The Cracker Barrel off exit 90, Interstate 85, Gaffney/Spartanburg. Our waitress, Nicole, was the best caregiver my wife and I have had the pleasure to experience. The restaurant was packed, yet she gave us and her other tables Excellent attention and care. That's what keeps us coming back.
Always enjoy Cracker Barrell in Gaffney. Took my 6 grandkids. Out of southern fried chicken. Service was slow but understandably so. It was very busy as it was the Friday before Christmas!
We usually have breakfast at the cracker barrel. We were traveling and this location was really close to our hotel. Great selection on the dinner menu. Food was very good and we had good service.
While traveling to NC we placed an order for pickup by telephone. We were told the order would be ready in 20 minutes and it was. We were able to pickup our order and get back on the road in just a few minutes.
It’s country food with out that fresh from scratch taste and seasoning. It’s fine, ok but not the from scratch taste. Everything needed salt and pepper. The service is nice.
We had to wait at least 30 minutes before we got our food. The pancakes were burned, cold and tough. The bacon was greasy and tasteless. This was not the way Cracker Barrels used to be. I was very disappointed and won't be back. It was way too expensive.
Never ate here but I have had to sleep overnight here and most cracker barrel allow this called the lady super nice and respectful on the phone and its been a very good place to me I came here even Jumpstarted 2 random gentleman that were waiting on Triple A to come for hours and they thanked me even offered to pay me but I declined hopefully one day I'll eat here but I am vegan not sure what I could eat.
I came in over a month back with my family and this is by FAR the worst experience Ive had in a cracker barrel, it took forever to get our food, I saw my server probably around 2 times at most, the only good thing about this place was the young man at the host stand with the curly hair. He gave us our drinks and silverware and checked up on us more than our SERVER did! He was very friendly and professional. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and by the time I got it it was cold. I dont know what kind of resturaunt you people run but yall have to do better!
This eatery, part of a franchise, has decent food and very good service. Waitress very attentive to all our needs and quick to services us. The main delight of this establishment is the front entrance inside the store. Many items of nostalgic value including old-time candy and assorted goods.
The service was excellent but the guy beside us was disgusting he was liking his plate and not only his but his two orderly person was with him plus he has some bread in bag and gallon of juice he was give those person was with him. The restaurant should not allow food from outside. We eat so fast to get out of there. Our food was very good and excellent service
Fantastic staff. Their help on picking up to go order or doordash / uberEats are exceptional. I was offer free diet coke for waiting my order. Hatsoff for the customer service and good gesture.
I drive from boiling springs sc to eat at this Cracker barrell.because the one close to us is horrible from the food to the service.i have given them 3 visits and it was the same experience.but this one in Gaffney is spot on.great food and service.definitely worth the drive
Dumplings had way to much pepper in them the lemonade was so bitter even after they brought out a second one the “sweet” tea was bitter and the lemons must have been in something with onion because the lemons smelled like onion
