It's a Chick-fil-A. What else can I say. It's a pleasure eating here. Fast friendly service.

Ordered a 5 piece meal and did not receive the waffle fries. Went through drive-through did not check order. Found out when I got home. Very disappointing.

Chick-fil-a is just the best fir fast food. They have the healthiest menu of great tasting selections. The people there are always so nice, respectful and helpful. The restaurant is always neat and clean. When I ask my grandson where he would like to go to eat, when we are together, Chick-fil-a is our number one choice.

I am a regular customer at this chick fil. Lately the food has been trash. My bacon egg and cheese muffin has been burnt last couple times and the yogurt parfait has been half full. Very disappointed, will be giving them a break for a while and taking my money elsewhere

One of the best chickfila's around! They offer mobile ordering for carry out, drive thru, curb service, and dining in! Very courteous staff! This location does a great job collecting toys and donations during the holidays. Overall a great chick-fil-a. If you have any issue at all they're always happy to listen and fix anything you need. I also appreciate the extra staff working in the drive thru taking orders way in front of the speaker, before the window and another staff member at the drive thru window outside.

The food is always exceptional. The service is great. A warm and inviting place. My children love to go there and play with friends.

Have gotten my order wrong more often than not recently, this location has fallen in last 6-8 months! Management?

We order quite a bit and have never had a problem, however this is the Second time on less than 2 weeks we didn’t get any sauces! Unacceptable! Normally we don’t check because I shouldn’t have too!

They are so slow at this location. I work down the road and place my order before I leave. I still have to wait several minutes for my food to come out.

I asked for grill chicken and they gave me fried it is the only thing that makes up for attention, and I can't eat it fried, the fat makes me sick

Went out for a Mama-Daughter date while Daddy had a late evening meeting. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was excellent, even during a shift change.

Definitely on their A game. The way they operate their drive-thru is phenomenal. Wish they can show McDonald's how to operate multiple drive-thrus.

I love you chic-fil-a! You always give me my extra pickles on my sandwich. Your the best at the little details and everything else!

First time stopping at a chick fil a in several years.drive thru line was super long, but it moved at a quick pace.employees were pleasant but my order was incorrect and my soda was very flat.not sure that the line moving quickly can compensate for orders being incorrect.

Just got an ice cream cone from here for the first time and it was awesome. But the staff was very standoffish and they wouldn't let us come in still and when i trie to enjoy my cone on the patio they made me leave so not my favorite location

Until today I haven't had a bad experience at Chic fil A. Took 30 minutes in drive thru then get our food and got drinks with zero ice. Didn't realize it til we left. Food was cold drink was hot, not happy.

Spent 45 bucks.had to wait to get our food. Drinks was messy, and all down side of the cups and pouring out the top. Got our food all in one bag. Sauces was thrown on top of the fries, and i was missing some of my order. Call for 20 mins straight with no answer, drove back to get the rest of my order. Pulled off and it was still wrong.

The cobb salad along with the avocado lime ranch dressing is a must. They are helpful and courteous. Will be eating there again

Had to wait 10 minutes for one chicken biscuit while cars behind me got their full orders. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience

We are now at June 12,2021 the Governor has opened the state up and Goose Creek Chick-Fil-A dine in area is still not open. I will continue to give Zaxby’s my business seeing they have opened their dine in area now for several months. Stop making your money in a extra long drive through lines and open the dine area.

I'm in the 2% of people that have never been to Chick Fil A! My first experience was the best. The line was around the building, bug dont worry! The sweet people come out to you and take your order and your money. The food was delicious, fresh and hot! Make sure you get the Chick Fil A sauce!

With no one directing traffic during busy times, it's pure chaos. I've left the last 3 times due to terrible people cutting me off in the drive-through after having waited 10+ minutes each time.

My first time going to this chick-Fil-A was a wonderful experience. The women who took my orders name was Melaney and it was a very enjoyable experience. She was very kind and very fluent with my order. When I got to the window/door the inside looked very organized and clean. The people who gave me my order were very kind and all of them had smiles in their faces. All around a wonderful experience

Even after the re- build.the traffic gets so backed up they have to have a police officer to direct traffic!
The food & service is great! The back up & long wait is bcause there are soooo many customers.
I feel bad for the ppl working in the kitchen.they absolutely have zero down time to catch their breath. Chick-fil-a is KING!

Their phone goes direct to voice mail.did not get half my order and what we got was wrong.now I’m out the money and have to order from somewhere else

Thought we were ordering chicken nuggget meal, got nuggets only. There was no question of which. Also offered no sauce choice.

The service was great. While there was a long line the staff was courteous and efficient. The food was hot and the fruit cup was fresh. Could not have asked for better.

Love Chick-fil-a! Even though they will be out of business for a while come March 11th. I believe the wait will be worth it. Considering, they are expanding the parking lot and stuff. Always will love Chick-fil-a! Also, this was my son's first place of employment and they taught him and he learned a lot. They have Great Service! All the time! God Bless!

Love this place. The line can get long, but the people are always super nice. I have the app and order through that all the time and it's super simple.

Thus CFA is always on point. I always have huge orders but we always have it Hot n ready. I always order ahead to make it easier on them.

Their food is always so good! They are very quick too. They always get your order correct! Everyone is so friendly and polite.
