I had an amazing experience at Best Buy! My associate Katie was the best, and the manager Daniel was awesome as well.
I came in needing help with a computer for college, and I don't know a thing about electronics now! It's been so long since I've been in school. She was patient with me and listened to my need. We found what I needed and under my budget! By far, I would recommend Best Buy! Thank you both so much for making it so easy and not painful!
Bought a monitor in feb/march. A 2200 dollar 49” odyssey (on a decent sale) after a few months it got a green line down the center. Brought it back to Best Buy and was politely told to pound sand. I definitely won’t buy from any company again that doesn’t honor their products like that. If it was outside the year or even a cheap o monitor I would understand, but at this price it seems a bit absurd
People wonder why the big box stores are closing and this one is the epitome of why. Sales associates who care less, low to no inventory, and high prices. The people behind the sales counter yesterday, 8/7, should be incredibly embarrassed as they feel as though personal conversations are more important than communicating to their clients. Sad
I just went in to see the smart watches to determine which was the best. Samsung may be it for me. The employees were hopefully by pointing me in the right direction.
Not so pleasant experience today. Best Buy has to get sorted when it comes to in-store pick up orders. Waiting 5+ hours when I could’ve just got the same product with regular in-store purchase is crazy. The staff is not very helpful either. I don’t know why they have that huge customer service section in the store because none of the employees know the first thing about customer service lol.
Went for a laptop, good service this time. I feel like there hit and miss with their info, but better than the people at walmart. Sometime they don't give you the info or give you misguided info. Guess it depends on who you get.
No cashiers to check you out. Sales techs standing around, one person at the customer service counter and he was helping someone. Best buy needs to do better
Took a lot of time to get assistance.their pricing helps.service person are rude and don't explain what they are doing. I bought a gift card that I got a duplicate receipt for because he didn't print it to start.well it didn't work and I got no assistance from anyone.
