My washer stopped working and I desperately needed a new one, pre-qualified in about two minutes or less. This was about 2 a.m. Got a call around 8: 30 a.m from a Conn's associate and we discussed my choice of products and was told I would have them delivered in about three days. Really didn't want to have to wait that long but was going to. Within the hour the same associate called me back said he had a set just as good that was just as good and I was able to go pick it up today. New Year's Eve and I was so thankful. Go check out this store! Ask for Mark at the Greenville store. Tell him that I sent you and you will not be disappointed! Happy New Year Mark and Conn's! I will be purchasing more soon.
The experience was easy, slightly pushy. When a customer says no twice to warranty after you have explained, we soon realized the warranty is more for the sales benefit then yours. If I wasn’t needing replacements and tired I would have ended the sales and left. Other than that Michael was professional and a good salesman
The sales associates did not assist me at all during my visit but the furniture is beautiful! I left without purchasing simply because no one helped me

My wife and I purchased roughly almost $9000 in early July on a new mattress, bedroom set, and washer/dryer. The problem was with the king bedframe we purchased.
When their so called delivery installers delivered and set up the bedframe, they had 2 pieces of the cross members missing but didn't bother saying anything to us and set up the bedframe anyhow and put the box springs and mattress on it Then the other night in the middle of the night, the bedframe collapsed. I then sent in a request for service about it, and they denied the claim.
From now on, I'll never shop at Conn's again. We've spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company and now I'll be giving my money to another company. Maybe they should hire delivery people who will DO THEIR DAMN JOB CORRECTLY.
CJ and Victoria were very helpful and did everything they could to be sure I got the best deal and financing on a new refrigerator. They were very detailed and made sure I had a complete understanding of the purchase I was making.
I applied online and received an instant approval. The process was very short and followed up in minutes by a phone call from Michael a salesperson. Michael was Awesome in handling my purchase needs. He researched the product and explained the whole process from A to Z. Michael scheduled my delivery to arrive within a few days and I felt he looked out for my best friendsinterest. Yes we had a great experience today at conn's. Michael was great he knows the product that he sales. He answered all of our questions he was very professional he explained in detail of every function of the product as we asked him questions about the product. We purchased a Ge range that has the 6 burners and also has the convection oven. We also purchased a 3 cubic feet freezer it was a great experience today we look forward going back in the future.
I had the best experience with Josh. He is product knowledgeable, honest, and a great salesman. I came not expecting to buy anything and walked out satisfied with my purchase and was well within in my budget. I recommend you come here and you will walk out happy like my wife and I!

Experience was a 10 out 10 at time of sale. Now 3 years later they won't stand behind a matress that started breaking down within the first year! I bought a specific mattress with an adjustable base because my husband had a back injury and subsequent surgery, it hurts him more to sleep on this mattress than one in a rental house on the beach! Had to give one star it wouldn't let me post otherwise. Dont be fooled by the guarantees and warranties they don't mean diddly to these people or Serta!

This COMPANY has to be the WORST I’ve ever DEALT with. We got an 85’ inch TV from THEM (Greenville, SC). They SENT their contractors to MOUNT it on our WALL and he also arrived ALONE. LONG story short, the MOUNT was improperly PLACED. It FELL off, and me and my WIFE caught it before it could HIT the FLOOR. Not to mention she recently birthed our son. She also strained her wrist and shoulder. It also left us with FOUR holes in our WALL. It’s been almost 2 months and they have yet to FIX it. They NEVER came back and CHECKED the TV. Their insurance is the WORST to deal with. Conns PROFESSIONALS don’t have a care for their CUSTOMERS. This COMPANY is also a MAJOR rip off. What we WENT through, I’m sure many OTHERS have. I hate it for the FUTURE customers. We’ve ASKED them to PICK up the TV and they REFUSE. We also PURCHASED their INSURANCE and they don’t even want to REPLACE the TV. WE still have items from them that we WILL pay off for GOOD standing. But I do NOT recommend them AT all.
Bought a bed here 2 years ago, and the experience was pleasant. The last 2 times I have been in there browsing, the sales people were very pushy and not knowledgable about their products. I left and purchased elsewhere both times.
