I go to Culver's for the grilled chicken sandwich. It's better than Chick-fil-A!

I love Culver's. There is one in Fort Mill, SC and frequently see them when traveling. They offer excellent fast hamburgers and ice cream, plus other items, however that is what I usually ask for.

The main cashier was really struggling and she was the only cashier for most of the 5-6 minutes it took her to take my (and customer before me) orders. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she might be new, however, even when the 2nd cashier came to the counter, they had 20 (not exaggerating) people waiting in line within 10 minutes. The line stretched halfway back into the restaurant for the additional 20 or so minutes it took to eat, making it difficult to get up from our table and out the door.

Most horrible Culver’s I’ve been to. They try and charge u. 38 for a sauce they forgot to give me that I asked for, and my root beer float barely has any ice cream in it, such a rip off. The lady up front is very rude, I would not come to this one it ain’t worth the hassle.

Understandably chaotic considering how busy they were.also the manager handled a crazy lady trying to fight her over her son's paycheck extremely well.sent her on her way and had the police handle it regardless of the woman threatening to beat her up and cussing her out in front of everyone. (I guess crazy lady didn't get the memo that you don't show up on Sunday afternoon in the middle of a rush to get your paycheck.) Otherwise the food was decent, prices were decent/average, employees were very nice and hard working, and the restaurant was very clean.

Went there in the evening and they were extremely busy. Waited 45 minutes for my food in the drive-thru and ended up with items missing and had to go back. They were out of ice and had to send teenagers to the nearby gas station to buy a bag of ice for our drinks. The food was good for the price but the wait and having to go back in for missing items was frustrating.

The window staff was impolite. They changed my order without any explanation and dismissed it as if it were not an issue

For the past few months the dining room has been closed due to 'covid'. But really because the staff is too lazy to clean and the management is too cheap to hire more workers. Every time we try and go the drive thru is 20 cars deep and moves very slow. Like 30 minutes to get to the order booth slow. Recently my wife took my daughter and they forgot my daughter's mixer. When the next order came out my wife stopped the order runner and asked for it. 10 min later they came out again without it. So she went in and asked a third time. Another person handed her a completely liquid melted mixer and when my wife asked for it to be remade, they walked around the corner complained to each other. They never apologized. As much as I liked Culver's overpriced food before. This is probably the last straw.

Went to get some ice cream. Thought they closed at 10 but they closed at 9. Guess covid or staff have everyone closing earier.

This is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had so juicy and delicious and the side are beyond great

Culver's is a favorite. This location allowed dine-in. The food quality is always good and the attention to service is appreciated.

Double deluxe all the meat was very pink not cooked all the way at all not to mention me and my husband was in line for 4 hours

Slow. I waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes and when I got to the window they gave me a number to wait longer. 8-10 cars passed me while I was waiting and I only ordered 1 kids chicken tenders meal. I really like Culvers but I was disappointed with this location.

Love Culver's but their dining room was closed - on a Sunday night - at 8pm when, I believe that their hours are till 10pm. Also, be warned that they have not had large cups for months! I do realize that this situation has been caused by the fact that they are short staffed, as so many restaurants are right now. So, if you would like a job and are willing to work hard and be reliable, I would encourage you to contact this business!

I know this is a Burger joint. There Burgers are pretty good but to me the Best meal on there menu is the Cod Sandwich by far its the BEST Fast food Fish sandwich out there. There Shakes & Fries are also Good. I would definitely recommend the Fish Sandwich.d. C.j.

A step above your normal fast food restaurants. The food was great although I thought the shake was more like ice cream in a cup than a shake.

Great service and sparkling water on tap. Reasonable prices and the people that worked there were very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

It was our first time there and we loved it! My husband had the butterburger and he couldn't stop smacking and saying he should've gotten 2. Everyone else was pleased as well, we'll definitely be back!

I had an 12 hour drive home and stop at this location to feed by family. Waited 35 mins for carry out and when I received food. The order was completely wrong. Talk to shift leader and she asked if I wanted to wait for my order to be redone, I asked if I was going to wait for another 35 minutes and she did not know. I asked for money back. What a shame. No customer service there at all. Will not go back to Culver's so upsetting.

We always stop here after a day of fun at Carrowinds. The food and customer service can't be beat. Wish the Buffalo tenders were there all year though! They are delicious!

This place is amazing. The food is excellent.but the best part is Nas, the friendliest, coolest person that works there. He's Making America Great Again

Don't go to Culvers often but when I do Im never disappointed. Butter Burgers always hot and made to my liking and the crinkle fries are my most favorite.

The food is fresh and hot when served to your table. Their burgers, chicken tenders and fish fillets are delicious, the fish sandwich has the largest portion of fresh fish of any fast food restaurant. The prices are great for the fresh high quality food served.

Had an amazing experience here recently. I took my nearly two year old daughter here for her first cheeseburger because it's my favorite burger spot and I wanted to share that with her. The food was great as always and my daughter loved her burger, but the real pleasure came from the staff member who helped serve me. Taking my daughter there by myself and being as clumsy as I am, I started the evening off by knocking over my drink with her diaper bag on the condiment section. I frantically started cleaning it up with napkins, then a young employee came over and took over and cleaned it up without hesitation. Later, I noticed there were fries missing from my order, so I went up to the counter (carrying my daughter) and asked them for the fries. They of course brought them right away and apologized for the missing fries, which was completely fine, not a big deal. But that same young man who cleaned up my mess earlier saw that I had my hands full and came over and offered to carry my corrected order to my table for me. When we got to the table he must've seen the piles of napkins and wipes I'd already gone through trying to keep my daughter somewhat clean while she ate. He said, and I'm paraphrasing, "I'll get this tray from your table when you're done eating sir, you don't need to worry about it". I was floored by the presence of mind this young man had to see that I was struggling and needed assistance, even though I never asked for it. I did not catch his name from his name tag, I believe it was Naz, but I could be wrong. He had a short 3-letter name. Being so pleased with our experience, I wanted to talk to a manager to tell him or her what a thoughtful employee they have. But they were very busy and I didn't want to pull them away from their other customers. So here's my way of saying thank you! Our awesome experience was the evening of May 20th around 6 o'clock or so at the Culvers on Foothills Way in Fort Mill, SC.

Good food. I got a response to this review so I wanted to elaborate. (I was in a hurry before.) The food was excellent! They are opening one near my home. We are very excited about it. My daughter got the chicken sandwich which I even liked better than my burger (which was also good). My husband said it's one of the best fast-food burgers he has ever eaten. I would definitely recommend.when we go by Carowinds I will definitely stop here to eat again.

This is the place where a family can go and have a wide selection of items to choose from and reasonable priced. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Food was very good and freshly made. Place was very clean. There needs to be more stores in the area. If you haven t tried this company, then give them a try

Food was great as always. Staff was nothing but grouchy teenagers having a collective bad day! No one we interacted with was nice or seemed to like their job. Maybe working that close to Carowinds makes kids ill, idk. I will go to Culvers in Salisbury where the employees are happy.

Great place to grab food after you leave Carowinds just be patient they get very busy in that last 30 minutes and be sure to check your order Before you depart

This place has the best butter burgers I've ever had! Definitely go and get yourself one. They have other selections that's also great.you won't be disappointed

The front out side dining is so nasty with cake & nasty tables. It ruined my appetite & my acquainted friend stepped in the nasty mess!

It was ok. I ordered the butter burger and it had no flavor. No salt. No pepper. On a brighter note, the tea was on point!

If you haven’t been here, you need to go! The cheese curds are the most delicious fried cheese! The custard is legit and the concrete mixers are amazing - I love the daily flavor! Butter burgers are on point too.

I placed a to-go ice cream cup order requesting it exactly as it appears in the picture and it did not have the right ice cream. Definitely a letdown and I haven’t been back since.

Barely any chicken in the chicken patty inside the sandwich. Nothing like the marketing. They used to be awesome. This was horrible.

So many yummy things to choose from! Recommended: the bacon cheeseburger on a pretzel roll with cheese curds or if you're missing mom's home cooking (or just don't want to turn on the oven) pot roast - also amazing. Great place to go for sundaes any day of the week!

Tried to dine in. Door was locked. It was 2pm. Someone came to door to tell us they were short-staffed, but people had just entered before us and hadn't ordered yet. Someone asked who the manager was and door was closed in their face. We won't be back.

Oh yes baby. The ice cream, the burgers and fries. Yes please and more, thank you. What a delicious treat. We drove across town just for this. Whether it's Butter Pecan or butter buns, this place is snackworthy so don't chicken out. Get down here and shake things up.

Well, as far as a good burger goes. I didn't like Hwy 55.

Freddie's, I really enjoyed.

But, this Double Burger from Culver's had that Ole town grilled burger taste. Simply Wonderful! Otherwise, the cheese curds are good and plentiful, but a little over rated. They're basically mozzerrella cheese bites.

The food is always prepared to order, thus, always freah, hot and delicious. I highly recommend. Keep up the great work!

Actually went to Culver's for the first time about a month ago and was pleasantly surprised. This is definitely not you're running the mill fast food joint. They had very fresh food and the service was fast. I really enjoyed their Frozen Custard and Burgers. I honestly think the Frozen Custard was my favorite. They've got blenders where you can pick a bunch of different toppings blended with the custard and then they have milkshakes too.

Food was great. Finished eating, ordered ice cream, and they forgot about our order. Set there for 20-30 minutes before we had to go back up to the counter to ask for our order again.

We were hungry driving home from North Carolina and looked up stops otw so when we saw a Culver's we wanted to make the trip. Was only a few minutes out of the way but was a good 45 minutes before we passed it. Was worth the wait. We went thru the drive thru and the girl on yhe other end was very informative as I had a lot of questions. It was dark and I couldn't see the menu and wasn't familiar with it enough to know what they had.

All my friends in Ohio rave about this place. I finally decided to try it. I ordered the butter burger with onion rings and I got a shake afterwards. The stagg was extremely polite, professional, and energetic. The food was eh though. The onion rings seemed really greasy. And while the meat on the burger was good, my cheese wasn't melted at all, and the grilled onions were basically raw. After I drove away I also noticed I was given the wrong shake. I'm not sure if I would go back here.

Culver’s has to be the best customer service ever. My first time ever eating was a few months ago. When I tell you the food was delicious the service was even more friendly. I’ve always seen the sign from the highway and never stopped because I thought it was so expensive. But I stoped in one day and glad I did. The service was absolutely out of this world every employee was fantastic and friendly. The food was hot, fast and fresh. Keep up the good work. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thanks Culver’s.

Culver’s is a go to lunch spot. You can truly taste the freshness in everything they sell. The staff is always really great, and provide great service.

Its a basic burger, friendly window staff, but like most drive throughs, it's a rush to get you to order, pay, and then park and wait for your food.

So we ordered a burger from there. Taste was sooo good and they gave us free ice cream too which was very very tasty. Customer service was amazing they are awesome. Would love to visit again and again and again. Overall it is expensive but it doesn’t matter because they have awesome service and quality️️

Great food, friendly but super slow service. Don't go here on your lunch break. Make sure you have a lot of time to spare.

Culver's is clean, great service and friendly staff. Consistency is the name of a good food service restaurant. They have it and The Butter burger Wow!
