Cook Out

Their card reader wouldnt work. Turned my card down 3 times. They rudely asked for my PIN. I never have to use my PIN at fast food places. Im in tears because i know there are funds on my account. Requested a manager. Card went through right away. Get our food. Check it. Its wrong. Girl at the window completely ignored me for 5 minutes. Finally leave get home and we have the wrong flavored milkshakea. I hate to be treated like they are doing me a favor LETTING me purchase their food! Clemson cook out is a no for me.

Your cashier Shay HAS THE WROST ATTITUDE IN THE WORLD! I don’t see how she still has a job! You have managers on duty and can hear how she responds to the customers and don’t do anything about it! It very poor class and needs to be handle! I feel sorry for people who come here and have to deal with that! Get better workers and customers service!

Overall a five with all three divisions four plus. Everything I have ever eaten there has always been delicious!

Bit of a wait all the time if go after 8pm since it's one of the few restaurants open late at night. But orders are always correct, food is always done to perfection (for a fast food place) and they have huge selection of different type of food at a cheap price as well. Always my late night stop for some good food.

Good food, drive thru and outdoor dining only. Bring your own napkins and and a cup to piss in because there is no turning back

Ordered a full cookout tray drove all the way home to see that I had no sides whatsoever after sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. Drove all the way back to have my meal replaced (and sitting in the line for 30 minutes again) and wasted well over an hour and a half of my precious time altogether. Very upset with cookout tonight.

This Cook Out is fantastic. We had a longer than usual wait for our food due to some miscommunication and they offered us a refund along with the food. Shout out to Gabby and the fella with long hair, they really made us feel cared for and valued!

This location constantly messes up orders. I waited in line for 45 minutes tonight. Placed my order and waited on the car at the window for over 10 minutes. They need to make the drive thru able to leave. Some of us have places to be and get trapped in there waiting. Get it together. It's not hard.

The worst service waited in line over a hour while they have two lanes to be quicker not the case here the first line done 20 plus cars while they let the second lane sit there why have two lanes if your only gonna tend to one

I love Cook Out of Clemson, SC. Fantastic food and great customer service! I look forward to every chance I get to go thru Clemson so I can go to Cook Out!

This location really needs better employees, I know that this is a highly populated place w big demands late at night but I swear to god it took me 56 minutes to get from the parking lot to the menu screen. And I just couldn’t leave the parking lot at that point because of the design. Time management def needs some working on. Love our food service workers though and they’re doing the best they can with what they’ve been given I suppose.

Best fast food period. Menu and order style can be tricky if you haven't been before but it's awesome food for the price, big double cheeseburger tray with fries, hush puppies, a "huge" sweet tea and add bacon for $8.00 even. The pulled pork sandwiches with slaw are a home run too. Cook Out puts Mcdonald's to shame. Drive thru lines get pretty crazy but the staff always seem to be moving with a solid sense of urgency. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Haven’t gotten a correct order from this cookout the past 4 times we’ve gone? Should I just ask them to surprise me since they’re going to matter what I pay/ask for?:)

Food is always good. The girl who was working the 2nd drive thru had a sarcastic condescending tone as she took my order past me my drink and food took my money and told me to have a great night. That was kind of pissing me off but besides that usually I have no issues

Went for dinner. Ordered a sandwich with 2 sides. I got home and only had the sandwich. I had to drive back to pick up my sides. By the time I re-ordered my sides, my sandwich was 30 minutes old. I asked for a new one while they were giving me my sides and they said no. I had to spend my time and gas to go back to get the sides they forgot and they can't even give me an fresh sandwich. Ridiculous. If you go, check your order before you leave.

Your “double drive-thru lanes for quicker service” is ridiculous! Why on earth was the left lane ahead by 8 cars? The left lane was constantly going forward while the left lane sat for an unbearable amount of time. Maybe you should take a few lessons from other fast food places

We love this cookout! We always travel from Westminster to eat here as a family. They are patient. Friendly And very courteous. We genuinely enjoy coming here and will continue.

The drive through is open and they offer the full menu, including milk shakes. Service was excellent and prices are very good

Food is cooked correctly. It's always hot. Would give 5 stars. But due to the amount of college students in the area. The line is usually a bit long.

I've ate at so many different Cookout's and this one was hands down the best. The honeymustard wrap wasn't dry at all they even had an appropriate sized piece of chicken in it and just the right about of sauce. I could of ate 6 of those alone. But service was awesome. Sweet tea was perfect. 10/10 stop here for lunch

Ok so it's drive through only and the menu was confusing. Lol next time now I know the place I'll probably give them 4 or 5 stars depending on how fast the line moves. Moved quickly for us though and it was a great value for the buck.
