I received flower for my birthday recently and they were the most beautiful flowers I ever received. Bud's and blooms went a I've and beyond there way to make a absolutely beautiful arrangement. They were delivered in the afternoon so I was able to enjoy them all day and they live for 2 weeks. I was so impressed with buds and blooms I went there to order flowers for my

Flowers sent via out of state and arrived blooms fully open. Next day all droopy and dried up. I called to complain and was given cell phone of owner. Contacted him and promised fresh flowers next day which didn't happen, Text to see if would be getting fresh told yes didn't happen. Contacted my friend in PA so she could notify florist she went through. They called and told her I was supposed to pick them up and never did. Why did they ask if I would be home and I have text to prove this is a lie. They said would deliver fresh this week and has not happened. Horrible to deal with and this was probably a $100 arrangement. Don't waste your money to such uncaring owner. This has been going on since 07/24/23

There is almost too much to say about my negative experience with this so-called business. My sister ordered from out-of-state, flowers for me and my husband for Easter. They were never delivered and when I called them, a man said they would make a fresh order and deliver immediately. They never came! Now my sister is dealing with them charging her for the initial order which were never delivered! She stopped payment on her credit card. They apparently removed the charge and then they reinstated the charge. I cannot remember ever dealing with any business as incompetent as this one!

Horrible service. Paid extra to have them delivered at a certain time. Twenty-four hours later still no flowers, no phone call, nothing. I now have to call back this morning and demand a refund. When there are so many other florists who would be happy for the order, shop elsewhere.

This place is great. Very friendly customer service. I brought my kids there to make a bouquet for my wife and they were careful to ask the kids what they wanted to include. The bouquets I've bought have been amazing and so aromatic. I recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful experience every time! They are well accommodating especially when you live in another state. The flowers are gorgeous & well priced (which is hard to find anymore). We will be back again. #supportlocal

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mom. While the order says it was delivered on Saturday afternoon, she never received any flowers. Now when I'm calling to try to figure out what's happening, they're picking up the phone but putting it on the counter or something. I can hear background noise but no one is actually on the phone so I've not been able to speak to anyone. The flowers cost me $115 which absolutely would have been worth it to make my mom's day nice, but with that cost I would hope that she would get the flowers or I can get an answer about what happened.

I ordered flowers a few weeks ago for my best friend. The site said they may not be delivered until the next day. No problem. Then later I received and email stating they were delivered. I was happy and waiting on my bf to call me and tell me i made her day better. She never said a word, so I asked her did she receive anything from me, she said no, why? So I had to tell her. Now I’m upset I had to ruin the surprise. Next morning I called the shop to express I was a lil upset that I received and email saying they were delivered when in fact they wasn’t and find out what happened. But boy was I wrong… mr bill Thompson answered the phone and immediately began yelling at me that they had to take someone to the hospital and blah blah blah… so I was just trying to ask why did I receive the email saying they were delivered if they wasn’t. He would not let me get in a word in continued to scream at me, so I hung up on him. I waited a few mins and called back. Bill answered I asked if I could speaks with someone else, he said no! He began yelling at me again. I just told him at this point I just wanted a refund to give by business to someone else. He would not let me speak. Finally bill threw the phone at someone else that was in background telling him to let me speak and said you deal with it then. They tried to cover up him being extremely rude and worst customer service by saying he has sleep apnea. But not sure what that had to do with his poor attitude. I requested a refund he said he would cancel order and give me refund. Ended call. A few hours later this bill man called me back on my phone, I thought he was going to apologize but ko he began yelling at me again telling me how I don’t need to call saying I’m upset on the future lol sir I will not ever be calling y’all again in the future and don’t ever call my phone again! Worst business and customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Bill needs to retire!

Plants very fresh and healthy. Christmas trees and wreaths beautiful prices very reasonable
Will go there often, Bill and crew helpful and lovable.

A nice little " southern, old timey" nursery with a little of everything in plants and knowledge. Got that hometown feel to it and both Bill and Edward are knowledgeable and helpful when needed to customers with questions. If they don't have it, they can get it for you.

The flowers were fine, a couple a little wilted but I was very embarrassed to find they misread the name and put a man’s name on flowers for a woman. Lack of attention to detail.

My daughter had flowers delivered to my place of work for my birthday. Paid extra to be delivered early. When she got a call from some rude man saying they would be delivered in half an hour she told him I would be gone by then and paid extra to be delivered early. He then came into my job and chastised me about having my daughter call him directly next time in front of my co-workers and customers. The flowers were in horrible condition and had dirty water. This place is horrible and that man should retire!

Very rude and disrespectful. Been hours and flowers stills weren’t delivered, called and asked and they were rude and hung up on me. Payed extra to be delivered faster and it took all day. Not worth it at all.

A man (said he was the manager when called to explain) delivered an order purchased through FTD to our house. After no one answered the front door, he walked around our house attempting to open any door he found, was yelling “hello” repeatedly, and eventually found an open door which he entered to drop off the flowers. When questioned and asked to explain himself, he didn’t seem to care - certainly wasn’t apologetic to my wife. Flowers were also delivered 2 days early and are already beginning to decay. Shame FTD uses this local company to represent their brand. Not many options in Beaufort, but would happily pay extra to avoid this company. Second time in my life I’ve ever left a comment on anyone / any company. They truly earned it.

They are rude and disrespectful very lazy!
I ordered flowers for my wife, they said they weren’t gonna deliverer because it was inconvenient for them and wanted me to meet them half way. They already were late when I paid extra for them to arrive at a certain time! I asked to cancel the guy i spoke with was rude! Than they delivered to the wrong address! No where near the actual address.

Placed a phone order with Bill, he was very kind and helpful. My aunt and uncle loved their beautiful anniversary plant, a pink diplodenea. They sent a picture, it was very good sized and healthy! Will definitely be ordering again!

I am not happy with the treatment of custumers and the bad services today they had to bring a flowers arrangements to my partner and they could not make the delivery today that sucks because i paid good money for that purchase

This place has horrible customer service. They never delivered the flowers that my friend ordered for me. They reported they delivered the flowers and when we called them, they said they delivered them. They then apologized and said they would send the flowers the next day and did not.

My aunt just moved down to Beaufort, SC this fall. My family owns a flower shop up here in NH so my aunt was spoiled for many years with exquisite arrangements as we are the best in the northeast! We have been VERY disappointed by this flower shops service and arrangements. The first time they delivered to the wrong place, never called her or us to arrange delivery and refused to refund us or redeliver to her. We know if you want something nice you have to spend a decent amount of money. For Christmas they sent the most god awful, horribly designed arrangement that was nothing like what we described to them. The card message was also COMPLETELY WRONG! Very very disappointed! Not sure if there are any other shops in this area…. I SURE HOPE SO! Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone! Unless you have horrific taste in florals. I also really hate leaving reviews like this but people need to know!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE! Rude, nasty person on phone. Kept interrupting me and would not let me talk or explain so naturally I talked loudly to try to be heard. He hung up on me. A peace plant was ordered from out of town to be delivered on Saturday for a funeral on Sunday. It did not come and we left early Sunday to go to the out of town funeral. We got home Monday night and there was a patheticly wilted peace plant at our door. Saturday was a horrible day due to the weather and the delivery person had some problems. Ok I get it. However, they had my phone number on the card with the plant and never called. Said they would refund half! Why? It wasn't half our fault. Wish they had a rating below one star. They will probably delete this review but that is ok, I will just do it again.

Walked in and ordered an arrangement to wrap around the urn for my Mother in laws funeral.
We discussed colors and flower choices. I requested that they deliver it to the funeral home. This arrangement blew my mind. It was more than I could have envisioned. The flowers were of high quality and they used the information that we had discussed to include moms favorite flowers. I am sold as a customer and will be returning. Thank you Bud’s and Blooms

Called about a Christmas tree. After asking me how she could help I started to ask about delivery price for the tree and she cut me off and put me on hold. Came back to the phone over a min later and didn’t apologize. Then after she told me the price I was once again mid sentence telling her thanks I’d call back if I decided I wanted one delivered and she hung up on me! I can’t image what kind of customer service she thinks she’s giving.
