Coastal Pain Care is located on Jeffries Blvd in Walterboro across from McDonald's. They are in Walterboro on Tuesday and Thursday. They are friendly and professionally staffed and that was evident from day one. When you walk in you are greeted by the front desk staff, Destiny and Taylor. They also serve as technicians. Jean is also friendly and professional. Dr. Kellett and Dr. Wills are incredibly professional and sympathetic to your pain and are eager to do their best to help alleviate the pain.

I was treated with numerous procedures that included lite massage, electric massage and muscle stimulation, as well as other treatments.

They care about you and it shows.

They have other offices in N. Charleston and Goose Creek.
