It’s always a pleasure when I see Tommy. He’s the best nail tech hands down. I highly recommend him. He listens and he delivers. I know I’ll always be happy with my nails.

The tech that was doing my nails was over 45 minutes late. They didn’t tell me that until I was sitting there for 25 minutes already. Terrible customer service!

My experience left me with 1 nail gone in 24 hrs, and the next gone the next 24 hrs. It looked also as if I needed a fill in when I left. I went back inside Asa I got to the car and really looked at the work.
Besides the gaps at the cuticles. I had nails that were barely attached to the nail base. And completely uneven right hand vs left hand. This is not my regular place but being Friday I knew my salon was too busy to take me that day. My tech even laughed saying who would wanna drive to luxe nails in gaston?

Well definitely me bc they are professional. Taking the loss. And staying where I know I'm best taken care of!

Mr. Tommy and Ms. Lucy are the best hands down! There’s no reason to go ANYWHERE else

Nick did an amazing job on my nails! Very happy with his work and how detail oriented he is. Highly recommend him for a mani and dip set.

Amy took 1 full set and 1 fill in with design and an eyebrow was last minute. Did an absolutely amazing job! I couldn't be happier with the customer service and the nail designs. She gained 2 new customers! We will be back

I absolutely LOVE Art Nails Spa! Have been going since they opened for my nails but today I got my lashes done for the first time. They look amazing!

I've been going every couple weeks since they opened this location, I work nearby in the strip mall and can walk here from work. I switched to them from Ombre Nails & JoJo Nails across the street. Best decision ever! They are never too crowded, very welcoming, know me by name, and when I show them a picture they always execute what I am looking for. (plus the price is much cheaper than ombre!) Pleasant experience every time no matter who is doing my nails that day.

It’s so cool I took my mom to do her nail and the gentleman that did her nails treated my mom so nice she want to go back I did a manicure gel and looks awesome I will recommend this business to any one

My fiancé and I was serviced with Tammy and received excellent service and great customer service ️ This is the only nail place I know that lets you know the pricing and it’s still correct at the end. Will visit again

I went there I showed the picture I wanted. He had the picture next to him. I had asked for tan and he gave me red. He had cut my cut me multiple times. The nails are curved he wasn’t paying attention. I pay $120 for a set I DIDN’T ask for they look WAY different then then nails I asked for…

My left hand looked absolutely beautiful! But my right hand was shaped terribly. First, the nails were filed shorter on my right hand then on my left. Second, the nails on my right hand are crooked. I asked him to fix the shape and he kept shaping it in the wrong direction making it more crooked than it was before. The total set cost me $70 which is absolutely ridiculous considering I got no special designs or anything and my right hand looks terrible.

Horrible service broke my nails left a lot of buildup on my nail when I asked him to fix it he said he can’t do my nails and just stopped very unprofessional please don’t go here
