Mo the barber I came in to the shop for a walk-in and he got me right when I left the shop.

My man Chubbs has been taking care of me for years! Best in the business. Definitely love the atmosphere in the shop! Good people great conversations. Come here for your next cut. Although Chubb’s is my man. Anyone in here will get you looking right.

Sat for nearly an hour and a half without being helped. Came in an hour before closing and it’s now almost half an hour after closing and still have not been helped.

My family and I decided to take a trip to Charleston because we've never been, we are originally from Wisconsin. We also thought, getting our two sons hair retwisted in Charleston would be a good idea as well, but boy were we wrong. I booked on Booksy at 6am, booksy sent me an email at 710am that the appointment was confirmed, we get a text message at 8: 46am from the stylist Ashley that she would be at the shop at 9: 50am not 9: 15am like we scheduled. I responded no problem. She arrived at 10: 20am, right when I contacted another shop. My son already was in the shop with his dad so we let him get in her chair. I let her know he's getting a two strand twist style, she said it would be more. My son is 6 and the base price was already $95 so I said that was ok we can go somewhere else, she said it's ok and continued doing his hair but I could tell she was upset. I should've took my son to another place at that moment but I decided to stay. She completed his hair, we paid her $105 because she did a good job.you would think our communication with the stylist would've stopped there, no she texts me 2 hours later saying I was rude and to not book with her again and that's the best my son hair has ever looked. I responded ok and blocked her. I called the shop and let the owner know what occurred and that Ashley was harassing me and for her to stop texting my phone. I was very offended and couldn't believe she was able to be this unprofessional, I'm also upset she touched my son with her nasty energy. I will never return. My other son is currently at Loc Bar, crossing my fingers!

The experience that I received from Jerry the barber was very very professional. He got my line right and got me looking real fly. I highly prefer. If you’re looking for a barber, you should go straight to him good family atmosphere wonderful experience

Amy did an AWESOME job cutting my sons hair. Definitely in the books biweekly FOREVER! She is even doing a custom color wig for me.super excited to see it.

Amy Morrison did a phenomenal job on my hair. I swore I would never cheat on my lady that did my hair but then seen Amy's work and took a chance. The best chance and change I ever took in my life.

KB was able to assist my sons (ages 8,5 and 3), per usual! He’s fast, friendly, professional and I’m always able to call him; I’m literally out of the barbershop in less than 2 hours. I’ve never had to wait when I book an appointment with him and he does have a 15minute grace period. Thank you KB & Celebrityz for everything always!

Do yourself a favor and go see AMY! She is the GOAT! She does my hair, my kids, and my wife. She hits every single time and NEVER misses

Drove 2 hours for appt for grandson. It was critical. They (Amy) cancelled by email 15 min before appt. No call. No response to phone calls to her since 30 min before appt. I would give 1 star, but i think the owner responded to chat feature on Google. Big respect there.

I offered $50+ as tip for Amy to reconsider and honor the appt. No response. She did call to say why.no apologies. Not professional. Immature. A singlular effort to apologize would have made the world of difference. Hence i have to drop this for others to be aware. If you are going to charge people for being late, then you should honor your own confirmed commitment. Otherwise you are just unreliable. Not cool when you use a booking system.

If you want to sit around while two-bit barbers flap their gums and violate appointment times then this is the place for you. Don’t bother making an “appointment “ - you’re on their schedule. My son had an “appointment”, paid for in advance + TIP. Over 1 hour later, he was

They also don’t clean, looks like a thrift shop.

It’s clear why these guys are the bums of the barber industry in the entire tri-county area. Completely unprofessional group. If you value your time, money and appreciation for a good barber experience - find another shop.

But! - There is a pool table in the middle of the shop that serves as a mortar pit for reckless patron’s children to launch billiard balls from to the rest of the shop.

I did a walk in for my boys and they was polite didn’t turn me around and worked my boys in after the ones that was there ahead of us and I appreciate it.

KB always gets me right highly recommended barber! The enviornment is always chill and barbers are very polite and keep you in good vibes!

Best cut I've had in years the shop was friendly and very comfortable i was greeted right when I walked in and only waited 10 minuets before a barber came and put me in the chair I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new barber

This is a great place to get a hair cut for us folks to get haircut in the goose creek neighborhood. The BARBER had the beard work on POINT! 10/10 would recommend easily OMM.

Booked my cut with Alex, the owner, and he shaped me up cleaner than anyone I’ve had in SC. 10/10, dopest cuts in the area!

I bought my son here You have to come in and try out Trey he's amazing awesome haircut and beard trim thanks Trey definitely will be back. I recommend this place and service is great
