmacy and stead of staying with Cvs

Don’t ever go here! Rudest people you could ever meet and the customer service absolutely SUCKS! Especially the rude guy that answers the phone… you don’t like your job that much don’t work there! CVS pharmacy do better!

Pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Would not listen to what I was trying to tell her at all, I kept my composure and was calm with her but she continued to be rude, brush me off, and treat me like I did not know what I was talking about. I wish I caught her name before hanging up.
Thanks to her, my grandfather will have to do without his medicine.

Was very disappointed and frustrated with the pharmacy today. My husband went for a vaccination appointment to receive the DTap vaccine and the one of the ladies (looked to be in her 50s) at the counter was extremely rude and argumentative. First she tried to say our insurance is no good than said it wouldn’t pay for out of state workers (when we literally both work right down the road from cvs) and they tried to tell us our copay is $79 when our copay is actually $20. She argued the whole time and didn’t seem to know what she was talking about and was very unprofessional. I’ve had several bad experiences with CVS and tried to give it another chance and this is the last time my husband or I will use them.

Every experience I have during pharmacy pick up is a good 30 minute or longer wait! Drive thru associates are so slow and not considerate of others waiting. I never understand it. This is the last time to! I will be switching pharmacy's come Monday! Waste of my time really. Trying to give them a chance to improve.not happening

Pharmacy gives contradictory instructions month to month when trying to fill medicines they do not carry in stock. The person that answered the phone was rude and the pharmacist said if the automated system works the way it should I will get my medicine as prescribed but if not I won't receive my medicine on time with no regard.

I have always had a good experience at this CVS. I drive further to get to this particular one because I feel like they do the best job around and recommend it to my patients. We should all keep in mind that the majority of medical and pharmaceutical places of business are still experiencing staffing shortages and should expect longer wait times. A BIG THANK YOU to all of the pharmacy staff for what you do! You are so important and appreciated!

This CVS location on Ingle's Place in Seneca is a well managed CVS that has everything that you need from a CVS and more. I like the convenience of the location and being able to get in and out with exactly what you need. Good experience shopping here.

I would like to send a shout out to a sales clerk (Zoe) at CVS in Seneca at Ingles Plaza. She was the friendest. Kindest most helpful of any sales person I have dealt with in a long time. She was a breath of fresh air. I worked in Customer Service for many years and it makes me happy to see some one like her. CVS is very lucky to have her.

Pharmacy is horrible they informed me that medication is filled and ready for pickup. 4 hours later Perscription still hasn't been filled. Why tell customers that their order is ready when they show up and are told to wait 30 minutes.

Staff are never at the registers, they're always on the floor stocking shelves, which is the CVS corporation policies I imagine. Hopefully this review will help them to keep at least one employee up front to help customers with questions. Store is kind of outdated looking as well.

It's a simple medicine and I'm guessing that's why it's so easy because his old medication was a nightmare to get and have in stock every month. If I had to physically come in, wait forever, (don't bother with the drive through unless you've got an hour to kill) and speak with these jerks I'd transfer to the absolute heaven that is my pharmacy in Clemson. If you set up a CVS pharmacy account you will barely ever need to deal with these people and that's the reason for the second star, because that service is a godsend. They do need a visit from the review board, but you've got to call the pharmacy review board and tell them about the incompetence, the lack of medication availability after requesting an order, and the mistakes they make way too often. I know CVS cooperate shoves vaccine metrics into the mix, but this pharmacy was terrible before Covid too.

Incompetent pharmacy staff. Was wrongly charged $181 for a THYROID med that should have been covered.

This is the WORST CVS I have ever been to in all my time doing business with this company. They are rude and absolutely do not have your best interest in mind. The pharmacist is condescending and rude.

Do yourself a favor and go 2 miles down the road. If I could give a 0, I would.

They messed up my prescription, I was taking the wrong medication for 7 days. When I finally realized I took it in and talked with the pharmacist. She was rude and didn’t offer any kind of apology. I’ll be switching pharmacies!

Every time I talked to the pharmacist or the Pharmacy coworkers they’re always rude. They don’t act sweet, and caring. They never want to take the time to help patients with there questions. Especially with what I have been experiencing! I am not sure if they are always having bad days around 6 o’clock but that’s not an excuse to treat customers in a rude way. I am not going to be going here for anything, if the attitudes don’t get better!

My boyfriend took my prescription here to be filled for me as I had surgery 6 days ago and am in the most painful stage of my recovery and I ran out of my pain medicine earlier today. Normally we go to Ingles Pharmacy in Seneca, but they did not have my prescription today. I would also like to add the pharmacy was busy just to give the full picture. When he got there he waited a while for someone to even acknowledge him. There were 5 employees working the pharmacy. They told him they had to hold it for 1 day because I’d never gotten anything filled there before - understandable. He comes home and tells me this and I then remember I have gone to the Ingles in Walhalla before so I say “let’s call CVS and see about transferring it to the Walhalla Ingles. ” We call back - get put on hold for 10 minutes. Someone answers finally but is very impersonal in conversation. Tells my boyfriend he has to come physically pick up the prescription because he can’t transfer it to another pharmacy- understandable. He goes BACK to pick up the unfilled prescription. He is waiting at the fill line at the front of the counter for about 15 minutes before anyone even LOOKED at him. Once the lady came up and figured out what he needed she told him “oh you can’t do that in this line, you have to go the the pick up line. ” MIND YOU he is only picking up a PIECE OF PAPER to take to another pharmacy who WOULD actually fill my prescription. He steps over to the other line. Waits in this line for at least 30 minutes before finally receiving the piece of paper he went for. I would not recommend getting your prescription filled here as the employees are impersonal and do not care one way or the other if your prescription gets filled or not.

Everytime I come in here I save SO much money. Ashlynn is the most patient associate. She always puts up with me and my coupons and she is so knowledgeable on where everything is. She really is a sweet person and the definition of customer service. I really appreciate this location.
