Arby's

Very busy but fast service with delicious hot quality food. Went through drive-thru then came inside to use restroom. Very busy had to wait, one stall was out of order. But overall clean.

Very clean establishment and the employees are very nice and courteous and the food was hot and fresh

3 cars and 3 people after my order of one cheesy hamburger got their food before I got my one cheeseburger, the only saving grace is how the cashier woman handled it, I was very thankful someone was watching out for me!

Quick and tasty, hard to go wrong with Arby's, they serve just what you need, when you need it. Great insides eating area, trendy clean and all condiments close by. Staff super helpful and friendly. Enjoyable experience

Rudest people I have encountered in a while. Definitely off my list to stop. Cashier took 15 minutes to come take our order. Three people walked out. She was very rude and had a horrible attitude.

One of the cleanest well oiled machines of an Arby’s franchise. If ya like a Beef n’ Cheddar, go! And don’t forget to RING THEIR BELL!

Within 2 hours of eating my regular roast beef sandwich, I had diarrhea. My husband's french dip sandwich smelled and had been reheaded so many times that the paper wrapping was grease soaked and stank as well. Don't stop at Arby's exit 139

Very extremely bad services, the food taste bad and this African American lady was very rude and lazy to serve. And she said it’s close at 11: 25pm
And it’s open till 12: 00am

No condiments in dining room and when my daughter asked for some the lady was rude. Fries were cold.

All the stores need help food is decent prices should be lower compared to other restaurants but for the quality of food it is pretty good

Arby's is always primo. Good sauces, good sandwiches and good salads. This one is attached to the pilot truckstop. 10 bucks gets you a salad fries and a soda pop.

His army is always clean and nice and a little fast for the traffic our bees could lower the prices but other than that that's Army was good I really like this for me

The staff was friendly service was fast and the food was great the inside was clean in the Drive-Thru line was moving surprisingly fast

Probably the slowest fast food that I've had. Staff was friendly, but there weren't enough people working to serve the number of customers. Not a terrible place by any stretch, but not one I'd recommend.

I have been to Arby’s more than one time, and wasn’t quit please. The milkshakes are delicious but, my cookie was baked for to long which left it hard for me to eat.

Never went to a Arby's before and cannot say much about the food as boyfriend only went for the fries which I found was realllllllllly great. There covid protocols were great and the staff/manager at that branch was serious. Place was clean and good bathroom at the gas station next door which is why we stopped in the 1st place.

I never did get to eat they were so rude at the speaker but yes I cussed him out no I was not going to see you then so I don't know how good the food was customer service is priority number one and it was terrible poor bad

I travel a lot for my job and it is always a little bit of a guilty pleasure to stop at Arby's while on the road. I am used to waiting a little longer because it's worth the wait. This time, I didn't even have time to get my drink before they had my order ready.
Well done. Also, the staff here was very friendly and engaging. Much better than the normal, "Uhh huhh" I get at just about every other day food chains.

We waited for our food for at least 20 min. I watched every employee play with their mask & then touch the food. Every single worker had their nose hanging out of their mask too. The food was ALL WRONG. But I had already left by the time I realized the order was all messed up. One of my worst Arby's visits.

Never knew you get so much for so little. I had 2 for $6.00 gyros. I had one turkey and one roast beef. Loaded with meat. Very filling. If I didn't live so far from it, I'd go once a week.

Not very good at all. Was very disappointed with the chicken/bacon/swiss! Got nothing much but batter. Chicken was so thin, the tomatoes were twice as thick as the chicken. Won't be going back.

For years I've tried to get them to order 2 dollar bills or dollar coins for me. But, they've ALWAYS been the most difficult, lazy people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. That only goes for the Saint Matthews branch. The Bamburg branch is awesome. The Columbia branches are very nice as well.

Clerk was super nice, food was super quick, great hot fresh food, jalapenos bombers with bronco berry sauce is the best!

Always fast on getting food through the drive thru. The service varies but is never horrible. Usually just ok. Food is comparable to other Arby's. Would recommend to come here.

Extremely rude service. Wish I could give zero stars. While reading the menu, the woman behind the counter walks up and says, "Here or togo? " My husband says, "Hello. How are you? " (She proceeds to ignore him with a hateful look on her face.) He says, "Togo please. " He begins to order, and she cuts him off, "Here or togo? ! " (With a tone that clearly expressed that we were wasting her time and needed to hurry up.) My husband asks her if this was a bad time, and she says, "Sir, I'm just trying to serve you. " (With a look of pure hatred.) We told her to forget about it and went to pick up some items from the gas station. Another customer (who heard the whole thing) says to us, "Man, they are rude in there. " Find somewhere else to eat. They do not want your business.

I've eaten here a couple of times. The drive thru is generally fast. The staff is friendly. The tables and eating area are clean. I wasn't impressed with the petite filet, but was glad they added another option. The signature sandwiches are great. The curly fries are probably the best fast food curly fries around.

The one thing that sets Arby's apart from other fast food chains is the condiment section. From horse radish sauce to their signature "Arby's sauce" I like to get varied dressings and test my pallet to try and distinguish each sauce flavor.
