This place has terrible service always has a line out the store the cashiers are rude as well this place needs new management

This is by far the worst gas station to stop at in Charleston. The quality of service sucks. It seems that they are always short staffed. How is there a line out the door at anytime of the day with only one person to work it’s ridiculous. If you try to pay with a big bill they don’t have change for it and you have to take your service somewhere else it’s ridiculous

This store has become the worst one in all of charleston staff is extremely rude and confrontational with customers, all the pumps have a river of water in front of them when it rains, the beer cooler was hot for over a week and they continued to sell the skunky ruined beer after it finally got fixed, the line moves slower than the second coming of christ even if it is only a line of three people.one clerk in particular always seems as if she is in lala land and constantly mumbles and will mess with her phone for several minutes before even acknowledging the customer.and now the store constantly closes randomly without having any reason to be closed.at this point i would drive 10 mins out of the way just not to go here.

Exact change only. Didn’t warn me, just kept my 80 cents and pointed at the little hand drawn sign. Ha, that’s one way to get a higher wage.

PLACE IS NOT 24 HOURS THE GIRL WILL LOCK HERSELF IN THERE AND NOT LET ANYONE IN! I TRIED CALLING AND SHE TURNS OFF THE PHONES? ! ITS ONLY 1 AM

I went to cash in scratch off lottery tickets & The girl working @ 7: 30 on Sunday November 14,2021
Told me yeah lottery doesn’t close until 9 o’clock but because I’m the only one working it’s closed and it’s only 7: 30. And on top of that I was waiting in line there were three people ahead of me and the first person in that line that she was helping when I walked in she served lottery to.

That’s unacceptable & I’ll never go back to this store ever again! She didn’t apologize I have worked at gas stations more than once in my life and you can always cash in peoples tickets when it’s a scratch off ticket the only problem is getting online lottery that always cuts off at a certain time and when you stop selling him some most places I work we saw them all night so I don’t know what disrespectful and so rude and unacceptable don’t go there!

Disrespectful staff that are more concerned with talking to friends than doing their job. There's another store right across the street that's much better with better employees

Rude cashiers. Just go to the BP across the street. I received better and more sweet customer service.

What's the matter with the cash registers? They have a "sale" where you put in your ph# and get a dollar off. The register is always "frozen". Been happening for at least 2 years now. Pretty soon the cashiers are going to have to go to paper and pencil!
