Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We had a 30min wait because there were people that didn't show up for work other than that it was great as always

In my opinion Cracker barrel speaks for themselves.l have never had not one bad experience while dining in at a Cracker barrel anywhere.

Kennedy was the most charming silver we ever had a cracker barrel and in case I missed it she works in Columbia off of broad River at the cracker barrel near the DoubleTree motel wonderful

I keep swearing off this location and today just confirmed it. Ordered the chicken and dumplings and carrots, luckily this go they didn't short me any of my order. However the dumplings we VERY mushy not like they normally are. Sad and not what I was looking forward to for lunch.

Usually has really good food. Lines are usually long on the weekends. We have eaten here weekly for 12 years. The past few times including today we had a horrible experience. I travel from Blythewood because we thought this was the best location. I left hungry today because my food was overcooked on some items but undercooked on others. Our waitress totally disappeared for 20 min. We had to flag her down when she reappeared out the back. My that time my husband was finished. We just got the ticket and left. Thanks a lot for the wasted trip. Should have asked for Walter the best server they have.

Susan took good care of our table (party of four). Thank you Susan. The food was good. Thank you chef. Please consider bringing back the chicken gizzards and liver and onions for us old timers. Thank you!

This was one of the WORST experiences I have had. I place an order online at 9: 15a for pickup at 10: 45a. When I arrive not only was NOTHING prepared, but the manager then informed me that a few of the items (advertised online) where not available. She did not call ahead to see if I wanted to change my order. We ordered the lunches for a dinner at work. The lunch was from 11a-12p. Over an hour after the order was supposed to be ready I still had no food. By the time I got the food and retuned to the office, the lunch was over. NEVER order online from this location.

This location was extremely busy and, I am sure, short staffed like everywhere else. However, everyone was friendly and we were seated and had out food in a timely manner.

Always have to hit the gift shop before dinner. The food has had a slight decline in quality but the staff has amazing service.

Pulled in at 8am for breakfast. It was so cold in the restaurant that it was uncomfortable to eat and made food cold. Everyone trying to sit next to windows to get sun warmth. Waiter said no one showed up to fix air. Checkout attendant said it gets hot during the day so they get the place cold early and nothing they can do about it. Basically don't complain to me attitude. I guess guests are less important at breakfast than at lunch. I have a solution. I won't be back. That solves problem for me. Walter the waiter was excellent. The two stars are for him. None for the location.

Terrible service, Terrible food, half the stuff we ordered they said they didn't have. The facility was dirty floors in dining foom covered with food and trash and bathrooms filthy. This is not the cracker barrel way

Great place. The people make the difference. Food was hot and fresh. The server had a great attitude and was verry helpful with our order. I recomend trying them out.

Food was delicious, it was very busy, but great service. We enjoyed our brunch, and we will go again.thank u

Throw this entire location away and start over! Uncooked bacon and overall a very unpleasant experience! 15 minutes wait to be seated, and after two (2) different servers stopped by to ask if we had our drink orders taken, it was another 15 minutes before anyone came to our table! We spoke to the manager and she advised YS that it was “not good” that we had to wait! DUH! Oh, and please do not be misinformed, the restaurant was staffed and there were plenty of empty tables. After receiving our food, my girlfriend had to wait an additional 10 minutes for her order to be corrected! There is no excuse for this level of service!

Good food, and staff were great, but not one staff member wore a mask! With Covid 19 #s up, the reccomendation is to wear a mask indoors even if vaccinated! Protect your patrons!

Great! Perfect service-and everyone was working hard! We even felt honored To buy a veterans and his wife's breakfast

Every. Single. Time. Never fails. Call in a to-go order. “It will be ready in 15 minutes. ” I showed up 30 minutes later, stood in the lobby for an additional hour before food. Watched people come in, eat, and leave. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Worth the extra 15 min drive to Irmo location. Will NEVER come to this dump again!

DO NOT EAT HERE! The service sucked and food was not cooked yo satisfaction. Asked for a steak MEDIUM and got Charcoal. When asked for the manager to come and address the issue all she did was smirk and look like she didn't care at all. Will NEVER eat at the Bush River location or any Cracker Barrel again for that matter.

Very short staff and very busy. I understand it's hard to find a good help these days. Stephen was very curtious, friendly. Long waiting on food but it was worth it

Food not cook properly, breakfast had hard cold eggs, sausage patties that a knife would not cut, grits that when you pulled the spoon out the entire bowl of grits came out.

Went at a relatively down time and the service was nice and everything came out hot and exceptionally quicker than I would have anticipated.

Chicken Pot Pie was good. Hash Brown Casserole was stone cold. Busy yet had better service during the busy lunch hour. Biscuits arrived when we were leaving as well as refill of tea and lemonade.
