Matthew B in electronics helped my kids get the tablets best suited for them, he was hella polite and accommodating, I applaud his attitude during this hectic time of year:)
It was ok the guys working at the samsung booth suck they couldn't even tell me if a tablet had SD card slot either ways the fellows in the computer department were more intelligent
I needed to return a TV (large 75") that was an in home delivery. The delivery was perfect, but the TV wasn't what we wanted. Took the TV back. They helped unload and brought it inside for us. We wanted to buy a different TV. The customer service was great. We found the TV we wanted and the associate Chris that helped us was awesome. Chris and his boss went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were taken care of. Very happy with my experience today. Thanks Chris and Blue Shirt. The guy in the computer department helped me a lot and it was much appreciated. Helped me with water cooling systems and explained in depth a few other questions about gaming performance and merchandise.
Poor customer service and as I was leaving the guy at the front proceeded to say something totally out of the way as I was leaving but I'm not deaf or into poor customer service as I walked around In the same area an no one offered to help
Great when it comes to servicing, but not great and taking in new employees or to current employees. They have a hiring sign outside the store, but with no open positions. I went inside to ask and then Imediantly turned me to the online application, but didn’t tell me that they weren’t hiring. So I came back, man I talked to was horribly rude. And called over the manager, the manager told me that they weren’t hiring until January and then walked away rudely. Why have the sign if you’re not hiring? Again, they’re great when it comes to servicing products, and okay prices. But today was unfortunately not a good feeling to leave Best Buy with.
Least competant Best Buy. I have dealt with. Mistakenly sold a computer I had ordered to pick up there. I switched happening and store manager said "different model" though box label said it was what I ordered. He insisted "no" that not it.yours will be in today. That evening changed status of computer from Available today to Unknown. And billed my credit card just for laughs. People make mistakes, but lying about it unacceptable. What a waste of 6 days. WI not go here again.
Didn't offer to help, several workers just standing there doing nothing. As we left my grandfather stated to the people at the front door we would have had a better time if someone had offered to help. They then proceeded to call him an a** as we walked out the door.
Service is friendly and informative. Some times it takes too long to find someone but when you do they will surely help you find the tech products you need.
I went straight back to the computer and tablet section of the store to look at a tablet I was interested in. I waited a little bit for a store employee to help me as a few walked by me without asking if they could help me but once I took the initiative and got the attention of a employee at the counter it was fantastic service! The woman I talked to was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and while checking out she had every answer to my questions. I don’t know about the service in the rest of the store but where I was helped was great.
Everybody has been helpful and I would recommend all of you. Alex and Alex in the microsoft section helped us with our purchases and Samuel of the Geek Squad is helping us with transferring everything to my new laptop and setup a geek squad appt at our house to get our printers connected with our laptops. The employees need to be trained more on returns. I had to be redirected twice because the 2 employees did not know how to do a refund on a online order. Before my return, I explained that I do not want the money going back into my bank account because I want to exchange the item for another product in the store. My request was ignored, the money went back to the bank account where I did not have funds to pay for the exchanged item. Now as I wait for my bank refund, I will take my money and buy the item at another retailer. Not to mention the initial item I ordered got LOST in the warehouse and never even shipped out despite saying it’s on the way. Best Buy has burned me twice this week and I will never order from here again. The manager was not sincere and told me it’s none of their business what the story of my return is, all because I told him I did NOT want the money being refunded to my bank account since I wanted to purchase an item in the store right now.
I called online phone number to see if they could repair a Dell laptop computer and they said l would have to bring the laptop to the store and they could repair it. When I got there they told me they couldn't repair it because I didn't buy it from them! So on a rating of 1 to. 5 I would give them a 1!
I want the manager of this location to know that William in mobile (blonde braided hair and blue glasses) is the most unhelpful, laziest customer service person I’ve ever come in contact with at a BestBuy location. He wouldn’t help me with a trade in, yet he could stand around not helping anyone, while he put me on the wait list. He was fully capable to do it he just didn’t want to take the time. Everyone else in this store was extremely nice and helpful, not sure why he’s employed in a customer service position.
Deputy doofy at the door with his braided goatee.went and asked him if he did price checks, he got so bent and explained he watches cameras, “but wasn’t watching cameras when I asked him the question” then said I need to find someone in the department to help me with an attitude. Which brought me to him in the first place because I cased the electronics section and couldn’t find anyone to help me, so I asked Deputy Doofy thinking maybe he had a communication device To reach someone in electronics, but the way he acted I just turned around before I got stooopid with him. I don’t care what your job is “door man”. Your lazy and pretty much useless, anyone can do your job, Learn how to talk to people.
As convenient as it is to shop online, it is nice to have a store to go to when you need something right away or want to see something in person before buying. Great location.
I'm not tech savvy at all so going to places like Best Buy can be kind of intimidating and gives me anxiety but Stormi made the whole process really enjoyable. I ended up needing to get a new laptop, since mine was too old to be fixed by geek squad. I told her what I needed it for and she knew exactly which one would be perfect for me. She was so nice and patient even with all my questions.
Great location. Associates are very helpful finding / directing to the right isle. Well laid out store. Have always found stuff I need. Plenty of parking
I took in my Vizio 24" TV for Geek Squad repair, waited in line for 20 minutes or so no big deal. I bought the extended warranty, both of the people I talked to were very nice. I assumed they did repairs in house but I was told they had to ship it off for repairs and "should" be back by 9/8. Pretty disappointing.
So far a horrible experience with appliences ordered in July, delivery set for august 3rd, get a call night before the dont have them, they rescheduled for September. I had it pushed up to Aug 29th and they delivered extremely damaged. Just stick with cheap stuff from Best Buy!
It is impossible to speak to a human. I spent over$2000 on an appliance and cannot get anyone to talk to me about a question related to the order. I've waiting 32 days for the appliance to be delivered and still waiting.
Went to purchase a new iPhone today and had terrible customer service. First, we stood there for a while needing help with the guy in the apple section playing on his personal phone and never addressing us. Then upon looking at a phone in a different section, another worker asked what I was looking for to which I responded the new iphone. He then walked away.saying nothing or coming back. We moved on to looking at phone covers because all other workers were busy discussing their red wine collection with other customers. Then the same worker that walked away before came back asking if we had been helped. We said no and we wanted to get the new iPhone. He tells us " I just sold the last one and we are out of sim cards. We get that things run out. But please do not ignore your customers or walk away rudely or allow them to waste their time. I have never had these issues at this store before. We went elsewhere and had exceptional service.
Custer Svce was nice. Purchased a Monitor. Needed to WFH. Brought in my docking station to ensure I purchased a compatible Monitor and get all of the accessories I may need. Before I left the store thought that I had everything. I did not. Had to return. Didn't care much for the inconvenience
Everyone was very helpful. They had the phone screen protector I needed and they put it on for me. I was just surprised I had to pay for them to put it on for me.
I literally called this location, they claimed to have 2 laptops in stock. The lady said yes we have 2 here. I literally sat on hold for 20 minutes because I asked her to please put her hands on it before I make a 2 hour trip up there to purchase. She came back, and said yes I have it. I said okay, can you hold it? No, I have to place an online pickup order. No problem, within 3 minutes the order was placed and paid in full. I drive 2 hours to this location and they tell me it’s not there. I asked for a manager and he came up to me with his 2 foot long white beard full of bacteria to just look me in the face and tell me they didn’t have it. They sold my laptop that I already had purchased, and corporate did not want to do anything about it. Horrible company. Do not recommend
Dave helped make sure the TV we purchased was right for our viewing habits. He patiently explained all the technology in a way we could understand without talking down to us. The young lady at the customer service desk made our exchange seamless and peasant. I am sorry not to have her name (dark hair, blonde bangs.) So helpful, the both of them!
I went to buy some ear buds and a young kid helped me out. I got all the info I needed before buying them and he even told me how easy it would be to connect them to my phone. He was exactly right it was extremely easy.
I bought a webcam and cassette adapter here and was told there was a 30 day return policy. Neither of the items worked and I went to return them after 16 days. Turns out it was only a 15 day return policy and they refused to refund to my card. Terrible customer service and they have now lost a customer for life.
I got a credit card with you guys several years ago. I got a washer and dryer from you guys a very long time ago for my parents. Never once did anyone at this store tell me that you have to pay on the appliance not the actual credit card. Well apparently this is quite common for you guys to do. You don’t explain to people on paying the appliances. You guys ruin people’s lives. I got charge over thousand dollars in interest and no one at Best Buy or Citi did anything about this. And just a two weeks ago I got a letter that Citi was taking this up the ladder. You guys really damaged me personally and my credit. If someone would have explained to me what to do about the appliances this would have never have happened! I will never get a credit card from you guys or shop at any of your stores again!
My phone had a glitch and Apple made me an appointment at Best Buy. We have always had great service at Best Buy but this was exceptional. Samuel was beyond the adage "above and beyond". He was kind, professional, knew what he was doing and was fun. I have never had so much trust in anyone working on my phone. He was easy to work with. I went in to get the glitch repaired which he did in a nano second but decided to get a new phone so my husband and I would both have good cameras on our phones for an upcoming trip. It took awhile (not Samuel's fault) and he was very patient.
The service was great. The only fault I have is the lack of appliances you can to pick up on your initial visit. I had to order a washing machine to pick up 3 days.later. Delivery was going to be 10 days later, so I elected to pick it up myself and install.
