They recently remodeled. Beautiful store! Employees were nice and friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. I went during lunch time… seats are little bit hard. And ac is blowing. Pack a jacket.

I just wanted to express my experience with this location. The food is always hot and tasty, customer service is awesome, the drive thru lines move at good speeds considering the pandemic, but what really touched me today was the fact that as I was pulling around the curve in the drive thru line I seen a man outside with a leaf blower, picking up trash, & sweeping. Some of the debris from the leaf blower got into my car so I asked the cashier who was this man because I was curious (not to complain). The cashier stated that the man was the OWNER! I was shocked but at the same time inspired because I was proud to see an owner doing this type of work which most owners would never do. The fact that he was willing to report to work early on this cold morning and do what he did beyond reflects why this location has been deemed the best location of the two stores in Rock Hill by popular belief. The commitment, humbleness, and willingness to complete duties that he would ask of his employees spoke volumes of his character and moved my spirit because I'm in the process of pursuing entrepreneurship and this just gave me even more motivation to achieve my goals and the physical proof that anyone can obtain success if they put the work in. Thank you Mr. Sheley for allowing God to use you as an example to impact me. I pray for your continue success and good health.

Very disappointed with my visit to this location last night. We visited through the drive thru. They were bringing people their food behind the order menus. It was easily 15 cars away from the window. Some of the customers got their food before they even paid. Why would that happen if the orders were made IN ORDER. About halfway through the drive through where you turn to cut the corner of the building towards the window, the car infront of me got their food. One of the ladies working the drive thru directed me to go around the car infront. I barely made it without hitting their car or the curb in front of the car that I couldn't see from behind. If you are going to have people directing traffic please teach them how! We finally made it to the window. I sat at the window for a solid 10 minutes watching as they took cars behind me their food. The ones running the food from the window were stressed but polite. The girl in the window was rude. I asked for a spoon for my icecream cup and she rolled her eyes when she said its in there very loud and aggressively. Still waiting I watch as they get confused who's change is who's or why they cant find a car whos food is ready because "they have to be behind the speaker". When I finally got my food they forgot to give me my icecream. I asked for it, annoyed the girl handed the guy the icecream to hand me. I also ordered a regular cone. I told them I traded my toy for one icecream and also bought one. She rolled her eyes at me and handed another kids cup she already had in her hand out for me. I'm assuming it was for another order. I didnt have a receipt and was never offered one so instead of arguing and obviously frustrated, I took the kids cup. Upon leaving i was missing one spoon for my icecream and one fry for my meal. I ordered 3 medium fruit cups and all of them had gross almost rotten apples in them. White not ripe strawberries and maybe 2 blueberries. The oranges were the only good part but by that point my kids already turned their noses up.

I'd highly suggest to build another Chick-fil-A near by to split up so the lesser line up customers would be. You'll have to prepare to sit for 30min to an HOUR to get your meal.

I ordered from Door Dash for the very first time. The dasher texted me that when they arrived chickfila said they had no order for me. The driver attempted to resolve the issue and they blew it off. The driver texted me to let me know of the issue. When I called the restaurant despite choosing speak with a team member I was transferred to the catering voice-mail. When I left a voicmail of the issue I received a call back (so the staff can listen to voice-mails but not answer calls?) They said with 3rd party orders it's not their issue and I need to resolve it with door dash. They said it's all contactless and is not on them who gets what food. I feel bad for the door dash person that wasted their time and probably got the tip reversed. The door dash crew was very helpful. I understand things happen. Just sad to see this restaurant not resolve it quickly for the best of all parties.

I've been going to this location regularly for a few years now and it has really gone down hill. The wait in the drive thru is so long and the last 2 times in a row my food has been cold! Especially the fries! Yuck! I don't know if it's too many people ordering for their 15 family members or what. If that's the case, they need to have the 2 lanes with people having 1 order in 1 lane and the other lane for people ordering food for an army. Those people can sit and wait. I'm tired of sitting in a lane that's not moving for 10 minutes after I order my 1 meal, just to see a worker give 1 car 2 grocery bags with multiple paper bags of food in each. Meanwhile, my order was ready and sitting for 30 minutes and now cold! Something needs to be done about this. Also, it seems we need 1 person in the parking lot to direct traffic. More than once I was sitting in line all the way out on cherry rd but only because there were multiple cars (that for some unknown reason), refused to pull into the 2nd lane. FINALLY after about 20 minutes of inching little by little, there was one brave soul that moved into the 2nd lane. Every car after that, including myself also pulled into the 2nd lane and I actually passed all those cars in the 1st lane that were causing the back up onto the street. Ridiculous! Too many stupid people with families the size of the panthers football team go to this location. I need to start going elsewhere.

The most inefficient poorly ran chik fil a I’ve ever been to. Crying about being short staffed but 7 employees in front of house standing around. The drive thru is chaos and they don’t do anything to help with the flow. Mobile orders don’t get made until you “arrive” but have to be picked up at the drive thru window. Very inefficient, but nobody seems to care. If they did they would put some of those employees out in the parking lot to facilitate like any other chik fil a. Just milking the pandemic so they don’t have to interact with customers.

Me and my son went there last night to get some food which was $25 something and I understand they was bout to close but our fries was "COLD" our nuggets and stuff was hot so why wasn't our fries and on top of that they had the window open so our fries could get cold. When I got down the road not even 2 seconds or 2 minutes down the road I started to turn around and go back but I said no I'm going to just wait till tomorrow and give them a review even though y'all are closing y'all still should make the customer happy with giving them fresh food not cold food but fresh even though they have to wait I understand y'all want to go home everybody else we want to go home too but we have to sit in that line and wait on our food so it should be fresh.

Drive thru service needs improvement. Received food in a timely manner but had to sit & wait for the car in front to receive their order after others & myself received ours first. Asked an employee if the car in front could pull up or into a parking space so that we could leave & their response was "No, you have to wait until they receive their order. " Waited for at least 5 mins for car in front to get their order. Food ended up being cold so it went in trash. Waste of time & money. Will not return to this location.

The organization of trying to get two lines through the takeout, was a challenge at best. None of the servers knew which car to deliver the food to. The cameras try to take a picture of the color of the car, and it's very inaccurate. As a result I waited over 17 minutes for my food. A popular place but you got to be ready for the weight

I ordered breakfast on the app and waited in line like it said to at 10: 15 and got to window and they said no longer breakfast after waiting 15minutes to get food as king with a couple others it happened to them and they said there is nothing they can do about it

Always busy but gets you through the line quickly. The lines are so long they extend all the way down cherry road. This happens at all times and not just lunch time.

Just pick a order up at Cherry rd Chic Fil A.
I was missing a sandwich and when I asked if they put my honey mustard sauce in the bay one of the lead people or manager said it was in the bag. When I get home I have a different sauce. It is pretty pitiful when you can't even depend on the management I can only guess what the rest of the employees are giving out. No use trying to call no one answers the phone.

Great, delicious meal-Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with Mac 'N Cheese and a Frosted Lemonade. The chicken was tender, juicy and spicy but not too spicy. The Mac 'n cheese was outstanding. I always order it-far better than a side order of fries.

I’d say 2 stars for the line, 5 for everything else. I’ve never had an order wrong because I keep things simple. They are always busy why make it complicated? The employees are always nice. Plus when it’s a slow period I’m in and out.

Now that line can get to the point were it’s extending into cherry road. Learn to avoid those time periods

This visit actually took me 35 minutes to get my food on this day, after pre-ordering my meal online. Then when we got to the window, we were asked to park in the u-turn slot, as we waited a few more minutes for our food. Horrible service, and unorganized on this day.

Drive thru line is too slow. I came with a mobile order at around 11: 10am and it was still about 40 minutes of waiting, and when I got to the window my order wasn't ready even though the lot was nearly empty. So why bother with mobile orders if you still have to wait for the slowest person in front of you and your order isn't ready anyway?

Average wait time is consistently above 30 min, you could drive to other locations after getting to this one, and get your food faster at another location including your drive time. I feel bad for idling my vehicle for that long but there is no other service option as they have no dine in or carry out services. Needs work.

Usually have no problem with this location. Sometimes they get our order wrong but the customer service used to be great and made up for it. Today was terrible. Pulled into the drive thru with a mobile order, wasn’t greeted by any of the employees, was told to pull up to the menu board yet the lady did not serve me. Pulled to the window for further assistance and one of the employees brushed me off when I got his attention. Told one of the other employees I was waiting for 30 minutes for a mobile order and still nothing was done to help me as they took other people’s orders. Finally decided to walk inside the dining area and the first guy I said “excuse me” to ignored me and looked at his register until I had to yell at him to get his attention. Then he proceeds to grab one of the managers, Abbie (?) and she brings our food but insists that it was my fault that I wasn’t served in a timely manner instead of their poor customer service and professionalism. Received no vouchers, no coupons, no discount even when I’ve had before for problems way more miniscule. I had somewhere to be too and ended up being late. These new employees clearly do not value the customers time and experience, seems they’re only working for a check.

This used to be the go to Chick Fil A and now it is far from that. This morning for some reason the right line was actively moving way faster than the left. Totaling time in line was 23 mins and making me late for work. Mind you I submitted a mobile order (submitted at 8: 15). Will no longer be utilizing this location.

Ordered breakfast here. Spicy chicken biscuits. ~10 min waiting to order, about 5 cars in front. ~10min to get to get to pay, only to wait another 10 minutes because “we are waiting on spicy chicken”. Looks like a severely understaffed issue, never had such slow service at a Chick-fil-A before, be prepared when you go.

They were training someone I watched as over 15 cars passed me, no one would let me into that lane and I sat and sat and sat and when I said something they just said yeah well he is training we are sorry. I get that he is training but when someone is standing right next to him doing nothing and cars are flying through the other lane I was annoyed

The good is good as always. But, they asked us to park and wait for our order and forgot about us for more than 30 minutes. When I walked back and asked for my order they apologized and asked me to go back to my car, then few minutes later they delivered my order missing few items and had to walk to the window again.

Food was on par. Average chick fil a, but the play equipment was absolutely disgusting. There were hairballs, unidentifiable gunk and all kinds of other grossness all over.

For a fast food place it's fair, but for a chick fil a this is one of the worst I've been to. They consistently get your order wrong I think they get my order wrong 7 out of every 10 times I go there. The drive thru is very slow for a chick fil a and disorganized. Also at any other chick fil a that has gotten my order wrong they will do everything in their power to make it right (vouchers, coupons etc.) Here I have never gotten anything like that just a "sorry about that" but I guess with how much they screw up if they gave coupons to everyone they would have to give free food to everyone that came through the drive thru.

The slowest Chick-fil-A I'd ever gone to. Oh and they have 2 drive thru's so don't sit in line like a normal person, use the right lane drive thru that nobody can see until you're around the building. (And after you've waited for 20 minutes).

They are always willing to go above and beyond, and are very fast. So even if the line is wrapped around the building, it'll still be faster that a line half that long at another fast food place.

I hate giving CFA a 3 star. Normally they are a 5 star. The food was delicious but it took quite a while to get through the drive thru

They bring out orders to all the cars in line except the 1st car. So basically you get your food and still have to wait for 10 minutes to leave. So very cold food. My kids eats it, I rather have KFC. At least its hot.
