They have. Great selection of name brand apparel. I have barely used them and I'm confused why. I filled up my cart so much security had to beep every time I put something on my cart or back on the rack, I personally found that fun. Every store thinks I'm stealing bc Skinny and Adhd lol. I have a few more, anyway. They are friendly mostly, the lady at the counter was pretty rude, but I understand caffinated adhd guy that stutters and mumbles is kinda wired lol. Anyway I recommend! That's one thing i bought. I'll be back today.

I drove a hour to this horrible place because I called earlier that day asking for a hello kitty blanket and they told me they had it so I asked to put it on hold and told them that I would be there to get it at 4 or 5 and that’s what I did but when I got there they didn’t have it so I left and called the manager and she answered I told her why I’m calling and she answered very rude and had a attitude and began to argue with me.

There are some great deals to be found here on really nice apparel and accessories. They have a lot of allover print t-shirts and unique graphic t-shirts in my size which is US 2XL. They also have nice unique ball caps that fit my big head lol.

I was in here a couple of days ago and bought a ball cap with a unique half melted off face half skull embroidered on it. Because someone ripped the tag off they gave me a $3 discount, but the caveat was I couldn't return it. No issue as I tried it on and loved the look and fit.

The place is clean and the staff are pretty friendly.

The complaints I have are the lines at checkout always take way too long. I've been here a few times and they always take five or more minutes to check people out who are just buying one to a few items. Security devices are often placed on bags and backpacks in such a way that one can't look inside and see the pockets, compartments etc. The large wall of ball caps and hats is always a mess with some caps and hats lying on the floor. Be sure to look at the size on the tag as well as the clothes hanger as they quite often don't match.

Horrible! Black lady with glasses acted very lazy, kept rushing me to put the clothes on the counter and refused to ring up some underwear that didn’t have a scan on it all because it was before closing.horrible employees give horrible customer service!

I always find a good deal when I go here. I actually spent 2hours in this store the other day.found some good deals, like my white cowboy boots for this outfit.

I went to find cool pants for this HOT weather heat wave, and I found them at a reasonable price.

I am sorry but you all have the same clothes you had from the other store. It looks bad, some of those clothes need to see Goodwill I went in before Easter, same clothes on the rack. I will not do this anymore. Plus size women need nicer clothes!

During the week they only have one girl charging you have to wait more than 30 minutes to pay, I don't think this store can't have employees.

Stood in line for 10 minutes. Attempted to return unworn undergarments that I had purchased for a formal event. I ended up wearing a pants to the event, so didn’t need these particular items which are like spanx. I stepped up to the cashier with my items with the receipt. Tags still on them. It was two pair of spanx attached/hooked together. Fully hooked together, all (multiple) tags still on them. The associate at the cashier accused me of wearing the items. I told the associate that I had never worn them. I would never imagine returning used undergarments or swimsuits. The associate then repeated to me as she held the items up and looked them up and down at them with a face that appeared to be repulsed and accusatory, “it looks worn. ” They were BRAND new. I had never taken the tags off. I had never even taken them out of the bag except to return them. It would be physically impossible to wear them because they were two items attached together. There was a line full of people with an associate accusing me of something that I would never do. I’ve witnessed this associate be rude on multiple occasions. I work around the corner and typically visit the store every week because of the prices, but this will be my last time at this store. I called and spoke with the mgr Daisy Hampton, who not only seemed bothered that I was reporting the incident, but didn’t apologize for her associate’s behavior. I’ve never reported anything or left a bad review for anyone because I don’t believe in it, everyone can have a bad day- but this is unacceptable.

Not as GREAT as it used to be. Only because Greenville, SC has grown up and there's more shopping options than when they were the First to come.

I always shop at Burlington for clothing and items for my three grandchildren! Their items are name brand and oh so much cheaper than other stores! My eight year old granddaughter was completely clothed, shoes and all, from this store! Staff and cashiers were so courteous and helpful. But, I really miss their on line shopping! Please bring it back! I miss you!

Lots of collections with reasonable price. But needs more attention on arrangements... Sizes mixed and it's a real mess...

Good prices on some things one just has to shop carefully and watch for errors.make sure these seemingly small things can amount up to expensive repairs that can be costly to you. Check carefully before you buy.

Most of the time I LOVE this place AND my favorite (one of them) is the fact they stay open until 10! This time they were lacking in active wear though.and that was at time what I was looking for. I always find great deals and.the purse section was skimpy. Now, don't get me wrong bc most of the time I'm gonna give this place a 4 and a half (I know I can't personally give a half but.higher than four but less than perfect and this time they get a 3. Hope next time is better. (By the way. 4 is as high as I will go because I have yet to find perfect store ALL the time but this one is probably the closest!

Their selection can be sporadic. Sometimes I find what I'm looking for and Sometimes I don't!

I'm from Pickens County South Carolina and I normally go to Anderson or Clemson to do any shopping but I accepted a position of employment in Greenville which put me on the Haywood road area and therefore I was able to go shopping at the Burlington coat factory which I've heard so many great things about. And all the rumors are true there's very courteous staff members there that are eager to help and provide any assistance. It's a very nice environment very clean store and to top it all off they have great prices complimenting the great selection. I'd like to thank all the folks at Burlington coat factory for making my shopping experience very pleasant and I will be sure to tell all my family and friends how wonderful it was.

Ok if you are a small guy. They used to have tons of 4x 5x and even some 6x name brands. Just needed a 4x black button up shirt. No luck.

They don't have the quality clothes they use to have
They said it was due to shipping

Want to give 1 star but it wasn't that awful. Big selection. I just wasn't impressed with anything honestly.

Went there to get a thicker jacket to wear, and found alot of things I needed for really great prices. There was a long line to check out but it moved kinda fast. I will be going back soon.

Website says store opens at 8am. At 8: 15 manager says store will not open until 9am. Apparently they do not have employees who want to work.

The wife and I have shopped here before, but will not return.

Merchandise was not on the racks where it belongs. Children clothing was found in adult woman 2x areas.

Adult women clothing was sometimes found on girls racks.

Christmas boxes and wrapping paper on the floor blocking aisle.

To me, it looked like the previous evening crew took what ever people tried on (and didn't like) and just put the clothing wherever they could find an empty space - and then went home without tidying up.

And the quality of the clothing is not what it used to be. I don't really recommend.

The only thing I can say is, every item
is clotted up. I cannot find any plus size clothing. Only a few pieces on the rack.

Please update your hours of operation online. This store was not open at 8am on Sunday. It opened at 9am.

I love this store great prices huge assortment good quality just not enough time in the day. Lolo

Unfortunately there is no professionalism in the store. I went in the afternoon hours, staff was all gathered up and just stalling. A young lady who was my cashier was to busy FaceTiming that she couldn’t interact with us to call us up or ask us if we found everything ok. Took forever to cash us out, but of course she was also texting at the same time of her conversation on FaceTime. Too much going on, I had to ask her for my ticket cause she was so unfocused.
