We loved the 2 bedroom suite on 20th floor jaw dropping views. We did not want to leave. So Thankful we found this place we will be back. Worth every penny!

The room was amazing, and the location was great. Brian helped us with our luggage, and he was fantastic. It took 2 requests to get our room cleaned. I finally texted Wendy, and she got it taken care of for us (thank you, Wendy).

Very nice hotel, was clean and our room was pretty large for an affordable price. Staff was friendly but we had to call multiple times to get a crib, so I will bring my own next time if we stay here. Great location and valet parking was quick!

I just want to start off this review by saying Janna. Front desk! Top notch! I absolutely ADORE HER and her customer service! She really extended herself to my mom and I.and Sincerely the SWEETEST person on earth! I want her in my LIFE forever! And that's the TRUTH. Hotel is nice. Only wish that there was a full service restaurant on site BUT Magnolia's across the street. Not bad. We don't venture too much off site so that worked! Also the complementary infused fruit water was a HUGE PLUS! Lordy it was! FYI the beach and pool area stayed PACKED! It's the season.yes.but what I did not appreciate was guests placing towels on the pool chair and be GHOST for like 5 hours (bc they are either on the beach or on the beach OR on the beach OR went across the street to get food while the towels remained a saver for the guests that disappeared. Also kids being in the HOT TUB. No adults to be found.it was just like ohhhhhhh k. One great thing I will also mentioned opposed to Ms Janna was once you walk through the door to the lobby the beautiful aroma smells absolutely amazing! And the scent remains in the lobby area! Overall we enjoyed our stay.plus.washer and dryer and FULL kitchen in the rooms. You appreciate that refrigerator oh and MICROWAVE!

Absolutely hate the parking layout here when checking in. Valet is an option though and plenty of bellman out front to help with luggage. Beach front pools and a spa. 3 elevators on each side of the building. 26th north ocean boulevard is near a lot of things including directly between a Dunkin donuts on 20th and a Starbucks on 29th. Both easily walkable along the boulevard.

Nice hotel right on the beach. People at the front desk helpful. Room could use some improvement. The couch and carpet were stained. Parking a block away didn’t bother us and it was covered. Minigolf was nice. We had one cleaning over the 6 days and the people did a great job.

I just recently stayed here and had a great time with my family. Nice and clean rooms and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Fruit flies in our unit for 2 days, moved us to different room, was smaller and lost our pool and beach view, very disturbing

Finishing a 3 night stay in a king suite on 11th floor today and overall had a wonderful time with my wife and children. The sleeper softer mattress is just as thin and uncomfortable, as many are, so I won’t be too harsh on that. The cleaning before our arrival left a little to be desired. The coffee machine had coffee on the bottom and near the machine, there were almonds on the floor near and under the couch, and some other small things. The room itself was nice but you could see a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom was a little beat up. Shower curtain rod was bent down and various wall areas have been patched. I only comment on some of these things because this resort boasts the words luxury on everything.
As far as Myrtle Beach goes, it’s definitely nicer all around than many of the places I’ve stayed. The valets and bellmen here have been top notch. Anyone who stays in this part of MB knows parking is an absolute nightmare so I use valet exclusively. The small coffee shop downstairs had one broken coffee machine so they had very limited selection and didn’t stock much of anything food wise. The Magnolia restaurant is across the street and very lackluster, if I were this hotel I’d drop whatever affiliation I had with them, to remain “luxury” in nature.
I want to mention, my biggest complaints for this visit are probably very hard for this resort to control, but worthy of mention. This place has been slam packed while we have been here, as you expect on an August weekend. There is no one around to politely enforce any of the rules or keep things civil and orderly in the pool area. Family’s would come down and grab rafts for the lazy River and set them with their belongings and eventually no one had a raft in the lazy River and morons were laying in them in the hot tubs. As soon as someone stocked the towels, which was the only time I ever saw any towed, people were rushing over to grab a stack of 10 for 3 people. I can’t fault the hotel for having a pile of mannerless trashy people here, but they have to “police” things somewhat. No one ever enforce the yellow bands for the pool area and I saw many folks just walk up off the beach. Overall I would stay again. Definitely in the off season!

The view of the beach is amazing. You can play at the mini golf course across the street for free before 7: 00 PM. There is a nice little fitness center with treadmills and weights (Cable machines, dumbells, and benches). The room itself is amazing too, there are cooking tools, comfortable beds, and a pullout couch, and there is a balcony with coffee tables with the ocean view. Definitely consider going to this place if you want to travel to myrtle beach

I'm an owner of Hiltons Grand Vacations Club & every time I stay at one of their resort clubs it is never a disappointment. This hotel was absolutely a pleasure to stay at for our 7 day stay. Its located right in the center of Myrtle beach so tons of things were walking distance or a very very short car ride to places. Our 2 bedroom plus suite was absolutely spacious & had everything you needed & had 2 separate balconies that gave a beautiful view of the beach day or night. The only thing disappointing was the hotel can use a bit of an update as things are a bit outdated as far as carpets, blinds, doors, & elevators. The only thing that would have made it a perfect stay was they could have cleaned a little better as there were rust spots on doors & dirt & grime in the shower & water stains. Bed was absolutely the best I've ever slept in & had amazing sleep daily. I highly highly recommend

Let me tell you one thing that travel agents do not want u to know. When booking hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ They have the best deals on hotels! So much better than using expedia, tripadvisor, hotwire. That's for sure!

The Good: Nice staff, spacious suite, loved the balcony, free parking, good location - short distance from attractions.

The Not So Good: Overall disappointed in the look and feel of the suite. DATED decor - from carpet, window treatment, living room - 1900 furniture. Uncomfortable mattress, Molded bathroom and the laundry closet looked like it had not been dusted in 20 years. Overall it felt old. I would have preferred a better feel - for the price paid.

After staying in a place down the strip that we thought would be great, but was absolutely horrible that we found in the internet. The Anderson ocean club is very very nice, clean and very courteous and great staff

Awesome amenities including mini golf pool area, dvd rental, etc.the view of the beach is fantastic and the price isn’t even that bad for being so close to everything! The spa is also a must when staying here!

I was a worker there horrible pay in fraud alot of spamming in they have favorite employeees that boss in bullying other employees in to much drama

Nice place to stay at the beach. The hotel appears to be a little older inside and some of the hallways on the floor were not always vacuumed or clean but the valet staff is awesome!

Great resort right on the beach. Really good pools and great rooms with fully setup kitchens with pots, pans, classes, silverware, and more.

Came here for a week on summer break. This was our families first time staying here. Absolutely great choice?

Our room was on the Hilton side, updated and friendly staff. Every time we got on the elevator staff would speak.

Wouldn't upgrade us even though there was availability but kept telling us there was none. The pools were small. The rooms were decent and the front desk people were really nice.

Nice hotel but the spa leaves something to be desired. Be prepared for slow elevators during peak times and no cleaning services if you don't stay for a week. Right on the beach and a really good experience overall.

Nice addition to the Hilton Suite of beach properties. Two bedroom unit, was spacious, with all the comforts of home. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances. Right on the Beach. With one of my favorite restaurants in ‍️ distance. How can you lose

I am a frequent traveler, and Myrtle Beach has been a weekend destination for over 12 + years, typically staying between The Dunes, or Patricia Grand, having children I steered clear of the Anderson due to it being more of a “adult” resort, and when the time finally came for an adult weekend for myself and husband I booked The Anderson. What a disappointment it has been and not just a little! Checking in took a while, not really sure what they were doing up there being as I was in a line to check in, but it wasn’t a easy quick process, not a big deal though something could’ve been misunderstood by other guest. Finally get our room and keys, I was shocked to step off the elevator, the stench in the hallway catches your attention first, and lingers right into your room. The walls, door frames, vents, what wasn’t smudge and dirty was covered with dust! We weren’t in our room long enough to even sit down good before hotel staff just barged in! Didn’t knock, didn’t let his presence be known until my husband seen him, just walked right in! What if we weren’t decent, changing clothes or whatever have you? This made us skeptical about not locking every possible lock on the door! The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, the kitchen appliances were dirty and the refrigerator had some sort of sticky maybe juice spilt inside. The bathtub could’ve used a serious cleaning, which I’m sure hasn’t happened in a good while. The furniture, well I’m sure updating it wouldn’t hurt because it’s clearly seen better days. Sleeping under the sheets was a big no, you could literally feel the sand on the beds, both beds! And we hadn’t stepped foot on the beach, so without a doubt the sheets weren’t changed from the last guest!
The only times we called the front desk was for retrieval of our vehicle, being we used valet services, the front desk worker I spoke to all 3 times was so rude and had a very condescending tone, and why? Did it bother you to alert valet to bring my vehicle? I did pay for the extra services! The ONLY positive I can give for this place, is the men (who are short staffed obviously) working valet were exceptionally professional and quick, otherwise I am so appalled and completely regret my decision to book a $700 for two night stay at this souped up dump! I absolutely will never make this mistake again, and I get Myrtle Beach is a attraction area with constant guest, things aren’t going to be perfect in every aspect but this place is unacceptable in so many ways! There is way nicer for a lot cheaper, with more attentive employees!

My stay (8/12/21-8/15/21) My first day here when I took a shower the water n the tub would not go down the drain and the shower curtain was dirty so I report it to the the front desk they cleaned the drain (which now good) and put the new shower curtain on the tv stand for me to change ‍️! For 3night it was $900.00 I’m mad I don’t even have the football station to watch the preseason ‍️For that amount of money, but other then that I guess it’s okay! Its like a little old apartment!

If you are an HGV owner, avoid wasting your points here! Do not be fooled by words 'luxury' & 'upscale' in description.they do not apply in the least. Also, the 4 star rating is not accurate. Dirty, amenities inconsistent, rooms nowhere near other clubs standards just for starters.

The place is clean, friendly staff, great location, and good service. Beds are comfortable, and kitchen included with all the things you need like a home away from home.

The Service at the front desk was amazing-five stars. They ran out of beach chairs and we had to sit in the pool chairs. Yeah, real first world problems I know, sorry. They ran out of pool towels, but the front desk and housekeeping fixed that with room towelsquickly-five star fix. The pool bar was fine with good service, but a weak selection of draft beer. Thanks to Hilton Grand Vacations timeshares, We stayed in an older Condo unit. Not the fault of the Anderson Hotel unit, but had a noisy fridge, clogged sink, and broken shower I had to fix.

Absolutely wonderful resort! Service was excellent. Rooms were very clean. I wish the bar was open later but it's that type of town, more family oriented:)

Massive issues at check-in (eventually fixed). Common areas not cleaned. Kitchen not stocked properly, toaster broken, no towels for pool area. View was gorgeous though.

Absolutely a great time. Hotel has a great logistic set up from the outside pool leading into the beach. I love that your stay includes free mini golf next door. Only down size is that the garage is a block away but I didn't mind the walking too much. Would stay here again.

This place is really nice and a very convenient location. When we arrived our hotel was cleaned. The rooms come with fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, nice size bathroom, around 55 inch tv, closet space, balcony either will get full views of the ocean or partial. Booking at this resort we received complimentary mini golf, go karts, dvd rentals and waterpark. The hotel it self has a small lazy river, daily activities calendar, a spa, hot tub, pool, and private beach area.
So much to do definitely would need to plan a whole week to enjoy mostly everything. Had a great time.

For reference we stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath suite for 3 nights in July.
First impressions: All of my expectations were met. Valet service, adequate rooms, close parking, attractive aesthetic, friendly customer service.
The front desk is small and easily crowded, so checking in was a little hectic. However it was definitely more streamlined than some other places I’ve been.
The room is very nice for the style they’re going for but the rooms are smaller than most suites and the beds are smaller than average. We had a view of the ocean which was definitely a plus.
There was an odd odor when we walked in but I believe it was just cleaning chemicals. Everything was clean and well presented.

Unfortunately this place is not very wheel chair, stroller, wagon. Or anything with wheels friendly.
Impossible to get up the stairs to the entrance of the place.
Impossible to get to the beach if you have any of the above. That's why it was given a 4. Room's are nice.
There are NO beach wheelchair.

Great hotel with a great view. Only downside was that the floors weren't super clean and that when I called for housekeeping to come by to clean it up they handed me a dust pan and broom and said that I could do it. Spoke with the front desk and they were super sorry and gave me and my party a 50 dollar credit. Would consider staying here again. Kids definitely had a great time. Full kitchen and washer and dryer units.

Oh my gosh you are the best experiences I've ever had in a motel by the ocean grayview gray Motel great staff wonderful pool as and desent prices.

Stove top splattered with grease, crumbs on kitchen counter, dirty coffee pot with leftover coffee and grinds from previous guests, broken freezer drawer that tilted and spilled ice tray over each time it was opened. Lacking essentials like toilet paper (1 used roll per bathroom is what we got), insufficient bath towels and 2 pots to cook for a family of 7. Those were the initial observations at first entry - not welcoming to say the least. Underwhelming, especially since our first impression back in year 2014 was exceptional and hence we made a return in 2021. Yes we did complain to the front desk and effort was made to rectify 'some of the issues. However, it did come with long wait times for service and sometimes reminder calls - ultimately a surrender on our part to lower our expectations. Very disappointing for a 4 star resort, and not even an appearance from mgmt to address our issues personally. I would think cleanliness and guest satisfaction would be top priority in a time of covid pandemic, apparently not so. Highlight is that the hotel is situated right on the beach and far enough from the crowded boardwalk, yet within walking distance to all the main attractions.

Got to the room and found that the disposal was not working and there were foodstuffs in it, dishwasher had water and pieces of food in the bottom and the smoke alarm in the master bedroom was hanging by wires (I reattached it). Trying to find a luggage cart was like hunting for water in the desert. Found that most of the carts were locked up in a storage room and only available to the bell men. Yes, there were 1 or 2 that I saw that anyone could use but with a lot of check outs occurring at the same time getting one was almost impossible. I waited for over 30 minutes to snag one.
If you are going somewhere mainly for the pool then this is not the place. Very small, and 1 day there were no pool towels available for over 3 hours! Good beach access though.
Upon checkout I found I was being overcharged but with Karey’s (front desk person) help was able to rectify.
Two good things-free miniature golf right across the street and free access to Myrtle Waves water park (a highlight for the grandkids).
Sorry to say, would never go back there.

The view is spectacular and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was not ready when we went to check is due to being short staffed but I feel like that is everywhere and they more than are up for it.

Fun place. However, they need to pay A little more detail to housekeeping issues. Grand baby got sick late in the night the and the night clerk didn't have a set of linen for the bed. We ended up buying toilet paper paper because housekeeping wouldn't supply adequate amount during or 3 night stay for 8 people.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom oceanfront suite. Hotel was beautiful. They have valet service available. There is a full b
ar on site and a restaurant across the street that serves great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Service was great.

Absolutely beautiful property. My family stayed here for the first time and we will only come here from now on. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Also a huge plus that it's Ocean front!
