I had one hour facial with Jordan it was very relaxing and I was very comfortable. She did an excellent job with my extractions and my facial. She was very pleasant and she did a great job I will be going back

Frances is an excellent stylist but received bad guidance from her co-worker as she (Frances) was using a new color line. It caused me to have an ugly color so I hate it. Not Frances' fault!

I'm on vacation and my sis in law and I decided I needed a perm! Haven't had one in years! Also lookin for a salon that uses olaplex products in the perm process. We called one place, Carolina Charm, made an appt with Jolie! She did a great job! Gave me exactly what I ask for! I also watch 4 other patrons walk out very happy after there appts! Went for our first time and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jolie. I got the a womderful haircut. She was very friendly and made sure I was pleased. The shop is very clean and everyone was friendly and professional. She fit my husband in after me and did an outstanding job. I found their prices comparable to other salons. We will definetely be returning.

I was there 5 and a half hours For highlights and my cut was only a trim, not a full haircut. Joilee then cut my fiance's hair while my hair was processing but didn't wash his hair, he was disappointed in that, then she took the time to cut another guy's hair while Mary was bringing my hair up to the right level, then had Mary help her blow it dry, I probably would have been there 7 hours if her co worker didn't help her out. My hair is to my shoulders and she charged us 280.00 with no explanation of charges but I was so over it, my fiance paid and we left, i tried emailing manager or owner and got no response. The salon is not clean, and no offer of products. So all in all the price for service does not match the experience AT ALL.

Mary and the girls at Carolina Charm are simply the best! Mary has done so many magnificent things with my hair I will never let anyone else cut my hair! 10/10 reccomend

From the first time I entered the salon; Jolie, made me feel welcomed and at ease. She gave me the best haircut I've had in years. I appreciated how meticulous she was making sure it was perfect. I immediately scheduled an appointment for the following week (to fix a horribly botched color job I received from another salon). I also told my Mom of my wonderful experience and she also booked an appointment that same day. Since that first appointment, my Mom and I have had Jolie color and cut our hair several times and we both agree that she is the absolute best! Jolie goes above and beyond to make sure that we not only receive the best cut and color but that we are comfortable and enjoy our experience (always offering us a beverage and an opportunity to sit in the massage chair). Jolie's positive energy is so refreshing to be around and we just love her bubbly personality. Thank you Jolie for giving us the best experience and perfect hair cuts and color/highlights ever! We are forever customers!

Paid 150 for family hair dos and what a train wreck.nothing like we requested, fell out, took 1 hr just to do step daughters braid.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the salon. Jolie highlighted and trimmed my hair for the first time, today. It was as if she had been doing it for years! Gorgeous color and the haircut was spot on! Everyone was so friendly. Prices were very reasonable, too! I've already booked my return trip! If you are in Myrtle Beach, SC.you should give them a try.

Jolie was my barber. Normally when I get a hair cut the barber will ask me "How do you want it cut" and I say short and then I ask what's your opinion and they usually respond with "Do you want a number 2 or 3? " It was different with Jolie she started throwing out suggestions and said a Cesar might be a good choice. She then proceeded to show me pictures of different men with a Cesar haircut. I said yeah lets do the Cesar. Best haircut I have ever had and it really works with my big head. Thanks Jolie

It took me a long time to find someone who truly understands color. Amy in Greer SC is an artist. She is an expert at her profession and I wouldnt trust anyone else. My first visit was due to a bad perm that literally burned my hair. She helped bring it back to life and found a color that didnt pull red on me. She is a hair lifesaver!

Our hair stylist went above and beyond what she had to do to fix an error done at another salon. My daughter's hair turned our perfect and was just what she wanted! Thank you Abigail Wiren at Carolina Charm for all your hard work. We will definitely be back!
