Enjoyed our winter stay at Club Wyndham Ocean Boulevard.

Only two negatives, keeping in mind it was a December trip to a beach location.

1. Had to sit through a timeshare presentation that was supposed to be an hour that turned into 2.5 hours.

2. WiFi was very slow. Tested at about 10Mbs and had issues with some sites and apps. Ended up using my phone as hotspot for a bit of work and playing a couple of movies from my home Plex server.

We stayed in The Cottage. Very nice and roomie! They did keep trying to sell us more time share by calling it an update. They say it takes 30 minutes and they'll give u all these coupons. After 30 minutes we left and they kept trying to follow us. When I asked about the coupons, that was only if u bought more shares. No. I'm happy with what I have!

We have stayed at this resort in the past and had a wonderful time. This time was not the best…It started with check in when we were pressured to sit in on the timeshare meeting and the staff would not take no as an answer. When she didn’t hear the answer she wanted from me, she then moved on to my 6 year old daughter and tried to pressure her by offering gift cards and rewards. I felt that was highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and flat out rude. When my daughter also told her no she then tossed our wrist bands at us and was finished. We did not receive the map, welcome folder, or anything. After getting settled we went to swim in the indoor pools and found out both were closed for painting. I specifically checked online and chose this resort because the others stated they were closed. It was frustrating and disappointing that both of the pools would be closed our entire stay. The other staff were all kind and helpful, especially the garage/parking personnel and the bartender at the bar restaurant (she was very kind and made my daughter a special purple Sprite!) Rooms were spacious and clean, arcade was fun, and beach was beautiful.

I love Club Wyndham. I was in tower 2. Exiting the resort you are right at the beach. Parking was a little crowded but I drove around a second time and found a spot. There are also different levels. The resort has everything like home away from home. It even has a washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. It had a walk-in modern looking shower as well as a jacuzzi. If you want to enjoy the beach, I would definitely say give this place a go. I booked again and hope I can do it again and again because I love the beach.

We made reservations to stay at this Wyndham 3 months in advance. When we went up to the check-in attendant we knew right off that she either hated her job or was having a horrible day. We were greeted with a sourpuss face and attitude. We had reserved an Ocean view one bedroom with a jacuzzi room. She told us flat out that we were not going to get the room we reserved and paid for, that reservations made a mistake in giving it to us because we were not owners and the rate for a lesser room would be the same. When I showed her our written confirmation she abruptly walked off to another attendant without saying a word, came back and said ok you'll get that room.
Chelsea on the other hand was a fabulous employee. Greeting us with a smile, engaging, friendly and helpful.
The place is indeed wonderful. The room was beautiful, spacious and had everything you would need. All the guests we came in contact with were friendly. There is a game room, pool, restaurant, & gift shop. They have a great system letting you load or unload your car with ease. The parking is horrible, never any spots available if you are in tower 2, but there is a shuttle that will pick you up at your car and drop you off.
We had to attend a presentation supposedly 90 minutes. We were there for 3 hours and were like prisoners. I had a migraine headache and even though I was physically sick twice they still pushed on bringing in 4 different reinforcements agents to get us to purchase. Every time we tried to leave another one would join. They said we had to be signed out, but when finally the 'sign out' lady came she still tried to sell us one last time.

Had a very relaxing stay! Everything was wonderful.shower was hot, internet was fast, guest services was on point. It was a bit crowded and parking was extreme, but it was to be expected.

Room beside the elevator was very noisy. Early morning was the worst, being an owner at Ocean Blvd I would have expected better room than the additional two couples I bought for the weekend.

The best location and time in North Myrtle Beach. Our 3x here within the last 2 months during our move here from PA. November through Jan. Off season, so we got excellent rates each time. We love the ocean view, heated lazy river, pools, outdoor hot tubs, and let's not forget the firepits. Great place to stay, you won't be disappointed

We were there as guest of victims of the time share scam. The rooms are outdated, smelly, and all appliances are somewhat not working. The dishwashers.are the cheapest model from 2000, and they basically dont work. The bathtubs are moldy and chipping paint, and the carpets smell.

Not Happy, first day was okay then ruined by Young man (Devin) in activity room telling my son to stop playing pool when he only had hit the ball in 3 times, he didn't even get to finish his game. I felt as if it was racially motivated as my son is Hispanic and white. Then followed by the next day we were in the game room and Cindy, an older lady, accusing of my husband of cheating at a game that he is great at. Saying comments like "no one's ever got that high of a score your cheating" and took over 2000 tickets off his card. At this point I am frustrated and saddened and not how I envisioned our stay. Cindy never let us know the status, was rude, and had us waiting over 40 minutes and lacked communication. Then I make a formal complaint with Alexis about the issue. She was about the nicest young lady I've ever met. She was understanding and caring and took note and gave us gift vouchers for the issues we have had. Which we used at the bar and grill and ordered hot dogs and wings. The hot dogs tasted days old and were hard like a rock on each end. So gross and turned off. Fries were sloppy made. I wasn't about to make another complaint then bar lady says now get out of here after handing us our food. Whether it was a joke or not it's not something I take lightly. We left did outings and get back around 815 pm on New Year's Day the 1st and parked in tower 4. Then, stayed in our room all evening until the morning. My husband and son went to go move our van from tower 4 to tower 3 so we can pack our belongings as we had to check out today. When they came upstairs then we all went together downstairs I get off the elevator and immediately noticed large dents on the side of my van. I'm like ohh my God, who hit and run our vehicle. There was a suspicious suv there but can not make assumptions. Luckily, there were cameras. So I contact guest services by walking up there and make a complaint. Then, she calls security. Security takes note and advices I call PD. So I contacted PD and he says he will investigate and call me in a few hours. He tells me his process and then tells me "yes it's a hit and run but we can not write a ticket if they found the driver that it's private property" Are you serious, so then that brings responsibility back on hotel as there are security and staff and cameras everywhere, someone seen something. The people that work here must be held accountable and not swept under the rug. Overall, the stay was good then disappointing by the service and non service we have recieved. We want the general manager and CEO to contact us asap.

The rooms are well taken care of as far as I can see. Service is average as any other hotel.
But the shower heads and faucets all need to be sterilized because I found pink bacterial buildup and maybe a little regular mode on all of those.

The condo was good, but not great.
We had an issue while we were there. As an apology the manager gave us two gift cards. When we tried to use one of them, we couldn't use it for the full amount we were told they had. This was not the first time this happened to us with gift cards from Club Wyndham.
We also asked the manager to call us as a follow up for the issue. They never called us back.

I was booked in Tower 4 on the 14th floor. Tower 4 is NOT on the beach but there are views of the ocean during the day between the hotels from the room balcony. The rooms and kitchen were clean. It was nice washing clothes there and had minimal dirty laundry to travel home with. Loved the pools, lazy rivers and fire pits. Amazing activities from exercising to crafting and there was Karaoke too in the Palmetto Bar and grill. The Hotel staff was amazing.

The only thing missing was a full ocean view. I did have a partial view do it wasn't a total loss. The room was really nice and fully stocked with what we needed. It was quiet and we really had a great stay. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes from our door and that includes waiting on the elevator. Lol

It was a great stay the only thing is if you have a big van you can not park in the parking garage.they have a overfill parking lot down the street.and there's four buildings. The bar and game room closes at 9 pm. And giftshop closes early to.

Absolutely loved it. Came on a friend’s timeshare and had a blast. There was some damage due to the hurricane that just passed through. Our cabin’s power was out so they hooked us up with a 3bdrm suite on the 12th floor. Amazing view. The master bedroom floor was wet, I’m assuming a leak in the window; but nothing we couldn’t stand for 3 days. Loved the lazy river and the pools were nice. Only one of our keycards worked but we never got around to asking for a second one.

The two bedroom was spacious. Nice kitchen. However the bathtub was dirty, the floors were filthy in the bathrooms and living area. The wall molding was covered in black dust. The pillows had Blood Stains. I notified front desk immediately.

This was our first time using our Wyndham ownership. The place was great! The kids loved the pools and lazy rivers. You walk right down to the beach. Towers 1-3 are connected on floor 1, so you can go from pool to pool.

Our only issue was they pressed pretty hard for a member update presentation, but we said no three times (they kept calling the room), so they finally sent a rep to our room to talk to us. She was great. Very little pressure to buy anything. We said no, and she left. If all the vacations are like this one, we'll be very happy to be Wyndham owners!

Beautiful resort, with plenty to do on site. Very friendly staff, both on and off season.
Just do yourself a favor and get food from a local store or restaurant, the bar and grill don't have the value to match their prices.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and it has been absolutely amazing! We will never stay in another hotel when visiting the beach besides this one! The amenities are great and they are very kid friendly! Everyone that works here has been very accommodating and made sure we have everything we need! The room was very clean and spacious! Definitely recommend for those traveling with family! 10/10! Don’t look any further… book here!

Loved it! Been there several years and we plan to go again next year. Wonderful place. Awesome people working with all of us at the "home" that was just like "home"! I wish we could move in there forever! Thanks for all the wonderful time we spend to be together.

Beautiful clean room. Wonderful staff. Even the staff that are not assisting you are greeting you as you walk around. Great view ours of the ocean. Parking is not the greatest, but alot of other things make up for that.

I pay attention to details. Furniture, paint, baseboards, window treatments, drawers, floors, sinks, counters and fixtures like lights, patio seating, rails, flooring on patio and pretty much overall cleaning. I can’t say it’s the best by no means. Quality goes a long ways. Dust in vents, baseboards, dirt built-up on grout and baseboards are not up to par as far as I am concerned. Curtains are outdated and are not attractive at all, maybe add some type of shade
/window coverings other than curtains, no one has curtains anymore. Drawers need cleaning, counter tops are not thoroughly cleaned. Outside patio to me is dirty, mold on framing of sliding doors. Dirty elevators and the floors are not all that clean. Furniture is good, but why would you not focus on detail cleaning. This is what I see when I go into a room. I am a very good judge of seeing things that need detail attention and I would give it a 2 star. Over all a 3 star but no 4 or 5 star whatsoever.

Beautiful views from our suite of the Atlantic Ocean. The shuttles have been amazing when navigating the entire campus! We also love the lazy river touches to the activities as well as the entire schedule of activities.

No covid measures in place. The sales people at check in do not understand the word no. My husband told them no, and they followed him out to the car to talk to me. It only took 2 days to get a alarm clock. This may seem petty to some, but this is not the Ocean Blvd we loved

We were at Wyndham at Cherry Grove. Holly was wonderful and took extra special care of us! She answered 5 phone calls from me in less than 4 hours, she was a Saint!
Chris. Across the street in sales mgt, helped us above and beyond also. He made phone calls to Corporate for us! Sat and waited with us for over an hour while our issues were being worked. All of this had nothing to do with sales but he did not hesitate to help us. Please let Holly in customer service and Chris in sales know their professionalism, kindness and humor made our Vacation a success. Our son a Soldier from Ft Drumm showed up and surprised us. Chris and Holly made his and his family stay a huge success. Again this was at the Wyndham at Cherry Grove. Thanks Wyndham!

We had a great stay here! Check in was a bit hectic, but other than that staff has been friendly and helpful. We technically came in the off season, but since it was fall break for a lot of areas, the resort was almost fully booked when we were here. That said, we always found parking near the elevator. (Parking spaces are quite small so be careful. We witnessed a couple door dings!) There was always a pool that wasn't too crowded (lots of different pools to choose from!). Quick, easy walk to the beach. Just keep an eye on traffic as it seems a lot of out of towners don't understand the pedestrian crosswalks! Our group was myself (30) and 2 kids 6 and 8. (They were always making new friends in pool and at the beach). My parents in their 50s-60s. And my granny 86. More walking than we usually do when we bring granny, but she was still about to get around fine. If you have elderly guests, just map out your elevators, shuttles, and ramps ahead of time. Room was clean, not spotless but not gross. Mostly just some sand left over which is understandable. Bring a large skillet if you plan on cooking. We have a big family, and there were just 2 medium skillets. Other than that, the kitchen had everything we needed. Palmetto bar was great, yummy drinks and very friendly bartender. Great to take to pool or on beach! Would definitely come back, but not in the prime season. This amount of crowd was perfect! Recommend October definitely.

I have been a Wyndham owner since 2015 and was contacted for a three night stay, in turn attend a 2 hour presentation which only turned out to be 90 minutes (paper I was given said 60). Regardless, it was not as bad as others I had attended like the sales sharks in Sieversville, Tn. It was actually pleasant.

The room and amenities are great, the only thing they need to do is build a walk way between tower 2 and 4 for easier access. Other than that I have no complaints but that Covid can kiss my A$$ so they can bring back free coffee to the lobbies.)

This resort, like most Club Wyndham resorts provided quality rooms with great amenities. Great friendly staff, amazing views, multiple pools, hot tubs and a lazy River provided lots of ocean-alternate options for aquatic fun. The two critiques I would have would be the limited parking and most notably the lack of proper ventilation for the Palmetto Bar and grill, which sits between towers 1 & 2 on the 1st floor (where most of the amenities are). As a result, the entire game room (which is adjacent to the Palmetto) and bar area are filled with the smell of chicken grease. After 5 minutes in this space, my clothes reeked of the greasy smell with the only remedy being for my family and I to wash our clothes. That aside this is really good resort.

Nice place, rooms are very nice, but be cautious in parking garage across from the beach side, scraped the bottom of my car going in and leaving, very steep entry.

This was an extremely clean and welcoming place to stay with everyone on staff as they walked by said goodmorning, good afternoon, having fun really felt welcomed. The access to the beach was easy and care free and parking at the building and across the street made it extremely convenient to leave the hotel and come back. Really enjoyed my stay here and definitely wont be my last.

As a Wyndham owner, this time it fell short. Dirty washcloth still hanging on the shower curtain, dirty floors, hair in the bathroom, rust on the stove and microwave. The master bedroom fan needed to be replaced, it's bearings were going bad. The parking is horrible here, or at the very least totally inconvenient. The majority of the spots do not allow both sides to easily get in and out of the vehicle. There is a third garage behind tower 4 that is much better, and the shuttle cart will pick you up most times. The spots there are larger for midsize cars and full size trucks. The hot tubs between towers 1 and 2 were dirty and milky. Seawatch has been a much nicer stay for us. Also, even after doing an owners update a few months ago, the pressure for another is something Wyndham does good. The lies continue in something that was suppose to be a presentation, but ended up being a one on one, with pressure to buy more points since we are not at the right level to enjoy all the benefits.hahahah. We were, until they played their shell game and changed the reservation system, and points bank. The good was the view. Amazing. Awesome activities staff, especially the Karaoke person. Wifi was better than usual. The staff was very friendly and polite!

Poor customer service. We requested for help at the pool, it never came or if it ever came, it was so slow we weren’t able to wait any longer. The room is so noisy, like machines from outside whirring or something! It’s not calm or soothing, we can’t sleep. We requested for a late check out even for just additional 30 minutes, it was declined. Their 10 AM check out is ridiculous!

Overall this was a great stay! We had amazing views from our room and it is on the beach. We had a 3 bedroom deluxe unit on the 9th floor. We had 9 people with us in the room, 4 adults and 5 kids ages 14,11,8,7, and 4. We had plenty of room and were quite comfortable in the space.
The beach was very nice and had easy access. They also had several pools, which we also used. They only had 4 very very small Jacuzzis though. The pools are open til 11.
They had a great Magic show with a super great magician! The Renzi Magic and Comedy show. He enjoyed our small group of like 3 families so much he extended his show longer than usual. He made sure each and every child in there got a chance to be in the show too! It really made my kids day! He probably doesn't do that with larger crowds, but he did it with ours. He is definitely worth checking out!
They have a game room with an arcade, and free ping pong and pool. I wished it was open later though, they closed at 8. It would have been nice if they closed the game room at 9 or later. I believe the bar closed at 8 also. There are also different activities depending on the day. Thursday night is Karaoke.
Now for the down sides and why I didn't give it 5 stars. Our bed was one of the worst I have ever slept in in a Wyndham. It was a king size but was so broken down there were holes from where people slept. My body hurts so bad and I slept horrible our entire 4 night trip. My husband's shoulder is so bad he could hardly move it.
Part of going on vacation is getting good sleep, but we didn't get that. We didn't even get to sleep in because our bodies hurt so bad from sleeping in the terrible bed.
Parking.there was very little parking in the main towers and what parking spots there were were small! Our mini van barely fit in them. They did have golf carts going between the overflow and the main towers, but who wants to rely on catching a golf cart?
Overall it was a great trip, but the bed issue really brought a damper on our fun.

I had a fantastic time. It's all inclusive. It comes with everything you need in your kitchen besides your towels and all your stuff in your bathroom a blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner lotion body wash, it has an ironing board, washer and dryer, from the balcony you can hear the music of the DJs and the singers. That's wonderful at night right before you go to bed and they don't have it real late. It has three or four pools like six jacuzzis, a sauna, an infinity pool, a lazy river the ocean. It is in walking distance of gift shops, ice cream parlors, liquor stores, restaurants, convenience stores. And to go to Walgreens or Kroger it is only 07 of a mile. To go to Walmart is 05 of a mile. They have two different movie nights out at the pool. They have art classes. They have water fitness. They have regular fitness classes. They have DJ musical bingo. They have a magic show. On different days they have free homemade ice cream or free popsicles by the pool. Enjoying the movie there's free popcorn! They have security all day and night, you can call down to the office anytime you need anything. It was one of the best vacations I've ever taken. It was also fun for the children and my nephew is 14 and it is hard to keep a 14-year-old happy and he had a great time! Our room was a three bedroom and two baths with kitchen living room and dining room. Unbelievable!

10-7-2021. The stay was nice. The hotel staff is exceptional. The hotel is very clean, they take covid very seriously. I originally was assigned tower 2 on the 12th floor. I didn't care for the room or being that high. So the staff was very nice and moved me to tower 4. Tower 4 is very nice. To me you see more things there, they have movie nights, live entertainment and a indoor pool. What I didn't care for, the rooms really need updated, they need more carpet in the rooms. The floors are always cold and feel nasty. Things are not clearly mark around all the properties. They need more thing's posted so that you know what activities are going on for the week and where things are. Everything is so far apart here, nothing is easy to get to. My husband is disabled, so he had a hard time getting around. Some days he didn't even leave the room. They do have a shuttle to get you around. But, just walking to the room is insane. This hotel is to commercialized, I didn't really feel relaxed here. It was a chore to get around to see anything. Not being rude. But I give this place a 2 1/2 rating. I wont be staying here again.

Could use some small room upgrades but nothing serious enough to degrade the stay. All staff I encountered was very friendly. Clean facilities, everything up and running, clean pools

It's hard to say anything bad about being at the beach! Ocean Boulevard is a decent place to stay, but being in Tower 4 is less than great. No easy access to the ocean, across the road.
