Bojangles

I hope this review is really taken into consideration as it is such a disappointment! Bojangles has always been a household name in my family throughout the years & have enjoyed the memories from early childhood. A few years ago I moved to a city that does NOT have a Bojangles so when I am near one it is always a must to stop by.

Tonight I ordered a 2pc meal with 2 fixin's (fries&dirty rice) I received the food & realized the fries were overcooked and did not have that good seasoning on them that I missed. I told DESI about the fries, she told manager CYNTHIA who proceeds to yell out the window "These fries just came out! " - window closed

I waved DESI down to state that my complaint wasn't about the fries being fresh or not it was about how they were cooked. I couldn't even finish talking before DESI slammed the price thru window & ran to CYNTHIA to laugh at what I was starting to say. - window closed

I waved down someone else, her name was DALLAS & she was nice and patient. I explained my complaint to her in which she understood yet DESI was still laughing and being rude! - window closed

Lastly, I waved down CYNTHIA & explained that coming to Bojangles is an experience for me and it was completely ruined from the disrespect from her & DESI! CYNTHIA apologized and began to tell me that DESI is the bosses daughter. How sad!

DESI was so rude & entitled as though she did not care about the job because of her relation to the boss!

Experiences can mean something so little to others but so much to someone else. I hope this review is taken seriously & the employees understand how precious life is. You never know what people are going through!

Worse service in Gaffney. Ordered chix sandwich combo. Opened bag had 1 chic bisquits no drink or fries. When I told them they what I ordered they acted like I didn't a combo. Young man at window looked didn't care.

Our food was warm, the bread was hard and my order was incorrect. I was heading to a flag football game for my daughter so I didnt have time to go back and complain.

Waited at the intercom at the drive threw for countless minutes so i drove around to the window where the person working was very, very rude, took ages to get the food

I got no receipt, long wait of like 20 minutes or more and it was only 2 cars in front of me in drive thru and no customers on the inside at all, I really like Bojangles, but the quality is not consistent at all, I paid $18 for some hard, old and dry chicken I am extremely disappointed in this location and it owner/operators way of doing business, I don't care if you slow day, don't serve me old, hard, and dry fried chicken, very disappointed that I have to constantly check my food, very sad to see the quality is constantly up and down. I guess I will have to check my food from now on, simply sad to see this.

Very slow waited almost 20 mins for 1 meal rude when telling us to pull up and gave 3 cars behind me their big orders when got my meal was cold very disappointed in how badly this place has gone bad hill

The manager was extremely rude. Never spending a dime here. She needs to be fired. White chick glasses, b***h to every one she spoke to. Yelled at a doordash driver for asking very politically how long its going to take. She started yelling at him and them the other employees. Wth.

Called In a order tonight and they said will be ready in 20 minutes. So I get there and lobby is closed and was told to go to drive thru. Sit in drive thru line 25 minutes and there was like 6 people in front of me. And the line never moved alot of people left. Very disappointed.

Their chicken is always good but, they could do a better job of personal hygiene as far as their employees. Nobody is wearing gloves they're directly handling credit cards and receipts together. It seems as if they haven't heard anything about covid 19 yet! And boy are they slow! Chicken's good if you don't mind the wait.

Biscuits always fresh and popping tea always 100% place is packed every morning speaks for itself luv the Bojangles!

1st they got my order wrong. Told me 2 pull up & they would bring out my bo rounds. Lets jus say, i never received them. Waited over 10 minutes.

Workers are too loud and were arguing. They also were too busy talking and playing on their phone to take an order! Extremely poor customer service!

The food is mediocre and the cashier is just below that. She's not friendly. Apparently I inconvenienced her by asking for ketchup.

They are slow to get your order together. Didn't give us our change had to ask for it. Out of the 3 tenders I got 2 of them look like half pieces. They barely put any fries in the pack. My opinion it was sad excuse for a meal. We will definitely choose the other bojangles in gaffney if we want it again

One employee started appearing air wick behind the counter where it could contaminate the food. A customer confronted an employee about how rude she was being. The customer never raised her voice. The so-called manager came out and screamed at the customer that she could talk to him not his staff. She tried, the employees kept interjecting, the manager screamed again, and that's when my friend and I decided it was time to leave.
Customer service appears to be a thing of the past.

Went to pick up my order when it was supposed to be done was told it would be 15 more minutes on chicken left came back 15 minutes later for my order still waited 30 more minutes that's a 45 minute wait on 15 minute chicken and they acted like I was the problem

I use to frequent this location but lately every morning I go the biscuits are hard. I always get a Cajun filet biscuit and a bo berry biscuit. The chicken patties was hard and dry and you could break a window out with the bo berry biscuit
I went through at 7 am. The quality of the food seemed it was cooked and had been held for a couple hours. I use to work in fast food and this is definitely not how you get customers to return.

The night shift is awful and very rude and disrespectful the food was cold and chicken was hard as a brick need to do better store is dirty. They need hair nets on.scratching their hair and stuff the serving food to customers that is nasty

Understaffed and poorly staffed (not the same thing). One lady (the one who took my order) was very grumpy and impolite with me, and when not dealing with me directly she was stomping around behind the counter swearing and complaining apparently because one of her co workers was using the restroom, and how she wasn't "paid for this". Poor attitude in front of customers is bad, profanity in front of customers is worse, and half a dozen other staff including the apparent shift supervisor just watching and failing to correct the behavior was worst of all. Food was good, though the portions for individual sides was ridiculously small. Seriously, what was that, about 1 heaping tablespoon of mashed potato's? This wasn't a kids meal. Over all a pretty poor experience, would suggest giving this place a miss until / unless they shape up.

One of my favorite Breakfast Spots. Four Stars and not Five because of the long lines at drive through, but Hey if you got great food you can expect that anywhere

No one in drive through. Was told they were making a "fresh" biscuit and waited 15 minutes in the parking lot. I eventually went inside to find that they had forgotten and hesitantly threw together a biscuit. Before I could say anything they said they could only do cash refunds. Went to my car, discovered that my biscuit was incorrectly made. A woman working came out and said "I can't believe that he didn't bring your biscuit" and went back inside to grab my pimento cheese. She came out with my cheese but also her phone and her cigarettes. As soon as she handed me my cheese, she answered the other individual in the drive through (at her car) and smoked. LOL

Truly, the most bizarre fast food experience I've had. It was funny to me, but I will not be coming back again.

The counter where food was placed was very dirty, and scattered around everywhere. It was a mess.

They seemed to be short staffed for the amount of traffic in the drive-thru. I came in the restaurant and the crew member forgot to serve my coworker and I. She was very apologetic. I haven't had Bojangles in a while. The chicken was fresh, juicy, and crispy.

GREAT food, decent prices, wasn't crowded, easy to get to from the turnpike - it was a quick stop on a 10 hour road trip. Thanks for keeping us going, Bojangles!

Our order was wrong 2 times at the same visit. Maybe they were understaffed? Workers were nice just having to hurry. We took the 2nd order and just ate it. We ordered country ham biscuits and got bacon egg and cheese. It was good though.

Love their sausage and gravy biscuits. They make the very best coffee. Next time 5 stars, they forgot to include silverware this time, had to go back.

Had the sweet biscuit for breakfast the edges were way too hard for anyone to eat but the little bit of the middle I did get was delicious.

Drive thru hasn't moved for 5 minutes, I will never return. Once your stuck in line you can't get out

The shift leader Kim was very disrespectful. I sat in line behind one car for 15 minutes just to get to the window for her to be rude. Then had the audacity to shut the window in my face because I'm telling her my food wasn't hot. I asked for fresh food while ordering. Then get to the window an it's cold. This is the second time I've been there at night in an weeks time asking for fresh food an it's cold. If they stop having long personal conversations at the window they can serve better quality food. I paid $6. For one sandwich an it's cold. Not acceptable. You got my money an I got something I can't eat sad.

Didn't give the honey mustard with the kids tender meal or ranch dressing that we ask for for our chicken tenders. And no fork for the Mac and cheese or for the Cole slaw.

Good food handling practices never get old expired biscuits or meat when ordering from this location. Staff is always helpful and courteous

Employees are not wearing masks during Covid-19, no line in the drive through but we still waited over 20 minutes for our food. There were no cars behind us or in front of us, yet the employees asked us to pull forward to shut down their timer which keeps track of how long it takes to get the food out. There's literally no reason for fast food to take this long. Go across the street to Chick-fil-A.

No in seating rude person told me to leave after I sat down and was have way eating my meal when I was told no inside seating.

The most underrated food chain in the world. Great quality and tasty food. Great sweet potato pie. Friendly employee’s. Great breakfast. Bo rounded potatoes bacon biscuit, sausage biscuits.

Bad duplication at the restaurant. One of the combo meals was supposed to have fries and we got rice. We asked for bos special sauce and honey mustard but got no dipping sauce whatsoever. It's all human error the food overall was great but they should improve their duplication of orders and try to fulfill their customer requests.

I always go to the one on Hyatt because they are better but I had to go to the one on floud baker because I was close to them but I ordered 3 orders of the tenders, was told to pull up because our fries were cooking. Well I puked up and waited 10 minutes s for our food because they forgot they pulled me. When I got home our food was cold and the chicken seemed old. I did not have the time to go back but rest assured I won't be going back to the one on floyd Baker Blvd at all

Excellent customer service, I had been there 2 days before & a item was left off of my order I called & the manager on duty said just stop by when convenient & get it so stopped by 2 days later & no problem what so ever the staff was friendly & handled everything great. And received the left off item This was 6/2/2020

Food and service we're good. I took away one star because of the idiots walking thru the drive thru. Most restaurants don't allow it but for some reason they thought this was ok.

There not organized me and someone else waited in line for a long time and then people started going around us they had lost my and his orders

The bathroom was clean. There was soap anf hand sanitizer. No worries about whether or not people who worked there was washing their hands.

Love to get the Cajun Chicken biscuit with bo rounds. Can't wait till the Botato breakfast bowl comes back. It's really delicious and in my opinion a breakfast item that should always be an option on the menu.

The food was good. The fiasco of getting it across the counter was a whole other story. Collectively the entire crew and managers failed. It’s all a big game to them ha ha funny funny. It would be too easy to give me what I asked for and let me leave. I will say the manager was semi-apologetic after the fact. The best advice I can tell you is go inside and make sure everything is in the bag. The best thing you could actually do is go across the street to Starbucks where they actually care about service. You will have a much better day without a patronizing experience of getting your food in the morning.

Ashley the cashier and customer service person that waited on me was absolutely fabulous the food was hot and fresh. One of the most friendly and clean Bojangles I have been in in a long time.

The girl on the register was too interested in what the cook was saying. She said the French fries were fresh, they weren't. The tea tasted old and had very little ice. This is ill managed.
