Buffalo Wild Wings

This is the second time I’ve been to this location in a few months. Food is up to standards. Unfortunately the service once again was way below par. I’d hate to go there if they were even remotely busy, might help if the servers, even the guy training to be a server weren’t on their phones. I know it’s hard to find good he’ll and I’m sure they were trying but it was not good.the bill for me and my two employees was $103.00… I will never go back.ugh.

Have you ever felt ignored? No greeting, yet you clearly see employees. We just got up and walked out and noticed another couple came in before we had left as well. Not good business. Was trying to dine in.

The bar tender tried! Either the bar tender was triple sat or they were just that under staffed. Food was ok at best.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenville SC is too overpriced for the quality of food you get. The TVs are great but if you take those away, you just have a restaurant that wouldn’t last a month. Our waitresses was good but the food servers kept bringing us other people food and they would just take off out table and take it to theirs after it had sat for minutes at a time. They have to stop ripping folks off with six little bitty wings for $10. That’s not cool! Won’t be back ever.

This is a silly review but I appreciate the fact that the server took our order yesterday. I am not a fan of the new "order on your own" concept that has been pushed recently.

Hadn't been to BWW for 6 years after going so often before that in previous state. Food was as expected BUT service was questionable. Example: Ordered ranch & blue cheese dressing. When it came to table i asked which was which. She said "i dunno, i just bring it out. ". Maybe this is still just new "I don't care" post-covid "normal", but i hate it.

We asked for a high chair and received it like almost 10 minutes later. The hostess NEVER brought it. We had to wait until the waiter arrived to greet us for the high chair. Food was good.

So we received the news as soon as seated that they no longer take your order. You scan the QR code on your table and after creating an account, you place your order similar to placing an online to go order. This took a few minutes. I’m guessing this is due to a lack of staff. The family ordered wings, wraps, and sides. The best thing about the meal was the onion rings. I said leaving that I’d never get anything there again but wings. Other entrees seem average. The young lady that waited on us, although she seemed over worked, took great care of us. The 3 stars on service does not reflect her work but having to order on the app.

It took an hr to get our food, they didn't ask if we needed refills, my son got his food and finished before we got ours,

My daughter was calling for two weeks straight about a job they told her to come in for an interview so she did an when she got there they got her number an said they will call an no one ever called, so she goes calling yesterday they told her to come for an interview today an she went an the lady told her they wasn’t hiring but she spoke to a manger name Rico last night that confirmed that they are hiring an he ask her about how long she have cashiered an that he think she will be a good fit. I think this is so unprofessional a ridiculous an a waste of time if you wasn’t going to hire her why ask for her to come to an interview?

Lot's of sports on lot's of TV's and the food is good. There team is suffering with no bench to call on. Half a restaurant is better than no restaurant at all.

Just had an order delivered. The chicken fingers were cold, dry, and inedible. The potato wedges were the same way. I expected the items to be warm and not piping hot, but these items were not even warm. On top of it, they also forgot my side of ranch. I know it was only $0.60, but that is just inexcusable. I haven’t eaten there in a long time and won’t be back anytime soon!

We walked in and found the host station holding a sign thing us that the restaurant was understaffed, and were directed to seat ourselves. Anxious about what that meant for service and food quality, we found a table.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our server was able to get to our table. She brought our drink orders without delay, and then took our food orders. The kitchen was working efficiently, despite the lack of employees, as evidenced by the speed of delivery and the quality of the food.

We had three different flavors of wings: Mild, medium and garlic parmesan. All were cooked well and none was too hot to handle. Tater tots were hot and crisp. All in all, it was a good experience.

Ordered pick up for bundle: 20 boneless and 20 traditional with honey bbq, sweet bbq and garlic parm. No Sauce or seasoning. Tried calling several times no one answers the phone. No ketchup for the ice cold fries. No napkins. Very disappointed

Good food but seating was a little difficult and it didn't make sense how they split up our group but let other groups put tables together.

Wings were good, seemed a little long on the order-to-ready side of it but aybe because it was takeout. All in all no complaints

If I could give 0 stars I would my sever was rude and kept “accidentally cursing” in front of my kids when it was time to pay she brought me the wrong bill not once but 3 times, she was very talkative yet hard to understand. Her and another one of the team members kept complaining about too many people coming in I believe her name was Jennevive food was cold and was told “im sorry” but didn’t offer for a replacement, I asked for a manager but wasn’t provided with one, so I ended up leaving I didn’t even get my change.

This place (BWW) is struggling. The location in Spartanburg has had mediocre service for years. Today's visit was Greenville- and while the server did a good job, the food took forever to come out. The wings were not very meaty and some a bit overcooked and dry. The server was covering the bar area and had a fair number of tables for herself. I wouldn't say that the restaurant as a whole was particularly busy, maybe they were short handed today, but this is a reoccurring theme with Buffalo Wild Wings. With so many other choices, my patience with this company has worn rather thin due to many of my experiences.

Sad that many restaurants can't get the staff needed to run 100%. Having said that, the folks that were there did an excellent job taking care of customers. Food was good and service was quick.

Lack of staff limited seating to bar area, and service was a little slow since they were overworked. Server did a great job despite her circumstances that was created by corporate and/or management's decision to conduct business the way they are. The quality of some of the food was lacking too because of the short staff. I think that take out only may be their best option to ensure employee/guest satisfaction as well as ensuring food safety/quality standards are able to be upheld.

The latest debacle with this bdubs is trying to get my order delivered properly. I use the app to get my rewards points and then the order is delivered via DoorDash. The two times I’ve tried, I get half of my order delivered. I’ve tried contacting via the app and the first time, I’ve gotten no help. This second time I’m still waiting on an email back.
I’ve called in orders. They never get placed til I’m in the restaurant to pick it up.
I’ve had issues with DoorDash orders mysteriously vanishing- then the restaurant won’t remake my order.
The only reason I’m giving more than one star is because overall when we go, the service is wonderful. Heather is my go-to server. She’s a superstar.
The reason I didn’t give more stars is because the last time I tried dine in, they were completely out of wings.
This place has so much potential but it’s disheartening to have such constant issues. It’s usually my family’s favorite place but I’m hesitant to even try again.

Walked in with my family was told to sit on bar side. I have a two year old and have to have a high chair. We sat down tho and tons of workers pasted us and not one spoke or took care of us so left while the workers (all standing around talking) watched us and walked next door to Red Robin and got excellent service!

Went to watch UFC 264 and it was only running at 50%. Half the place was closed off. Employee came up and said, Guys we have to turn you all (50 or more people) away due to we don't have enough servers to open the other half. Seems to me places like this will not be open long running at half capacity! So sad what they have become!

The Wait was long for table. Once I got a table the service was good and food delicious. If you enjoy music they have a live band on Friday night.

Service was great and so were the tator tots. But the wings are ok. I would go back but would have to figure out something different.

Terrible service. Set for 15 minutes and never had as much as our drink order taken. Waitresses just standing in kitchen talking and looking at else.

This restaurant needs to work on there wings the wings was too fatty I like mine extra crispy and I ask for that and I got tough fatty wings
