Chick-fil-A

Fries are ALWAYS COLD nuggets too on occasion. Have had to call customer care twice due to food being left out of my order (did not realize until I was back home and had to go back out and was met with resistance from employees) this is the WORST Chicfila I’ve ever been to and will not be returning.

My 7yold favorite so mines as well keep making fresh food bday dinner will be here thanks for giving him a enjoyable experience for a decent price.

This is the worst chick fil a I've ever ate at. Chicken was hard, bread on sliders were soggy and falling apart. The chicken was just thrown in a box with the bread instead of put together in a slider. My son's chicken was cold and his fruit was soggy and brown. We are from out of town and will never come back to eat here. Waste of money. Spent almost 40$ for nasty food.

Super good and I actually got them when they were not busy. I got 6 meals which came out to $50.

Hi first off this chick fil a has the best food of any of the chick fil a around here. But you all have to do something about your help. The last 3 times I have stopped to get breakfast it has not been enjoyable. The first time the lady that helped me had no clue what she was doing and I ended up paying for things I did not want and on top of that the help inside shorted me on that. 2nd time I had to wait 5 min when the guy and lady argued over who was going to take my cash payment. Then this morning got there when you all opened your lady said hi then her and another lady and a guy were standing by a table looks like the guy was training them on the tablets. But after waiting 5 min I left. I understand training but why would you do it when you open and not before. I work in customer service to and I know things are hard now and getting help is harder but if I want service like this I would go to McDonald’s.

It took no time for us to get our order. All the staff were friendly and so quick to get our order since we are on our lunch break. My sandwich was delicious.

I didn't catch the woman's name who took our order but she walked with us, as I'm slowly driving thru the drive thru, Her manager took our payment and repeated our order. Everything correct. We have to wait really about 3 mins to 5 maybe give or take. I'm someone who's impatient real talk lol. These two selfless woman who, indulge in Convo while we wait for our order, it was great and reassuring! This chick FIL A deserves kudos they proceed as we're all family thank you for this even on a busy day

This place saved my life. I had a last minute catering need and when I say last minute I mean like 20 minutes I had to have food at a venue. I called told them my situation placed my order and within ten minutes they had everything I needed ready for me to head to my venue. They were awesome and super rock stars! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The only fast food we trust when we're traveling as the consistency is something we can depend on from location to location. The food is excellent and something we can depend on no matter what part of the country were in! Keep it up!

I dont know who yall hired.but this locations food no longer taste blessed.nuggets and tenders cooked dry paat few times I visited and my fries were soo over cooked last time.they were brown. And please go up a bag size. 2 combos don't fit in the smallest bags.sauces shouldn't be running over the top. Yall midus well open on Sundays now.the holy ghost left this restuarant.

The spicy chicken sandwich seems to be cooked to order so it is always fresh. My niece was very pleased with her meal. Ordering from the app and picking up inside saves a lot of time from the long lines.

Everyone was friendly and we got our food fast but! Every employee that we encountered spoke with a smile and service was great!

This place had friendly employees. The food was hot and fresh. The manager was very organized and helpful accommodating us. We had a camper that wouldn't fit in the drive thru and let us place our order outside.

Good place to go, if you want to sit in an enormously long drive through line, that screws up all of the traffic on Harbison Boulevard. In the worst location possible. Also great place to eat if you enjoy homophobia.

Amazing restaurant, fresh and very polite customers, both of my sisters favorite I recommend the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, and also the most incredible sauce out there Honey roasted barbecue.

So I went to Chick-fil-A and why would I enjoy their food, this is our only Chick-fil-A I ever went to that the people did not smile at all. The young lady who took the order the young lady who gave me the order at the window nobody smiling but the people at the window is fussing about one of the managers not talking to them this this is not the Chick-fil-A that I'm used to

The last 4 orders have not been accurate. Ketchup left out, order completely incorrect, Pickles left off of sandwich, credit not processed timely. Drive through attendants appear not to have been trained well. Manager was helpful and apologized. Still awaiting $5.16 credit to my debit card—-frustrating experiences. Hope things will improve soon. 20 plus year patron.

One thing to say about this Chick-fil-A some kind of way me to fix the drive through time employees dress very nice communication skills very nice if I had one negative thing to say about is Chick-fil-A drive-thru need to be fixed so far serving time

Made a group order from DoorDash 6 hours ahead of time. When it came time to receive our order we were told that Chick-fil-A wasn’t taking DoorDash orders. That should have been relayed to us much sooner. They had plenty of time to let us know. If you’re not taking orders, don’t make it an option.

They forgot an item out of my bag. I went inside to avoid that very issue and the drive through line. I left out the parking lot thinking my order was correct. Looked in the bag and realized I was missing an item. I had no issue of getting my missing item. It was the inconvenience of having to go back. Please make sure your orders are correct before it gets to the customers. Customers double check before you leave.

I ordered the chicken sandwich, fry, and drink. The fries were under cooked nearly raw. Chick fil a has done this several times before. When you ask to have them cooked so that they are not raw, they state we cook them the amount of time set by the company. Well the company time is wrong. Chick fil a has the worst fries. I had to go to McDonalds to get fresh risp fries. Chick fil a doesn't even care. I have even shown managers that the fries are limp, and under cooked. They just say the company line. We cooked them the amount of time per the company. The fries are horrible. Chick fil a prides themselves on customer service. Where is the service in under cooked nearly raw fries?

I personally feel they are getting slack with placing your condiments that you request in bag. No longer says its my pleasure. The staff needs better training.

It took no time at all for me to get through the line! I was approximately the 17th car (lunch time rush) car in the line and eating my hot & delicious nuggets in 9minutes! They have a system and it WORKS!

This is the worst chickfila ive ever been to. Rude as could be.made my sandwiches wrong twice.first time tried to tell me they were right by reasing the label on box. Told em thats not what is in it. Told her 2 more times what order was. Was still wrong the 2nd time. Sometimes you cant win. So i took the loss and ate something i didn't want.

Ok, I can look past the unusually slow drive through line.but in all the time I worked for Chick-Fil-A, not once was it ok to substitute nuggets for strips. If I wanted nuggets, I would have ordered nuggets.

Usually they are fast but today it was very slow. A lot of teenage workers not getting into rhythm. They could have done better.

Chick fil A is usually the best food and service you can get out of fast food. This is the only location I have visited that didn't say have a nice day and actually served my husbands sandwich on a black charred bun. Glad I live in Georgia where they do it right.

Watched the store manager make a smart decision today. He had a guy who claimed he was homeless, semi aggressive, and asked if he could have a sandwich. The alleged homeless man was giving off the appearance that he could’ve caused a major scene.

The store manager offered him a sandwich and a cup of ice water to send him on his way. Not a bad way to deescalate a situation.
