Chili's Grill & Bar

Only giving 4 stars because the food was ok. It's not great, but ok. The order for my wife was messed up a tiny bit but made right. The ribs I ordered were salty and vinegary. The vinegar was a little overwhelming. The meat wasn't very tender either. Now, I have had vinegar based bbq ribs before, but the vinegar wasn't that overwhelming. The waitress and waitress in training were amazing. They kept the glasses full and kept check on all the tables they were working. I did not get names but would recommend them to anyone there. Not to say we won't go back. But it might be a while.

This is a terrible location. Let's start with the bar, they batch presidentes and don't label them, meaning you will get a mixed drink anywhere from 17-24 hours old, the same goes for the marg of the month. They also under pour, and the bar service is so slow that you will most likely get your food before you get your bar drinks. Next up, the management, they force the servers to work 12 hour shifts with little more than a 15 min break and don't even provide a free meal. Further into this, the servers and management cuss and threaten each other on a regular basis, Server one is Endee, management is John Willis, shift manager is April. Travis is A Manager, who is hooked on painkillers. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. If you are a potential candidate for working here, I implore you to seek other employment, I came from Chilis Corp and this branch and management should not only be shut down, but should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, which I am currently pursuing.

Food was great! Service was almost perfect. I haven't been to Chili's in a while, and I was very happy with my experience.

Always get the country fried steak! Very good. We also got bottomless soup and salad. The baked potato soup was great! Other than that, the bathroom was messy. Decor is dark.

First, we waited nearly 5 mins before anyone came over to acknowledge us, even though the resturant was barely half full.
We both ordered the 1/2 slab of rib, but what we got was a 1/4 slab that was over-cooked and tough. Seems liked It had been cooked many hrs prior, then reheated and sauce poured over it; the loaded potato was cold in the middle ; and the broccoli was over-cooked!
However, the server was most pleasant.
I was very disappointed, as this is my favorite resturant - or at least it used to be!
Needless to say, I did not enjoy my birthday dinner!

Restaurant seemed darker and loomier than other Chilis. Ordered Chicken quesadillas that were a complete DUUD! Hardly any cheese and chicken! If you want chicken flavored bread, this is your option. Not.

We enjoyed the take out. The customer service was wonderful. Thank you. Oh and by the way. Everything thats suppose to be in the bag was there. I loved it.

Alyx was my waiter he was the best from the time we sat down friendly attentive beautiful smile he really made our lunch more than we expected

Very busy the day I ordered so they were very behind on the orders so my food took 20 mins longer than I was told so that sucked, but the food was good and was prepared correctly.

I have visited this Chili's and many many others throughout the south But I have to say this Charleston area Chili's ranks the "Best in Service" Thanks to a Phenomenal Server named "Amber". Thank you so much for the Outstanding Service you were on top of your game, we need more servers like you but I guess everyone can't be the Best! Hope to visit again soon your #1 regular.

ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS WHEN I GET MY TOGO DRINK THERE'S SODA ALL OVER THE CUP ON THE OUTSIDE. THAT'S HOW I GET MY DRINK IN A TOGO. WHY CAN'T THEY BE CONSIDERATE AND WIPE THE CUP OF ALL THAT SODA.

Sat at the bar towards the end of the bar and it was covered in fruit flies. The bartender was rushing us the whole time. The mashed potatoes were dark in color like they were 2 days old. Wont be returning

The hostess at this location is exceptional! We had a large party & she did her best to make sure we didn't wait to long. Great waitress! Great time!

Burger tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty grill.a bitter charred taste was my first bite.it was hard to get past that

Our server was also the bartender. There were only three groups in at the time. She paid more attention to the two guys sitting at the bar than to us. I ordered the chicken fajitas and when she brought it she never brought the tortillas. She only checked on us twice and that was to get our money and when the guys at the bar told her to. I’ve never been so disappointed in chili’s as I was today

Went to chilies in North Charleston. The food was very good. Our server was nice. Only thing was length of time being served. I'm told I'm impatient but 30 minute wait for food in a place more than half empty? Anyway was still very good.

It's a multi million dollar, internationally recognized restaurant. Pay your servers and back staff better and stop pooling their tips. Never eating here again until I see changes in the way you treat your employees.

Place could use a thorough cleaning and maybe some fresh paint. Food was okay. Our server did an adequate job. Will give them the benefit of being busy and more towards the latter part of the evening.

This Chili’s used to be good but has went downhill drastically. The last few times I’ve came here the food was subpar. Today, my children and I stopped in for lunch. I ordered a steak cooked medium, I received a steak with one end well done and the other end rare. I usually don’t complain but this steak was tougher than a pair of leather pants. I brought it to their attention and the manager’s solution was to microwave the steak and bring it back out less my sides of course. Needless to say this was my last visit. If you’re looking for a good quick bite to eat. GO ELSEWHERE!

My food was cold I asked them to reheat it they did but it still came back cold never again my first and last time June 13 2021

The menu is not very broad. All selections seem fanciful and the sandwich i ordered was a joke. The 2 people who had the Boss Burger enjoyed their meals. Too few servers but the 1 over worked waitress did a good job. Not a place I would recommend

Food was great. Server was awesome. Petite Blonde female. Wish I knew her name to post. She was fantastic. Will definitely come back!

There seems to be a little discrimination going on with who the host wants to seat. We were told 60-90 minutes, then a family behind us, similar size was told 30 minutes then about 10 minutes later a family, same size, came in and asked and they were seated right away. My husband went and asked for the manager & we were seated right away…we were the only family waiting at that point & several groups were seated prior to us who came in after us. I’m not sure how the host was choosing but he definitely wouldn’t be the first face I would want greeting guests. Also, he was cleaning off a table next to ours and mumbling to himself saying, “I don’t get paid enough to do this” as he kept flipping his long hair everywhere. Maybe he was having a bad day, but a host needs a very warm welcoming personality and attitude.

Our waiter was great! The food was fine.

Love to eat at Chili's! Always fabulous staff! Always a fresh salad and good food! No matter what you order! And dont forget dessert their cookie is AMAZING!

Food was fantastic! We finally have a restaurant that doesn’t give you soggy french fries! They use interesting spices (excellent tasting), and the staff was very kind. You could tell the waitress generally cared about the customer’s satisfaction.

Good food, service was good and Quill was awesome. He deserves a raise I will definitely return and request him as my server for the evening.

Chili's is one of my all time favorites. The food was great and our waiter was absolutely fantastic. I wish there was a Chili's in Berkeley county. It's a great place to eat and hang out any day of the week!

Mediocre food but best server I have had was the best server I have had nor seen around! She said she had been there 6 years.

Tiayna (hope I spelled it right), was our server outside and she did a great job dealing with several tables including ours and a few rude customers. She definitely deserves a raise plus a pat on da bak! I'll definitely b bak and hopefully I can get her again! Food was also as advertised

We were visiting from out of town and our family had a little discrepancy with the hostess not being able to stay us but was letting other families be seated before us and they arrived after us, with the same amount of people & more. My husband had to step in & figure out what was going on. Other than that the food was Great. It was hot and came out in good time

1st we had to wait 20 min before they asked us what our name was because it wasn't on the list. When we walked in we told them 2 and they said it will be about 20 min but did not ask us our name. When our appetizers came they were horrible. Our fries were all sticking together with the cheese and was cold. You couldn't pull 1 fry without all of them coming. The chicken appetizer was rubbery tasting. We could tell our food was probably sitting in the back for awhile. I ordered a bloody mary and it wasn't even dressed right. All it had was a lemon slice. We were very disappointed that night.

Had the nicest experience here today with my family. Service was outstanding and the food was so good. I really didn’t expect the greatest food (I’ve only had chili’s once before) but it really was great. Fresh, hot and amazing flavor in everything. I believe a manager sat us and even our short interaction with her was great! She cleaned off a booth for us, even sanitizing the seats, because our 2 year old was sleeping and we wanted somewhere a little further away from everyone else. Our server, I believe his name was Ethan, was so so good! He was educated on the menu, made great suggestions, was so kind, and so attentive! We will definitely return.:) 10/10

Only bad thing was that the hostess was sitting people close together even though they had PLENTY of seats across the table (a column full) from me and my friend

It stinks in there. Smells like an old bar was covered in cheap perfume. No social distancing and none of the workers wear a mask in the kitchen. Shameful!

I had a great experience here. I've been to many chili's restaurants and this has been THEE best experience. The food was great. You know when you walk into a restaurant expecting mediocre food so you mentally prepare yourself for a not so great experience. That's how I feel about chili's. Everyone in here deserves a raise. Taniya needs a raise, she was our server. She was the best waitress I've had. 4 stars so you know I'm not a computer or paid to be here.

I have seen the kitchen in this place and it's good. The staff is friendly and fast. They clean and sanitize regularly here at international blvd. It's the only chili's that I frequent.

I am lonnng time customer of Chilis and order from here a few times a month. Had an issues with a take out order and the manager was extremely rude. They could've addressed the issue better. I will no longer return to this location due to poor customer service (especially from a manager!) Disappointed.

Happened to be there for the deal on their Old Timer Burger. Excellent juicy burger for the price. Be ready with plenty of napkins.

Ordered 1/13/21 I got so sick from eating from this restaurant my fries was cold and cooked with old grease don’t eat here poor service and bad cook

The food and staff are great! I had a boss burger with loaded mash. For drink i had a blueberry lemonade wow, chili's i was visiting from the bahamas and ill definatelly be back!

Actually I was very disappointed this time. Chilis is my favorite restaurant and I really looked forward to going there that day because I hadn't been able to go as much as I usually do. The fajitas were not grilled like they normally are and onions were dried out. The whole plate was dry and had no moisture to it. We didn't say anything because we had just come from downtown Charleston where I had to have a outpatient procedure and by the time we got our food we had already had a appetizer so we were just ready to go. So this time I have to say Chilis let us down.

We really enjoyed the food and the service. My wife had the hamburger and fries with a diet Coke and I had the chicken soup and house salad. Always a pleasure to dine at Chilli's. Never disappointed.

Was at Chili’s waiting to get our food and saw one of the cooks place the chicken tender with her BARE hands! So unsanitary specially around this time! Made her redo the whole order and she put on gloves that time! This will be the last time I eat here if that’s how the cooks think to handle other peoples food!

Food was okay. Ordered a smokehouse combo (think that's what it was called).
Asked for ribs, dry rub, and the bbq chicken.
Came with fries, "mexican" street corn and bread

Ribs: okay, but lacking flavor

Chicken: cheesy, but bland.

Corn: not great

Fries & bread: best part of the meal

Might be biased because I love BBQ, but don't get the above food. Stick to a burger or fajita next time

Absolutely outstanding customer service. The meals were perfectly made. The first time eating at Chili's, will definitely be back.

Placed order. Had order same item before, expectation was normal. Food was shrunk to a happy Meal shrimp and Steak fajitas size! I spoke with Michael the manager. Not wanting free food but with such low business I'm surprised they dont pay attention to quality and quantity for the moneys worth of the customers. My rice and beans were cold. I was not late picking it up in fact I was 10 mins early than they told me would be ready. The taste wow, NO Flavor what so ever. Not even salt Or pepper. I will give them a second chance but next time I will check my food before I pay them. $18 plus could have done taco bell for 1/2 of that.
