I stopped coming to this location because of how previous staff/management treated their customers. I decided to give it another shot. Completely different atmosphere from what it was before. Parth was so welcoming and nice to not only me but other customers coming in and checking out. Ardae was very helpful and nice as well. The customer service was so good! I will be returning.

I love the variety of wigs and all manner of accessories/products!
I’m a cosplayer and anytime I’m in town, I hit this store up to stock up on my wigs for future costumes.

Today, Tatyana and Cierra took time to help me find a very specific wig style and color. They were really fun and worked well together to help me find what I needed. They were light-hearted and making jokes and I could tell they enjoyed what they do. Thanks again, ladies!

This store, hands down, is the best beauty supply store in Greenville, SC. Always great customer service, employees gives extra help. The store is very organized and clean. I recommends this store over any other! ️️️

I spend a lot of cash here in this store just for purchases of weave wigs and small items. I went here today to get a couple of the 1 piece jump suits they have. I picked up 1. It is $19.99. I asked one of the representatives.is this really 19.99. He said I don't make the prices. Smh. Lawd that thing need to be 9.99.

I drive all the way from Anderson to this store because the owners and staff are so friendly and i always find what i want at a great price, thanks! I will continue to take this drive

They had the Shea butter chunks A sista needed! I loved it was from a local manufacturer! I liked I was greeted before I spent my money! It was most appreciated

They have a good amount of products but I wish they were more competitive with online prices. Also more options in natural hair lace front wigs! I still really like their customer service over all! Very organized store!

Professional and respectful service. They have most products that are popular and are very supportive when you are kind of lost in finding what you really need.

False advertising.wrong prices on merchandise and the store owner and workers want honor it. And it wasn't just one or two packs of hair it was the whole section priced wrong. They didn't believe me so they went and checked and noticed that it was all wrong so they hurried up and changed the prices but still didn't honor the price that was on the merchandise

So to say the least. I love this store and I love that they are open on sundays. I literally just left this store and today was a day I felt uncomfortable and honestly if today wasn’t a Sunday, I would have been putting my items back. I wasn’t able to make up my mind on what I wanted to get today and it did take me a minute to figure out and make sure that what I was getting was what I wanted. The women asked if I found everything ok and I assure them things were good and I ask questions of what was needed. Meanwhile I was still taking a while to get my things together the lady started following me and everywhere I turned around she was there trying to find work near.she also offered to grab my basket but I let her know I wasn’t sure if this is what I wanted and she proceeded to try and grab my things out of my hand. CONFUSED I let her know once again I wasn’t sure if this is what I wanted and she let it go. So I continue to look around the store and noticed the cashier had been staring at the cameras and could barely Give me eye contact while taking my cash. I don’t know who stole from them but I shouldn’t have to walk around to shop in a store feeling like I’m looked at as a Thief

When I went there, they had everything I needed and more. Very good prices and very good service. Everyone was nice and helpful. I will probably be shopping here and only here in the future.

The selection in this store is amazing. They have whole lines of different products. They were very helpful and friendly. The prices are a little higher than other stores but I think the superb customer service makes it worth it.

I love how they are open on Sunday and if if you need to return a product, unopened they will give you a refund, They're the only hair store that will do this
