Great place to get nails done! Very clean, fast service, and they did exactly what I wanted on my nails. I’m in town on vacation, and 100% would come back next time I’m in town.

I LOVE this place! I literally tracked her down through the place she used to work, to come here! She has an amazing staff! If you’re not pleased with the way a color looks they won’t you to let them know. They don’t go talking crud about you lol. Trevor and Jessica also did amazing job! You ROCK Lisa! As well as your team!
So.with that being said. (I read a review I didn’t like) if you’re not happy with how her staff did your nails…. Don’t blast them…. Tell them! They will fix it! Friendliest and accommodating all around place I’ve been to! Not to mention reasonable priced. They want you leaving happy and satisfied to the fullest! Again. I love you guys! Thank you for fitting me in when you didn’t have to!

This review was originally for Aqua Nails and was somehow transferred to the new salon Sky Nails. I continued with the new owner Lisa even though the quality of work was not like the previous two owners Emily and Jennifer. I am a loyal customer so decided to stay. Many years using the same salon, did not make sense going someplace else.

Well when they opened on Monday I had a standing appt every other at 1pm. This past week I showed up for my appt only to see they were closed. I jump on Google and saw their hours were changed to Mondays off. No one told me. They did it with zero warning. When I called Tuesday I was told they had an emergency so they were closed. I asked if they were closed Mondays now and she said yes. I was lied to. There was no Emergency. They just blatantly closed with no regard for customers who were scheduled.

Needless to say I went to another salon and have going a new home. I will no longer use this salon. You just put customers first. Maybe ask for phone numbers if people have appts so you can contact them if you decide to close. Poor customer service and showed zero value in returning customers.

I was in the area and wanted to give this shop a chance. The Nail Techs didn’t greet upon arrival. It felt as if they didn’t want to be at work. There was a guy (employee) surfing the internet on his cellphone, who appeared to be on break. In the future you may want to do this in a separate room not when customers are waiting. The Technicians here do not multitask so the wait is long. Remember the customers are the reason why you have a job. Please respect them and be honest because without them there will not be a business.

Wonderful experience! The manager Lisa was very helpful and friendly. Brandi did an awesome job on my nails. The salon is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely get my nails done here again.

I went to this location once when it was Aqua Nails and had the worst experience. The place was dirty and the polish was old My pedicure didn't even last 24 hours. So when I saw ownership had changed, I decided to give it another try. First, the remodel is absolutely gorgeous. Very relaxing. I have a big event this weekend and I was being extra picky bc I wanted
my nails to look perfect. Usually I’m not so particular. Kay and Lisa are amazing! Kay did an absolute phenomenal job on my pedicure. She also started on my nails. I had polygel and they took their time to remove it to preserve my natural nail. About halfway thru Lisa took over for my design. They were very patient and nice, even when I pointed out the smallest thing I wanted fixed. I’m sure they were ready to get me out lol! But they never made me feel like it. They listened and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and I couldn't be happier! I will definitely be going back. If I could give them 10 stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place was very clean and the people were so sweet and friendly! I believe her name was Brandi who did my nails. She was very nice and did a great job! It was a good time talking with her. With their grand opening discount, it was such a good deal too! Even got a little hand lotion as a gift! I will be back!:)

Purchased a $50 Gift Certificate on 9/28/2022 for my wife's BDay as I've done many times over the last 14 years. Wife went on 11/12/2022 and was told they could not accept it as the business had changed hands. Sign outside and website etc, everything still says Aqua Nails. Will not do business here again.

My first time at Sky Nails and I was extremely pleased. Brandi was my technician and she did a great job. The atmosphere was nice, clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back and would recommend them!

I’ve gone to this place twice so far and nothing but good things! Got a full set of acrylics today and they did an amazing job I’m very pleased with them! I will definitely be back. I do recommend making an appointment though!

I went there to get my nails done and it wasn't even a full week before nails were coming off.she didn't put enough powder on them and they were very thin. Went back to get them done again and more came off. I'm now down to 6 nails. When I go back I'll have them removed and I'll be going elsewhere to hey a gull gel set. All the years I've been getting my nails done this has never happened.

I walked in and was unsure of where to go to sign in or let someone know I would like to get a service done… luckily someone turned around and asked what I wanted. Once I stated I wanted a pedicure I was told to sit down and pick out a color (one basket with not a ton of options) which was fine. Someone walks past me and tells me to have a seat at #5 when I get ready. I go sit down and stick my feet in WARM not hot like most places water and not even 4 mins later the girl was coming over and directing me to take my feet out… my feet didn’t even soak 5 mins… but I’m paying for a full pedicure… then she begins cutting and filing my nails and then puts some brown sugar scrub on my legs that she rubbed in with her hands and like most places they really rub that stuff in and massage your calf while doing so…. Not this girl.it was like it was killing her…. She would barely rub this stuff that she put on my legs previously… fast forward putting a towel on my legs which was not hot when she put it on… next she wiped the stuff off my legs that she put on… okay cool. Then puts some liquid on my legs that looked and felt like water but I don’t know for sure. None the less not a great experience especially not for the cost… I could pay the same and get a better job I’m sure. I’m disappointed and can honestly say I probably won’t be back.

Been going for a while since they are close to me, but lately terrible customer service. I will not be going back.

My husband bought me a gift card for mother's day and I used it for my birthday. My husband paid $55 dollars for a pedicure and manicure plus a tip. The man who did my pedicure said that was.all the gift card was for. My husband specifically paid for both services and the man lied and said it was only for the pedicure. Very disappointed in the service

My wife has been going there for about a year every time she goes they charge different prices the work is getting less quality for more money they bought all brand new stuff inside so I guess they're making you pay for it and their customers don't come first because they said they charged what they feel

I paid $100 for a gel pedicure that took the man over 2 hours to do, then the woman rushed my powder dip nails and within three days I have three broken nails. I've never had this happen before with any other place I've went to in the past. I went to get them fixed and they had a lack of employees and said I'd be waiting atleast 40 minutes. I went on a Tuesday early. I had to leave, and my nails look busted. $100 later. Won't be returning

Took my daughter there before we left for vacation. Sat and waited OVER an hour the girl wasn’t very nice or patient with my 4 year old she rushed so that she could leave! I wanted my nails ombred from blue to white he told me he couldn’t do that which I’ve had done before so I know that wasn’t true. Not even 24 hours after my daughter had her nails done it all came off. I paid $182 for our pedicure and nails and wasn’t even CLOSE to satisfied! It cost me $35 dollars just alone for my four year old. Do not recommend at all! Way over priced for the quality of their work! If I could leave 0 stars I would!

My wife has used Aqua Nnails for year. They are all great people. If you need water, a drink or wine. They have it. If you've had a bad expert, tell them. They are so so awesome. They service you.

They were short handed, but they really did a good job. They made sure to give each customer the same attention as the other.

Mails broke easily and had to go back to get two nails fixed bc the gel polish bubbled up and peeled off

The place is amazing I had Maria and Julie do my nails and they did a marvelous job! I just love my nails!?

Great place, good people but some times I feel that I have the least experienced people because I am not a regular. Always have great service, but feel like I dont have the time given to me as a regular.

My wife went here for the first time and she found it to be very clean. The employees were very attentive and nice.not to mention there were couches for me to hang out and wait

Tried to give new place a chance but this place is a no go for me. Not only is the pedicure a joke (only a pumice stone is used for your feet EVERYTHING else is an extra charge!) the polish on my toes looked like a five year old did it! A second person came and gave it a try and results are still novice at best. My full set manicure nail polish has lint sticking to it after drying 30 minute and limit still sticks 24 hours later! Beyond upset with the lack of skill in this place. It is like first semester cosmetology students at best. Now see why they are priced a little lower than other shops.well you get what you pay for‍️‍️‍️.

I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a business. I will not return.
And for the lady that did my nails. You definitely needs some training in customer service.
And another thing your prices are unbelievable high. I live in the Atlanta/Buckhead area and I have never paid prices that high for work that is nothing to brag about.
To anyone that reads this. In my opinion if you’re looking for a nail salon I would find another salon to go to.

Only 2 girls working on pedicures the day before New Years Eve! Long wait! Did not do a good job at all on my pedicure. Won't be going back

Very rude to me and my seven year old daughter as soon as we walked in. Unprofessional to make a scene with other customers when people walk in for a service.

Best service and quality ANYWHERE! I am very rough on my nails (I break up fights for a living), I LOVE THIS PLACE! Always walk out looking like a million dollars

Only one in there and she rushed through my pedicure. Didn’t hardly scrub my heals or get any rough skin off. No foot massage at all. Rubbed oil on my legs for less than a minute for both. No lotion at all just painted my nails. She was done in less than 15 mins. I don’t know why because like I said I was the only one in there. I will never return.

My best friend went to get her nails done. Took them two hours. The guy messed her nails up and didn't finish them all the way. She won't go back. She told me to tell y'all go to blush

Stephanie always does a great job on my nails and eyebrows. But all the techs are great. Best Nail Salon in Red Bank.

I have visited almost every mani/pedi salon in Lexington and this by far was the best experience. Great job to the Aqua Nails and Spa staff.

Emily is the Absolute Best hands down!
I will NOT go anywhere else. They definitely care about their clientele because they want to keep you. They have the best place in Lexington SC. If you have tried the rest, come home to the BEST!

I love Aqua Nails and Spa. Their place is so clean and there is no odor from the acrylic supplies. Yes it is pricey but for the quality of work it is totally worth it.

The very worst pedicare I have every had. My feet still hurt after a whole day. My heals are still rough feeling and the cost was insane.
