This is one of the most disappointing chick Fila I been to it takes to long to get your food in the drive thru. The wait always wakes up my 3 month old because of the waiting. And food isn't be best, I'll just stick to Lexington & Harbison.
Worst Chick Fil A experience of my life. It shouldn’t take over 30 minutes to order and receive food at a fast food restaurant. I only ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. That should be the easiest thing to bag and hand to a customer. And giving priority only to drive thru customers is not right.
I came here for lunch on my break and was greeted by the most friendliest, kindest, professional young man I have ever met! His name is Cade. He’s the manager here and he’s has fantastic customer service. Him and the rest of his crew are all so very kind. Keep up the great work guys!
Placed order in the app and drinks and food arrived rather quickly. The person who was handing out items to the customers was really nice. All parts of the order were correct. Very great experience
27 Sep 23/840 pm: I ordered ahead. The gentlemen outside had excellent customer service. One was in training, both were super nice. The lady working the window was terrible. She was the main lady at the window. Not sure why she’s at the window because she really shouldn’t be. Her customer service was TRASH. They are incredibly slow. Whatever system they have here does not compare to others. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
No LE discount, limited seating. Fast service and good food as always. Expect a lot of BCT Soldiers and families in attendance due to Jackson being across the street.
They quit helping customers in the dining area which was full, a line to the door. The cashier verbatim said they're too busy in the drive-thru to help the people in dine in. It then took over 20 minutes to get the food. And within a short time of eating the food, both of us that ate the food got sick. I've never had such a horrible experience at a Chick-fil-A before.
Service at this location is terrific. Cashier Wynton was so informative and helping us with our menu choices and selection. Kendrick was so friendly and offered my wife a variety of the sauces to try when she inquired about them. I recommend a visit to this location.
First time I’ve ever had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A! I went through the drive through and order a chicken, egg and cheese biscuit. I got my sandwich, took a bite and noticed there was some black stuff on the egg. I opened the sandwich and saw there was mold on the egg. I went inside and showed the cashier - she said “oh that’s nasty, can I get you a new sandwich or refund”
I was still hungry and asked for a new sandwich and the manager - NICK came out and said oh that’s not mold, it’s just burn marks form the grill. I have never seen ROUND black and green burn marks - now if it had been black lines, I would agree. Nick was so rude and basically called me a liar instead of apologizing. I left the store and got my refund. NICK is a terrible manager and needs to get trained on customer service. Without customers you would NOT have your job NICK!
Food is good, customer service is good but they would give me problems when I asked for less noodles in my chicken soup due to my health problems. I didn't think it was a big deal but they did.
The food is always good. Not once have I ever gotten my order wrong here friendly staff and very professional just wish they were open Sundays but I understand why they close that day. Keep up the great work
My husband and I own a moving company and travel all across the nation and by far, this is the worst chick fil a we have ever visited.chicken was cold and hard the fries tasted and felt like they were made yesterday.both our ice teas were room temperature and to end our pleasant visit when we asked for catchup the young lady acted as if i asked her for blood.this is not the chick fil a we love.horrible horrible
35 minutes in the drive through line when it was not very busy. This location seems to be poorly managed as I am consistently waiting long amounts of time.
It wasn’t their pleasure to fix my order I wanted to yesterday all I wanted was my cookies warm they wasn’t able to do it so I told them to keep the cookies yes petty but I just wanted my cookies warm I go to other ones and they warm my cookies ok rant over will not go back to this one
Good food fast service, apparently they have a new manager (heavy set white guy) I come in, fully dressed in a mailman uniform & the dude looks at me like I’m about to rob the place. It’s only him, the workers know me. Not cool dude, do better. Be a professional, not all black people are the same. I go there EVERY DAY, only have to go in when they disable the curbside. Every time I go in he got a attitude.
What a complete and epic Success. I am amazed every time I drive through the Long Lines and the amount of time it takes for me to sit, wait, order, wait and get my food is still faster than majority of all drive throughs with NO Line. Great Execution, while running a very lean team. The team at this facility sets the bar High for all others to follow.
Food was good.some staff were rude. Asked for sauces and water guy made it seem like it was really a problem for him.asked for receipt was told it was in bag.it was not.traveling could not return to get it.
This particular time that I went I ordered a sandwich without pickles but it came with pickles. It also had a bite that was full of cartilage. Everyone was very pleasant but I was not pleased with my food.
One of the worst chick-fil-a I have ever seen. Bathrooms & garbage cans closed down for covid.only drive-thru carry out available waited a long time for my food they weren't very helpful and they had to make coffee was not ready and available
Waited in line for chic fil a breakfast. I got in line at 10: 17, the gentleman in front of us took almost 8 minutes to order, not a big deal. I pulled up to the speaker at 10: 31 TOPS. We ordered three 4 count chicken minis and the woman says they had already stopped serving breakfast. It Blew my mind, it was literally ONE minute past 10: 30 and I had been waiting in line before the cut off. Also side note, I clearly heard the girl tell the gentleman in front of me that they were still serving breakfast. Obviously upset, I tell the woman that I had been waiting in line since before the time they stopped serving and she assures me that they still have the minis out so she will “see what she can do”. Another woman came on the speaker, with attitude, and told us they were done serving breakfast and that next time we should mobile order if we want to get the breakfast on time. Now hear me out, if it was 10: 35 or later I would have understood where they were coming from. We could just feel that they did not care that we were upset. She just kept repeatedly saying “sorry”. I have been to many chic fil a’s where they have served me breakfast at least 5 minutes after the cut off. I wasn’t looking for special treatment by any means, I am just baffled because on our day off we decided to get chic breakfast only to be dissatisfied with their customer service and rules.
Chic fil A is known for their customer service and I feel like this chic fil a does not represent the company in the way they should.
Cashier literally gave me a sarcastic attitude about being a penny short. As a cashier I am aware of how often customers don't even want thier change if it's less than 30 cents so basically she would've gotten a penny back at some point during the day. No compassion during a pandemic.
Always and usually a line in the drive through, no matter what city or state I have been in and stopped there. But the line moves fast and its worth the wait.
As a former manager of a chick fil a, this is by far the worst chick fil a service I’ve ever received. As I was ordering the order taker basically said we ordered the wrong way. In customer service the customer should never be in the wrong. Our cash and change was basically thrown at us with no words spoken. We did not receive a “my pleasure” once not even a “you’re welcome”. We thought the service was bad, well it was very unfortunate to get home to having no sauce or having no tortillas for my TORTILLA soup. Wasn’t much of a chick fil a service to say the least.
The line was incredibly long but we moved through in no time. Food was really good and fries were hot. Iced coffee better than national coffee shop. Ordered chicken sandwich with pepper jack, bacon, and honey bbq sauce. Yum.
Only drive thru service but always great customer service! My family has spent alot of time here. Something for all of us and we have a lot of picky eaters.
Most polite, helpful, customer friendly employees of any fast food around. Only wish they would bring back the chicken salad. A pleasure to visit! Many thanks
Because you get there at 10: 00am an it takes 28min to get to the window just for them to tell you there not going to serve you breakfast, they just make my day!
Soggy sandwiches, no drinks for the kids meals, wrong drink for the adult. We did a mobile order and waited for at least 20 minutes. Overall a disappointing visit.
Very bad! Was looked at in the face several times and never once acknowledged with a welcome to chicken fi la, or I'll be with you in just a minute or have you been helped yet. None of that! And there was only 2 other people inside the restaurant and myself made 3, and the other 2 people were already helped! I.would give this no stars if I could!
I am 9 months pregnant about three weeks ago I went inside with my mask and ordered food because I simply had to use the restroom and they refused me to use the bathroom at 9 months pregnant and the simply fact is their were a group of people inside and I will never return back here at all I felt hurt and how could they refuse a pregnant women I just don’t understand but I will never return back
