Food was great! Appreciated how kind and hospitable Ayden was. Some of the best service we’ve had.

This was my first time at this location. I've been to several Cracker Barrel Restaurants and never experienced such a terrible experience. The server came back to our table three times because he forgot to put the order in. After 40 minutes I asked for a manager. The manager asked if there's an issue and I asked him what was taking so long for the food. He gave me a confused look and rushed back to the kitchen. Five minutes later the food is served. Green beans were cold, the steak was luke warm, the fries weren't cooked entirely. By this time we just wanted to leave. The server never came back once to check on us. I finally got the check. The cashier asked how everything was and I was honest. It was terrible. She didn't care. I realize it was was an hour and a half before closing but I expect decent service.

Food was good. Just make sure you check bags. We had a to-go order and didn't have any plastic ware to eat with. The bag was all tied up as if someone had checked and rechecked bag for correctness. Guess what? They forgot the coffee as well. Take the time to check your bags.

I ordered online and arrived 10 mins late and still waited 35 minutes for my food. The person said they forgot about my order and it still came out cold

The atmosphere and food was great however the waitress was horrendous. She bought out our food cold as if she forgot we were her table also never revisited and ask if we were ok or needed anything we called another waitress twice.

The food was delicious. Thank you for completing our vacation. Your staff was friendly and kind. I look forward to stopping here in the future, possible.

If I could give no stars I would. Food ordered was a family meal online says served HOT! Food was ice cold. They messed up the order and I had ro for back for everything left out. Then had to have them make hot food. And then they gave actual metal forks instead of the plastic. I'm really good on this place. Never ever again. My recommendation is to avoid at all costs.

Steak was overcooked the first time and unevenly cooked the second time. We had to ask for almost everything, from silverware to condiments. Entrees came out at different times and were lukewarm at best. In all fairness, the server seemed like she knew her job, but her flow was obviously disrupted by all the new employees thinking they were helping. Or maybe it was the manager helping the overwhelmed kitchen sending the food out without the proper accouterments. I HOPE the manager was helping the kitchen because otherwise they should've been on the floor catering to the customers.
Overall, not a pleasant experience. But I don't think it was the usual. I will probably try them again in the future. Everyone deserves a second chance.

I took two stars off for the lack of Covid consideration. Sure, employees had masks on, but some had their noses uncovered. There is a reason for treating with noise swabs- there lies the highest concentration of bacteria. There was no limit to how many people crowded into the store for the 30+ minutes wait. One could barely shop for the number of people cramming the aisles standing & waiting. The worst? The man bussing tables used the same damp rag to wipe down all the tables, with NO type of sanitizing spray or anything. SERIOUSLY? I honestly thought the tables should be spaces more than they were. Didn't look any different than before Covid. Yikes.

Food was good but waitress was no as attentive as she should have been. We asked for salt and pepper. She never brought. Didn't refill cofee.

The grossest Cracker Barrel I've been to so far. Toilets were Disgusting made note to the Hostess who informed somebody but after dinner went back in it was still the same. I was seated at a table that had not been wiped down. Glass rings and corn was on the table. Then when I was eating my meal they started to fill the salt and pepper shakers. The person doing it was not using gloves. He was using the palm of his hand on the caps to unscrew the cap. He touched every single salt and pepper shaker the same way. Just no respect for covid

The waitress did an excellent job of taking my to go order quickly and efficiently. I was sitting in the dining area waiting for my order and the manager carried it out to the front register and didn't tell me even though the ticket clearly showed where I was sitting. They got the order wrong (I did not order okra) and it took a line of about 8 people before the gift store manager came to the register even though she was standing right beside it.

They're serving mimosas, wine & beer! Wish the small shoes were size 6, not 7! Each Cracker Barrel should have their own souvenir to collect.a sticker, magnet, mug. Most of all, I wish there was a Cracker Barrel in Washington State!

Good food - loved the chicken n dumplings but won't get the bacon & mac n cheese again as it didn't taste like bacon. More like bread crumbs.

They are not social distancing properly and it is at max capacity even though their sign out front says working with limited space. I’m not one to complain but when every table is full and I can reach out and touch the next person during a pandemic that is not ok.

Loved it here. First time! Cozy family setting including a warm fire. Outstanding Service from Anikia, Delicious food, low prices. There were so many knicknacks, clothing and Nostalgic candies. A wonderland for us middle aged folks.

We enjoyed a fresh breakfast after getting mom's covid shot at the coliseum. Delicious. I didn't know the cracker barrel store sold vinyl records, who knew? The didn't have Conway Twitty though.

My husband and I waited over 30 minutes for our food. We never once complained and the waitress randomly stopped by our table and told us the manager was paying for our meal since there was a mix up in the kitchen! Thank you!

I had been in Charleston S. C.for the Magnolia Park and decided to drop in. Our order was taken really fast. Our food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was clean and a delight to visit.

Cracker barrel food is very good. But beware of any gift card that you purchased from them. There seems to be a problem with them not being any good

The pancakes are really my go to and my guilty pleasure. It's not my favorite place to sit in because I feel so crowded. But I do enjoy the pancakes.

The food is always great. I loved their fried apples. I always eat those with a biscuit formy dessert. Love the store.

I was interrogated by several employees concerning not wearing a mask. I formed each and every one of them that I have a medical condition that would prevent me from wearing a mask And was ask to show my medical records to confirm it. I'm pretty sure that is Illegal to ask of me. I was eventually allowed to sit to have a meal and I want to shout out to Sara our waitress Which was extremely awesome and sweet and makes a mean beautiful hot chocolate. And because of her is the reason for a high 3 rating. With what's going on in the world and businesses shutting down I would think Cracker Barrel would appreciate their customers Not discouraging them from eating there. Wise up Cracker Barrel!

Most times we go to Charleston we stop here for a baked potato and steamed broccoli. This is about the only, vegan choice you can find. We do our best to eat plant based and low fat. A plain backed potato and the steamed broccoli will meet our diet and life style.

Amazing dining experience. Steak was excellent. Veggies cooked to perfection. Ice tea was Southern and good. The restaurant including restroom was very clean. The staff was following Covid guidelines. Everyone especially our server was first class. I highly recommend This Cracker Barrel restaurant.

Awesome service with great southern food options! There country fried steak is on point, one of my favs for sure! All there food is great though.

The nastiest place to eat! I am disgusted! The service and food itself, my family will NEVER eat here again. After spending well over $20 on 2 meals, I ordered french toast and got what looks like butter toast and jelly all on the bottom. The eggs look dried out and not to mention all thrown on one plate mixes all in with each other. The co worker who answered the phone (Michelle) was very rude and when she brought the food to our car she had a very unprofessional attitude. I am more than disappointed!
