I have been a loyal customer of BeautyCall Charleston since 2021. Megan is the owner and also my lash and waxing technician. She is amazing at what she does and always very accommodating to my needs and preferences. She is friendly, professional, and meticulous. The salon is clean, the prices are fair and the services are top-notch.
Even though I haven't personally tried the other various services offered such as makeup services, facials, teeth whitening, etc; I did gift my friend a gift certificate for a massage there and she thanked me for introducing her to this wonderful salon as she had enjoyed her massage very much. The few times that I’ve had to see other staff members, they have been great as well. I highly recommend BeautyCall Charleston to anyone looking for a quality beauty experience!

Originally went in a few months ago bc they had a Groupon special for a massage and I have been going back ever since!
Frank gives the best massages at a reasonable price and I just got some waxing services done by his wife Megan who has such a passion for her work and such a gentle touch.
This place is def my new relaxation station.

I have been going to Megan for a couple months now. I was an eyelash newbie and she spent extra time explaining everything, and making sure I was comfortable with my choice. She has been a pleasure every appointment, easy to talk to, friendly, flexible, and incredibly talented. My eyelashes always look amazing when I leave. The environment is comfortable, clean, quiet. I look forward to my fill in appointments every time.

Nayeli did an amazing job on my lashes. This was my first time ever getting them done, and I love them!

Well let me first start by saying this place is amazing when I first came here it was a house so I was about to turn around but decided to stay when I open up the door it was absolutely amazing and frank was amazing he is an awesome person I promise his massages helped me so much with my back felt like a hundred bucks after leaving will definitely be back

I first got a lash lift/tint here last year by Nayeli. It looked so much better than the previous places I had gone for this service. A few months ago, I finally decided to try lash extensions after wanting to for a long time. I again saw Nayeli for this service. I got the "introductory set" to start and now I go back for lash fills every 2.5 to 3 weeks. They always look so good and natural. I highly recommend this place. They are very professional and its easy to book appointments online.

I have gotten a lash lift and tint 3 times now, and I have been very happy each time, it is a very clean and comfortable environment and each time they have left my lashes looking gorgeous! Definitely recommend

Since the first massage visit, I faithfully continue to schedule additional appointments. Frank is detail oriented and does a wonderful job at addressing my areas of concern. At the end of my appointments, I feel energized, less tense, and in high spirit. I recommend treating yourself with a quality massage at Beautycall.

My first time in was today with Megan for eyebrow tint/wax and her work exceeded my expectations. I have received similar services at other salons, where I left not fully satisfied with my look. I will definitely be a regular!

Hannah did an amazing job with my lashes! Since I travel all over the United States and have visited numerous lash extension shops, I can confidently say that this place in South Carolina surpasses them all. If you want, they conduct a complimentary allergy test a few days before your appointment to ensure that there are no adverse reactions to the glue, which is a service that I've never seen offered before at other places. The prices are also very reasonable.

Before my appointment, Hannah asked me about my desired curl, length, and style, and she delivered spectacular results. The shop is cozy, welcoming, and relaxing, making the experience all the more enjoyable. If I lived in South Carolina, this would be my go-to lash spot. I highly recommend both Hannah and this place for lashes!

This is my go to place for lash extentions but today I tried something different. Megan gave me a hydrodermabrasion facial and it was fantastic! Please give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

I have eyebrows on the thicker side and no one can ever shape them in a way that’s flattering. It’s always too thin or not enough. Hannah did an AMAZING job today on my tint and wax. She took her time and shaped them perfectly!

I’ve been going to Beauty Call for years getting my lashes done by Megan. She’s now offering massage, and today was the first one I’ve had in over 20 years. Frank did an excellent job. He has a gentle yet firm touch. He does a good job identifying where you have tension and need the most work, and he explains his methods very well. I would highly recommend getting a massage from Frank.

Megan was so welcoming and professional! I had my eyebrows shaped, waxed, and tinted. I have also had my eye lashes lifted and tinted. They have never looked better! I will never go anywhere else again.

Every time I go I end up in a deep sleep because it’s so relaxing! I think of my lash visits as my self care appts. I enjoy it so much!

I’ve been having my lash and tint with Beautycall for 4 times now this year, and I love it. Its been part of my maintenance! The lash lift and tint is perfect way to level up your lashes if you’re not a fan of extensions.
I love that place is clean and cozy. The staffs are polite and nice. And they run promos too! Overall a great experience and will surely come back.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times, and have been impressed with each visit! I go to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted (which can be dangerous sometimes as a blonde) but my eyebrows are never too dark or shaped wrong! They also have a really nice environment with calm music, nice smells, and comfy client beds. The experience is wonderful every time!

Went to many other places and no one compared to this place! They always do such a great job with my lash lift and are very friendly! I’ve recommended a few friends and they all loved it as well
