The people are helpful. My late father always bought cotton gloves their for the men who worked for him. Now, the only hardware store me.

Always had a good experience. People work at this location are very helpful. But not being open on Saturdays is ridiculous. Most people work Monday through Friday and some of us prefer to go to the smaller type businesses but when you're close on Saturday I have no choice but to give Lowe's or home Depot my money

This is a great place to do business. Ace builders was great. I was only trying to get a key made. The one and only great white elephant key. The unicorn of keys. I think it would be easier to buy weapons grade plutonium at Wal-Mart than to find this key blank anywhere. Oh because I have tried. But, alas, i digress. So after hitting, lowes, another ace, home depo, and a couple other places. I end up here. Now they didn't have it either, but. The gentleman working with me took the time. Then he looked up on his computer for the key blank. Found some on eBay. I have since. In the parking lot. Looked up what he told me and ordered 2 key blanks. I will be taking them back to this ace to have them cut to my key I have. They ultimately did not have what I needed. But took the time, and they were busy, to look for me and basically help me. This key is for a British tee handle trunk lock that is on an AC cobra kit car. So I need an extra or two. Obscure at the least. Ace hooked me up. They went way beyond the other stores. Nope don't have it. Bye. I don't fault the others, I merely applaud the two guys that work at this ace. I will be back, for much more than my keys made. They, thru their work ethic have made a lifelong customer. I only hate I did not get their names. They were working on st. Patrick's day 2021. And I love this store, It has an old hardware store feel. They know their stuff. Go see. Get what you need. Spend lots of money there. I will. I thank you. Good day

Wanted to recognize Luke. Went above and beyond to help fix a piece of Stihl equipment I owned when he did not have to take time to get it back running. This guy is a gem for the store and should be recognized by management.

The staff is always eager to help you find what you need. I love how I always find everything I need for my home and my business!

You can buy bulk nails and screws here. As many or as little as you want just put them in the bag and pay by the pound. I love it reminds me of home.
